My experience at the Wedding Suite at Nordstrom in Beachwood, Ohio was a dream. The wedding stylist that I worked with was so helpful, attentive and she made the process fun, as it should be! I highly recommend dress shopping at the Wedding Suite!

I recently drove almost 2 hours to try on dresses at the Nordstrom Wedding Suite with Dominika and it was beyond worth it. I had read reviews online ahead of time, which led me to make an appointment. I was nervous to try to dresses at bridal boutiques that I wouldn't feel comfortable with the way I looked or that I would be judged for my budget. My experience at Nordstrom's with Dominika was far from that. She made it so stress free, took the time to learn what dresses I was interested in ahead of time, and made me feel so comfortable. I ended up picking a dress that was the opposite of what I thought I'd like, but Dominika encouraged me to try it on after listening to things I liked about each of the dresses I tried on. It's perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! I can't say enough good things about my experience and strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dominika...and there's lots of perks if you use a Nordstrom's credit card!

After several appointments at some of the more popular bridal boutiques in Northeast Ohio, I can honestly say Dominika is by far the best consultant I met throughout my search! Trying on gowns with Mika feels more like a stress-free session of dress-up than the usual rushed and pressured appointment at other boutiques. She is extremely patient and kind and genuinely cares about you and your vision. The selection and quality of dresses was better than I had expected and Mika was willing to go above and beyond to make sure was 100% happy with my dress decisions. I highly recommend stopping into this Nordstrom, appointments are easy to book online, they're very flexible and Mika will make your time there stress-free and fun :)

I am a frequent Nordstrom shopper and cardholder. I choose to shop at there over most other stores because of the exceptional customer service and products/services they offer. I assumed that the Wedding Suite would be no different but if I'm being truthful, my experience started off a little rocky (it does get better so please hear me out). My first bridal consultation was a disaster. I had to call the store two days prior to my appointment because my assigned stylist never called me for a phone consultation. Not something I'd typically get worked up over but for what I think are obvious reasons, this rubbed me the wrong way. Above all, I knew there was a good chance my stylist wouldn't be prepared for my appointment and... she wasn't. Don't get me wrong - I had a blast trying on gowns but I had one (THE one) dress I wanted to try on and to my dismay, there wasn't enough time to get it in the store prior to my appointment. I'll spare you the extra details on this but after the hiccup, I started working with the Suite's then manager, Tiffany and went back once they got the dress in to try it on. I guess "good things DO come to those who wait" because it ended up being my gown of choice. From then on, things were easy. Tiffany unfortunately left her post as manager mid-stream to pursue another opportunity but she made a point to stay on until my first dress fitting and from there Nyrisha, and team picked up where TIffany left off with ease. My bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law also got their dresses from Nordstrom and the ladies at the suite made it a fun and seamless process. Alterations were taken care of at the store (as many as I needed) up until a few days before the wedding. We had some difficulties with my dress because of how it's structured but you would never know it - it turned our beautifully. I think Konya did a phenomenal job! Overall, I had a wonderful experience but to be fair, I felt it was worth calling out the rocky start. I will miss my frequent visits to the suite but always make sure to stop by when I'm at the store to say hi. I owe the team a huge thank you for helping me look my best on my big day. You can't go wrong with the Nordstrom Wedding Suite at Beachwood. You're in good hands. And in case you are still wondering about the girl I originally started working with... she left to pursue another opportunity and is no longer there!

I can't recommend Mika and the Nordstrom wedding suite enough. She is seriously the sweetest person ever, and made everything super easy. The dressing room is adorable, and is perfectly set up to play dress up. I went for a trunk show. They did my makeup before hand and had a dessert table that I couldn't get my dad away from. I had a bad experience at a nearby salon the previous day, and the Nordstrom team totally turned it around. I went to 5 other salons in Cleveland and DC and no one was as good as Mika. Tip: if you come for a trunk show you get 10% and if you use your triple points day you can get money back for alterations or accessories.

I had a wonderful experience using the Nordstrom Wedding Suite as my dress vendor. I initially found a Katie May dress online, and the Beachwood store did not carry this designer. They asked a store in Chicago if they could ship it to their store just so I could try it on. It turned out to be worth it, as I said yes to the dress!! Melissa from the suite is amazing, and so personable. She frequently checked up on me through emails, or cards in the mail to ensure I was having a perfect experience. I will honestly miss interacting with her. I can honestly say that I felt like I was the only bride they were taking care of when I went to the suite for fittings and alterations. I recommend this wedding dress suite 100%! And one of the best parts is, the store now carries Katie May dresses!!

Nordstrom Wedding Suite at Beachwood is THE place to go for your wedding attire needs. I was met with an unbelievable selection of wedding dresses covering a wide range of styles and budgets. Most importantly, the service is top notch. Dominika took care of everything and made me feel confident my dream dress would be perfect for the big day. There is so much expertise in house, from styling, ordering, to tailoring. Shopping here turned from a task into an exceptional experience and memory.

