Whew! It was a complicated schedule and Scott was fabulous throughout the planning and the ultimate event. We were estimating our needs and didn't have an actual headcount until just days before the wedding. Scott was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure that all of our wedding guests got from their lodgings to the wedding and back to their hotels safely. The rates were better than those offered by other companies, the buses were nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. Scott showed us the utmost courtesy and I highly recommend this company! I will certainly engage their services in the future if a need should arise!

The bus, the White Federal, was clean and up-to date. They made that part of my wedding a very easy, hassle-free process, and my guests really appreciated the service they provided. r, the driver was booked from 11:30-5:30 and acted like we were on his schedule and he had a hot date to get to. He was unwilling to drive us to the locations we chose for our photos and gave our photographer a really hard time because the was in the front of the bus with him. She did a great job, but he was rude and disrespectful to her and the bridal party. He parked further away than he needed to from photo locations so we spent so much time walking that we weren’t able to make it to 2 places we should have had time for. It was also 90 degrees out. I understand that there are rules to follow, but he did not communicate with us and told me that he had to drop us off by 5pm. Not sure why I paid for 6 hours and tipped him upfront to be told he needed to get us off his bus sooner than that. All he had to do was drive and park, but he delayed the trip so much. Overall, I’d say don’t book with this place - my photographer who has photographed a crazy amount of weddings, has won countless awards, and is a rockstar even said this was the worst driver she’s ever encountered. He

ot use GPS to take us to our destination and turned a 10-minute​ drive into over 30. Plus needed assistance from the ​maid of Honor the entire time for directions, she was unable to enjoy the time with​ the rest of the bridal party. Furthermore, the speakers on the bus did not work and the driver was unable to get them working. Driver than lingered at reception, waiting for his tip. Called more than a few of the bridal party members and DEMANDED more money (amount not discussed as to amount in the ​contract). Finally, left only after a family member gave a bit more tip and asserted there would be no more money. DAY AFTER...spoke with the owner. After hearing our concerns about​ the lack of professionalism on his drivers part both with regards to badgering the bridal party members/demanding more money​ and lack of direction...the owner was neither sympathetic or apologetic. He even asked if my wife had she had ever been in the service industry and should know how tipping works. DID NOT apologize once for anything and stood behind drivers actions at the ​reception. Overall, very disappointed. Things could and should have been handled very differently from the driver to talking to the owner ESPECIALLY on our wedding night.

ed out one of their biggest busses and had 25 people on board who were all stuffy and hot for the 4 hours we were on it. I was wearing a thick bridal gown and all the men were wearing tuxes. It was a complete disaster. NEVER work with this company!

I spoke with to book. He was kind to us as we entered and exited the bus. He double checked all the stops with me which I appreciated. However, while he was driving, he would slam on the gas and then slam on the break sending my wedding party flying. I could have over looked his driving, but it was when my husband gave him the tip it was the issue. He counted the tip in front of my husband and said "Oh." My husband asked if their was a problem & he said " Well people usually tip me at least x amount". We had tipped him well over 20% and he still made this comment. My husband said he wishes he would have taken more money out of the tip but he had already handed it to the man. I feel this was very rude and unprofessional of the driver to make this comment. Northern Lights Limo was a decent company to work with but I am not sure I would recommend them to anyone or book with them again.

e limo bus when it arrived. The bus was scheduled to leave for ceremony at 1:30pm and he arrived at 11:30am. Also, the auxiliary and sound system was not working on the bus and the driver did not assist with helping; a groomsmen and two others in the bridal party had to try to figure out the system on their own. After the ceremony while driving to our picture location he was lost and did not have a GPS to reroute him. This caused confusion with our videographer and photographer as they were following us. This in turn made us late to the reception. My maid of honor had to go to the front of the bus with her iphone and guide him where to go. Lastly, we tipped the driver based on the service we received (still was 13%) and when providing the driver with his tip before leaving for the reception he called my husband ( the groom!!) back to talk to him and said that he "expects" a 20% tip. After giving him another $20 he continues to roll his eyes and that it was not enough..so we gave yet another $20 and he said "it will do." Our driver, Deej lacked professionalism and basic manners.. I hate to be the one sending a negative experience or review, but the service was very upsetting and frustrating on our wedding day. Stephanie Andrasek

He even offered to take us the "scenic" route vs all of the freeways. The limo bus we used was clean and comfortable for our large party of 14. We were able to take full advantage of the sound system while carting around the Cleveland area. This company provides exceptional service at a great value. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Marty, our driver, was kind and helpful. We used the Turtle Top bus. We had 16 people in there and it fit us all (including a huge cooler) very well. I wouldn't try and fit more. They have a nice stereo system where we plugged in our phones and had a nice dance party. Couldn't say anything negative about Northern Lights!
