meeting about the details, our coordinator Erin was outstanding throughout the process. The cherry on top was the day before and day of the wedding. We brought all our decorations without really having an exact vision. Erin and Brittany told them they’d make it work, no stress, and boy did they ever (I even surprised my husband with a s'mores bar and what NCC came up with was more than I could have hoped - and all I had was an idea!). They made everything work beautifully without an direction from us. And all of the staff, from the bartenders to the wait staff, made us feel welcome, comfortable, and happy.

venue. The inside is beautiful, unique and spacious. We had 150 people at the wedding and it was very roomy. We received many compliments on both the venue and the food. Adrianna was great to work with ! She was receptive, enthusiastic, relaxed and communicated very well with me. Lots of food for the money, great bartenders and beautiful scenery. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A COUNTRY CLUB MEMBER TO HAVE YOUR RECEPTION HERE. I don't get why this place is so overlooked. But honestly, I couldn't recommend this place more. AWESOME !

ng coordinator and the head chef quit. Made for an interesting transition, but the new coordinator, Adrianna was incredible to work with- so easygoing, hardworking and confident.
The club manager, Fred Rickey on the other hand was difficult to deal with- I much preferred to deal with Adrianna.
Adrianna, was always available and responsive via email and met for multiple pre- wedding meetings. She was so helpful during set-up and tear-down of the wedding.
The staff was also great- they were so much fun! They even made multiple appearance in the photobooth! One server went above and beyond and even sat to keep my non-dancing grandmother company :)
Excellent experience- I would definitely recommend but if you are anticipating signing a contract, NCC does not do contracts.

a Mease was the best coordinator I could have asked for. She made everybody feel calm throughout the planning process and was extremely personable and friendly. All the staff were more than willing to do whatever they needed to do to make my husband and I feel important on our wedding day. I have gotten so many compliments about how smooth everything went at my reception and, of course, how AMAZING the food was (I wish I wasn't so busy so I could have enjoyed it too :( ). I could never thank Rebecca and the NCC staff enough for making me feel so comfortable and at ease on the most important day of my life!

combination of hors d’oeuvres, stations for the main course, and linens. She recommended a florist, photographer, and vendor for a chocolate fountain. She even managed to keep my mother and I sane during the process. Megan went as far as handling a DJ who was calling me non-stop before the wedding! We are so grateful for her help. The food was as incredible as the staff’s attention to detail. None of our guests wanted for anything! My only regret was not eating more of the amazing hors d’oeuvres.

That being said, I have to admit that I was VERY nervous about how things would go because planning the wedding with them was stressful, confusing, and a bit obnoxious. I went through 3 wedding coordinators before ending with the food and beverage director from the club. He was the most helpful. The general manager, although knowledgeable, did not make me feel very welcome in the club. He made it very obvious that because we were not members he quite frankly could have cared less about what we wanted for the day. If the club did not want non-members to have weddings there then they should not have come to a bridal show and advertised that non-members were more than welcome. I think that aside from the general manager and his obvious negative attitude everything went fantastic.