Honestly, they made my wedding dress shopping experience a dream. Everyone in there is so accommodating and so sweet. Mika was THE best bridal consultant I could have ever asked for. She was so sweet and helpful. I walked in there for a gown and left with a gorgeous gown and a good friend. My husband and I will be celebrating our one year anniversary in May and I still day dream about my Hayley Paige gown. I occasionally still try it on too. ;) I loved going in for fittings because seeing the staff was truly so much fun. They made my experience one I will always remember. I love you guys!

Made an appointment and was excited to have my bridesmaids try on dresses for my big day! I got a call the day before my appointment asking if I could push my appointment back as they were short staffed- not a problem- then I got a call asking for more details of what I was looking for in the dresses and I explained I wanted mismatched dresses of golds/rose golds/ champagnes and that some dresses can have sequins and some can be plain (a mismatch). My bridesmaids and I got there and we were told a couple times they'd be right with us as they were with another customer (probably thinking we were walk-ins) so we waited and looked at some gowns. They pulled some gowns together, about 8of them, but about 5 of them were all full sequin dresses. My bridesmaids had to ask if they had bras they could wear with the dresses (wasn't offered). The attendant was short staffed and we felt rushed. The attendant didn't ask much about the wedding details, but more or less just focused on if we liked the dresses or not. I asked if I could try on a wedding dress just to see what the bridesmaid dresses looked like with a wedding dress and the attendant insisted 2-3 times that I make an appointment to try on wedding dresses, even though I told her my wedding wasn't until the end of next year so I wasn't going to be looking at wedding dresses for at least a few months- she let me try on a dress, which was really nice, but I felt like she was doing me a huge favor because I didn't have a wedding dress appointment. The attendant also kept calling me the wrong name (not a huge deal)...My experience wasn't the best here...especially at the price of the dresses (bridesmaid or wedding dress). I will say that I'm sure it's a great experience if they aren't short staffed and I will also say that their dresses are gorgeous and have high quality. Probably won't go back though.

I found my dress here! Love this place. What I think most don't realize that even though the suite has a smaller selection, you can ask your consultant upon booking your appointment to have any dress transferred to that store, as long as it is carried at another Nordstrom and not being used that same day of your appointment. I had a designer in mind that I would have had to drive across states to try on, and my consultant, Melissa was nice enough to get that designers gowns shipped to beachwood for me to try. Ultimately, it saved me a drive because I didn't end up going with that designer and found my dress there because they happened to have it there from a previous trunk show. My sister found her dress there, as well. Their consultants are much more attentive than anywhere I had seen. Lastly, you can open a Nordstrom debit or credit and get points (even triple if you schedule a triple pts day) towards your dress. You also get $100 in alterations with the Nordstrom card and can use your earned rewards towards the costs of alternations too! I know my sister was able to cover all her alterations with her points. Which is so helpful.

I worked with the Nordstrom Wedding Suite for my bridesmaids' dresses. The experience started out great - Dana, the stylist, was wonderful during our initial appointment last December. I brought 5 of my bridesmaids to try on dresses and everything she pulled was in line with what I explained I was looking for over the phone. I absolutely loved the dresses we decided to go with! The girls who were there that day got measured, and I provided contact information for the other 2 bridesmaids so Nordstrom could get their measurements & the dresses could all be ordered together. One thing I loved about Nordstrom is that they allowed the girls to order dresses in the size that actually fit - resulting in minimal alterations (I've been forced by smaller salons to order bridesmaids dresses for myself that are 3 sizes too big, requiring pricey alterations which is very frustrating and something I wanted to avoid for my bridesmaids). After this initial meeting, however, my experience working with the Wedding Suite was less than I expected from Nordstrom. Our stylist had left the Wedding Suite, we were placed with another stylist who seemed to have very little details on the dress decision we had made. In fact, I only found out about this change when I hadn't heard back from the Wedding Suite after a couple weeks, when I expected they would confirm that the dresses had been ordered. After much back and forth with the Wedding Suite, the bridesmaids dresses finally were ordered in March (about 2 months after I expected). I was promised the dresses would be in at the beginning of June. They did not arrive at the store until the end of June (for my July 30th wedding). And one bridesmaid's dress ended up getting ordered separately and didn't get in until the beginning of July. Several girls used the alterations services at Nordstrom for dress hems, and they did a great job with the hem, however, the dresses were returned to the girls extremely wrinkled - when having professional alterations done, I would expect them to steam the items before returning to the customer. I typically love all things Nordstrom, but I was pretty disappointed in the amount of stress that ordering my bridesmaids dresses through their Wedding Suite caused me. I loved the dresses and how they turned out, but not sure I would recommend the Wedding Suite to others in the future.

Loved working with The Wedding Suite to find my dress! The dresses here are on the pricer side, but the experience was great. The staff is super friendly and involved, the space is really intimate and chic, and there was plenty of space for the people with me to sit. I often had to move fitting appointments around at the last minute, and they were very accommodating – I just texted with my consultant if I needed anything, even initially when I was wondering what dresses they had (I went there because I wanted a Hayley Paige dress). While I loved the staff and the dresses, I will say that I had to visit for extra fittings because the alterations weren't quite right. As someone out of town who was in town for fittings or running around in the days before the wedding, that part wasn't fun for me – the dress wasn't hemmed short enough and needed to be altered a second time, and then the zipper wouldn't work when I went to pick up the dress on the day before the wedding and it had to be fixed. While they quickly attended to the issues, it did add a bit of last-minute stress to keep going back and forth. Overall, would still recommend though.

