Ashley Doll was my first bridal consultant and helped me find the dress of my dreams, a beautiful Ines Di Santo! Throughout the alternations process, I got to know the whole team and always felt comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend any bride to go to Nordstrom’s to find their perfect I DO attire.

At the end of the appointment, I asked if there were any ball gowns (completely different style than I was going for) I could try on and she brought out the most dramatic and beautiful Isabelle Armstrong dress. I didn't think I would ever wear a ballgown, but once she brought it out, I knew it was something special and different from any ballgown I'd ever seen. I tried it on and fell in love! My dress was so dramatic and stunning. I got compliments all night. Thanks Nordstrom for your help and patience in finding me the perfect dress!

energy. And we certainly learned how difficult some vendors can be. We actually are from Dallas and had somewhat of a destination wedding, with the Berta being at the center. Ashley was without a doubt the easiest and best person to work with not only with my dress but across the board in our entire wedding experience. She was so kind and helpful on every visit (and there were several!) and extremely accommodating with my strict schedule. Being in the customer service field myself, it was beyond wonderful to work with a true professional. I also wanted to praise the work of all of the seamstresses and tailors who assisted with my dress, they are true artists at what they do! Our experience with Nordstrom as a whole is always fantastic, but in this instance, everything was truly exceptional. Thank you all from me and my entire family!!

Keith and Kara pulled me the most beautiful Watters gown that was not at all what I was thinking and I was in LOVE. Not only was that first appointment amazing but I started shopping early so we didn't actually order the dress for almost 6 months and Keith never made me feel rushed or anything! He became like family in the process and was always happy to let me try the dress on again or bring in family or the bridal party to see it. We eventually bought our bridesmaids dresses there too and they all loved the experience. We are also buying my mom's dress there and the wedding suite has been really helpful in looking even though we weren't buying a special order from their department. The experience I had at Nordstrom was better than what you see on Say Yes to the Dress! They really took care of me and continue to do so!
