arrived, they looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I called North Country Floral to let them know that I was not happy with what was delivered. The representative proceeded to blame me for making the order too late. She made no attempt to even address my concerns. I then learned that the store sent someone to my grandmother’s house to take the flowers back, telling my grandmother that the order had been canceled. At no point did I ever request a refund or cancellation. This was a decision the store made on their own. I simply cannot believe that they sent someone to take flowers away from an elderly lady RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! When I called to follow up on these actions, the representative again was unapologetic and rude. This is clearly no way to treat your customers and no way to run a business. Their actions were appalling and unforgivable. Thankfully, I called another florist in town and they were able to deliver what I needed the same day. Even so, they gave me a better price and were much more pleasant on the phone. So, please, take your business elsewhere if you want friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and reliable services.
