ur planning calls because he’s just such a nice guy to talk to in general. Everyone is still talking about how great the music was! Pat also took the time to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted and then totally delivered! I’m so so happy we chose them to be our DJ. I also really appreciate how he didn’t push us into anything or towards a certain way of doing things. There was no pressure at all any step of the way and that made everything so much smoother. I, to talk about what we "wanted". That word was really easy for us because we knew what we wanted. Pat explained to us why he asks this, because he needs to make sure that he is a good fit because every DJ does something different and has a different style. WE HIT THE JACKPOT. He hyped up the crowd enough, but then stayed behind the booth and watched the crows and made sure the dancefloor was always full. Also, Pat surprised us with this AWESOME remix as the last song. When the crowd chanted "one more song" you know two things, the DJ IS THAT GOOD and everyone was having a great time. We had about 20 messages come through to us to say how amazing the DJ was. They go to weddings, where music is too loud or just full of "fist pumping music". Pat did the perfect mix for us and started the night off with music our grandparents love and listen to, to ending the night with dance music knowing the older crowd had left. I would book Pat and this team over and over again!

f planning. Pat was super reliable and so responsive over text and email. We felt very reassured and confident in Pat even weeks before the wedding because he took the time to listen to us and what we wanted and envisioned. There were a few songs that we wanted played at our wedding that were not available on NJE’s website of songs, and we were so thankful for Pat because he graciously took the time to download those songs prior to our wedding in order for them to be included in our song list. He had everyone moving on the dance floor, even relatives like our parents and aunts and uncles who normally don’t dance at weddings. This was my mom and her best friend’s first “American style” wedding and now they can’t wait to go to another wedding because they said they had too much fun dancing until their feet hurt. NJE’s photobooth was a major hit as well! I was a bit picky with the exact uplighting color and Pat was very patient and even went to our venue in person that same month in order to send me pictures of the uplighting in contrast with our reception room. We truly appreciated his hard work and attention to detail. Everyone loved the photobooth and there was always a line. Our photobooth guest book was full at the end our wedding, and we loved personally receiving it from NJE’s photobooth attendant at the end of the night and flipping through everything the next day! A few of our friends didn’t receive their links to their photobooth pictures via text, but after a quick text to Pat, we were immediately provided the link to all the photobooth photos that same night. Our friends were ecstatic to also be able to have the digital copies. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pat and NJE and could not recommend them enough!!! Thank you Pat for giving us a wedding our friends and family can’t stop talking about and giving us one of the best days of our life and being nothing but kind and patient throughout the planning process.

so responsive and didn’t miss a beat during our big day. We weren’t sure where the photo booth could be set up at our venue or what color up lighting we wanted and he met us at the venue to figure it out. Everyone at the wedding had nothing but the very best to say about the music, and the dance floor was always packed. If I could give more stars I would. The best of the best right here!

listened to everything we wanted and I felt confident from the start that he could and would deliver on what he promised us. Seriously, I booked during our first phone call with him after interviewing with at least 5 other DJs. After we booked, he was there for us whenever we wanted/needed him and always responded promptly (even when he was on a family vacation)! I was a real pest and requested he used music from YouTube videos, MP3s, Apple Music, AND a voice recording. Pat didn’t even bat an eye and made it all happen like it was easy. Second, the price is right and the quality is 10/10. We all know that while planning a wedding this is big. It can be scary to book with someone without knowing how exactly they do their job, but please trust me when I say that he is experienced, knows exactly what he’s doing, and really got the party going. Not to mention he didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t want or need, which was greatly appreciated and, frankly, a breath of fresh air. Third, if you’re looking for a more alternative style, he’s got that covered. We did an entire emo hour and he played everything we could have wanted. The crowd loved it so much that my husband, my 63 year old mother, and myself actually crowd surfed (I mean, you can’t make this up). Pat even got the best videos out of everyone of this happening and sent it to us. HOWEVER, if alternative is not your style, NO WORRIES! The other 4 hours of our wedding included music for people of all ages and music tastes, which is exactly what we wanted. I don’t think there was a single person who didn’t dance for at least one song. Fourth, he acted almost as our day of wedding coordinator. He made sure everything was happening on time, communicated with our other vendors, and checked in on us. Truthfully, I was a bit hesitant about our maître d’ making everything happen the way we wanted, but felt SO much better knowing Pat would be there. He arrives early and is prepared for anything. I only write reviews like this when someone really deserves it, and let me tell you, Pat MORE than deserves it. Wedding planning is stressful, I get it, but you can officially scratch “find DJ” off your list as soon as you give North Jersey Entertainment a call. Try it, and you’ll immediately know what I mean. THANK YOU, PAT!!!!

From the very start, Nick clearly communicated instruction and double checked every last detail with the bride and the bridal parties. Because of him, everything was executed flawlessly. His personality kept everything light and humorous while maintaining a professional reputation . I cannot stress this enough- HIRE NICK AS YOUR EVENT DJ HE IS INCREDIBLE!

They arranged a meeting a few months prior where we were able to work with them to work on the timeline and picking out the perfect song for each moment on the special day. Kevin and Chris provided their expert opinions which was so helpful in planning the big day. There isn’t a single thing I would have had them do differently for the celebration. All of our guests continue to provide rave reviews and tell us the wedding was the best they’ve ever been to. Kevin and Chris played a huge role in making the wedding the perfect celebration as the MCs and by organizing a playlist that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night, including some of our older relatives that haven’t been on a dance floor in decades! North Jersey Entertainment are my go-to DJs. I’ve used them in the past for other types of events and they never disappoint!

Our guests raved about how fun the wedding was and how happy they were to have people out on the floor dancing to mixed music (not just a playlist). We asked him to turn our reception into a club after our formalities and he came through. As an MC, Nick brought a ton of energy and kept everything moving along at a high level. He was amenable to changes and made sure to confer with me that he had everything 100% to my vision. We are so happy to have hired NJE and in particular, Nick, who really went the distance for us.
