Based in Wasilla, AK, North Star Bakery is a beloved culinary establishment that provides wedding catering services. A popular place to grab a quick breakfast or a hearty lunch, they specialize in freshly baked loaves of bread, buttery pastries, and delicious soups and sandwiches. Their talented team of chefs now offers versatile catering services and are eager to provide the food at your private event.
North Star Bakery was founded in 2004 by Gary and Donna Young out of a desire to bring a French-style bakery to Alaska. They strive to make their bakery a welcoming place where people can gather, eat, and enjoy spending time together. Since its inception, North Star has developed from a neighborhood bakery into a diverse culinary experience.
The North Star Bakery team can dream up a custom menu based on your preferences when catering for your wedding. If you'd prefer something more casual, they can provide buffet-style dining options, including fruit trays, sandwich platters, or barbequed meats served with fluffy dinner rolls. Or, opt for elegant passed hors d'oeuvres, such as Caprese skewers layered with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, or a shrimp cocktail. They can also provide dessert stations featuring their delectable baked goods. However you envision the food at your wedding, the team at North Star Bakery will work hard to ensure your dreams come true.
