The tasting was superb and made me so glad I chose this caterer. Paul did a great job of keeping in mind my vision for my wedding, and his food was phenomenal. Paul & Nenita also offered lots of suggestions (not even just about the food aspects of my wedding) that were extremely helpful in the planning process. I loved that they were both down to earth, willing to offer help, affordable and yet still high quality food! The waitstaff they employed was great -- very professional and went above and beyond in helping ensure that everything ran smoothly. They even delievered a snack tray to our bridal suite while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, as well as a packaged dinner for my husband and I to eat after we got back to our room after the wedding.
