tments. Despite reaching out multiple times for help and requesting they review it, I never received any feedback. When I called to follow up, the response was, "Oh, I think I got that," which was extremely frustrating. If they had received it, they should have responded, especially for something as important as a wedding timeline.
I was also never informed that my makeup artist was from a different salon until the day of my first bridal trial. On top of that, she wasn’t available that day. While this was not the makeup artist's fault, it was North Charm Salon's lack of communication with her that caused the issue. I disliked my first trial, but since I was told to schedule it close to the wedding to assess my hair length, it was too late to back out due to their policy.
After much effort, I finally made the stars align and got an appointment with the makeup artist. However, even during the second trial, the experience wasn’t ideal—while the result was better, it still wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I felt stuck and had to settle.
On the day of the wedding, the makeup artist, who also happened to be a hairstylist, had to fix both my hair and one of my bridesmaid's hair due to issues with the original styling.
Overall, the poor communication and disorganization from North Charm Salon left me stressed and disappointed during a time that should have been seamless and enjoyable. I would not recommend this salon for weddings based on my experience.

o make it work for me in their very busy schedule. During my trial run they were running a bit behind but still did a great job once they got around to me and on wedding day, it turned out beautiful as ever. They very friendly and talkative with all the girls as we got prepared and did a great job with the timing. The setup and clean up was very quick and they were able to get all of our hair done within the time frame I needed. Lastly, a big thank you for working with my flower girl. She can be difficult when it comes to doing anything with her hair, including brushing it, but they did a great job working with her so that she felt beautiful too.

Not only is she calm, cool, and collected, she has such a fun and loving attitude that would make any bride feel comfortable and relaxed on her big day. She truly loves what she does and her passion truly shows in her work and how she presents herself. trial; however, when I planned a quick trip to NH, Mikala made sure I could get in to see her for the trial. She even went so far as to do hair trials for my mother and now mother-in-law! Even though our wedding was hours away from Littleton, Mikala arrived to the venue early and was completely prepared to get started right away. In a few short hours, she had finished hair and airbrush makeup for four bridesmaids, two mothers, and myself - we looked fantastic! What I loved is that Mikala really listened to my requests for the day - I wanted everyone to look beautiful, but as natural as possible. Mikala went above and beyond to make sure we all looked gorgeous, and I look forward to my next appointment with her!