If you are dress shopping in Cleveland, don't go anywhere else. They are helpful, genuine and, true to Nordstrom form, have the best customer service there is. Everything is perfect from shopping, purchasing to alterations. The most helpful and accommodating staff there is!

I love Nordstrom and The Wedding Suite came highly recommended by a few friends so I was excited to schedule an appointment for myself and my maid of honor. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I had spent a good amount of time on the phone with the team before the appointment sharing the specific styles, colors and sizing we were hoping to see. I'm not sure what happened to those notes but they could not have been less prepared for us. They didn't even know I was looking at dresses for myself as well as my bridal party! We were a little surprised but communicated again what we were looking for. The stylist pulled several dresses, none of which fit the styles or colors we asked to see. She asked what we thought and we said this wasn't really what we were looking for, but she just said great, try them on and left us alone. The dresses are all sample size and while I understand that concept, my maid of honor and I are petite and the dresses were so large there was no way to even begin to tell what they would look like on us. We had a roomful of dresses in the wrong styles, wrong colors (seeing fabric samples or a book of options would have been helpful if they didn't have the colors in store) that were so big we couldn't even clamp them to fit. The other disappointing fact was that I had been told by a friend alterations were included with a purchase but that is not the case and the alteration quote was quite expensive even just for a hemming. In the end, I got a beautiful dress from Nordstrom online and will be taking it to my tailor to be hemmed at a very reasonable cost. I wish I could give The Wedding Suite a better review but it was truly a sad experience!

I can't say enough good things about Dana and her staff at Nordstrom's! I went to several bridal salons all over Northeast Ohio and none of them made me feel as beautiful and special as my experience at the bridal salon in Nordstrom at Beachwood. From start to finish Dana's customer service was incredible! She has a great attention to detail which was very helpful when working with the Nordstrom seamstress (who I would also highly recommend!). They went above and beyond during my fittings and were very accommodating with my limited schedule as I was an out-of-town bride. Overall I was so so happy with my dress and veil. I received so many compliments during the night and the dress looked so beautiful in pictures. Dana, thank you so much!!

I bought my wedding dress from Nordstrom's Wedding Suite in Ohio, for my May 2015 wedding. Everyone in the wedding suite was super helpful from start to finish. I shopped at a few bridal salons, all of which were pleasant experiences, but none compared to Nordstrom. I visited initially and did not find what I was looking for. The consultants did a wonderful job pulling many dresses that fit the design and elements I had shown them. I ended up returning for a trunk show by Olia Zavozina that was hosted by Nordstrom where I found my dress. Olia took my measurements and then I was able to have a custom wedding dress made for me. The dress was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I had been looking for. The alterations department at Nordstrom was wonderful to work with and did an amazing job. I did have an issue with expected costs of alterations, but my consultant Dana was extremely helpful getting everything sorted out so it was no longer a problem. I would recommend any bride to shop at Nordstrom for her wedding gown.

Nordstrom's Bridal Suite was the perfect option for bridesmaid dresses. Great selection at varying price points, and they were able to work with my out of town bridesmaids and assist in the ordering/shipping process and measurements.

I visited Nordstrom to find accessories for my wedding, and loved the variety of jewelry and hairpieces that they had to offer! I ended up purchasing my shoes, bracelet, and hairpiece at the wedding suite. The sales associates were also very helpful.

Nordstrom has a great selection with the added benefits of a department store chain (rewards points, cross country locations for bridesmaids who live away from you, scale). Sign up for a Nordstrom card to take advantage of great rewards, you can get a significant amount of Nordstrom money to use towards accessories or to pay against your dress. But, the absolute best part about my experience was Dana!!! She was my stylist there and she goes above and beyond. She felt like a trusted friend who wanted you to look and feel your best. She gave honest feedback, was easy to contact and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We also purchased our bridesmaids dresses from there, and Dana took care of contacting each girl for me to get payment and set up pick up schedules--which was a huge help!! The one issue we had was that every single girls bridesmaid dress did not fit, or even close to fit. Make sure when they measure you you check the size guide and ask them to double check it. This could have been an issue with the dress manufacturer and not Nordstrom. Best to warn your girls they may need to budget an extra $100 for alterations. All in all I highly recommend the bridal suite, and ensure you get Dana as your consultant!!

I loved the dress I got from Nordstrom wedding suite online. The price was perfect and the dress was even better! I got lots of compliments on my dress. I had to have small alterations done and took it to a local shop.

The wedding suite at Nordstrom goes above and beyond to ensure your dress is to your standards. The alterations works with you and your schedule. They have dresses there at Nordstrom that you will not see anywhere else. Fantastic service!

After going to a huge bridal store, and not being able to find anything, I tried Nordstrom's. They were so helpful, and found one the first day I was there. Very prompt and courteous. Love them.
