I was having a heck of a time finding a transportation company to move guests back and forth between the hotel and the venue. North Hills did a fantastic job and guests found the bus clean and nice and the driver was on time and personable.

Bus was a great addition to help us get the guests to and from the venue. driver was friendly and worked with our wedding coordinator to adjust the schedule so we could finish pictures and waited for us when we were ready to make our exit. They also accommodated us down sizing the bus a few weeks out once we had finalized the guests list.

Booking was great, only issue was when the driver picked up the guys they hit our center roundabout, ruining the landscaping (which HOA made us pay for). The driver had all the guy...

s get on the bus and THEN told them he couldn’t go anywhere, so they had to get Ubers and were late for photography at the venue. When I reached out, they only gave us a $200 refund even though they messed up our timeline and didn’t provide us with 1/3 of their agreed upon service.
