d the bus. He double checked all the stops with me which I appreciated. However, while he was driving, he would slam on the gas and then slam on the break sending my wedding party flying. I could have over looked his driving, but it was when my husband gave him the tip it was the issue. He counted the tip in front of my husband and said "Oh." My husband asked if their was a problem & he said " Well people usually tip me at least x amount". We had tipped him well over 20% and he still made this comment. My husband said he wishes he would have taken more money out of the tip but he had already handed it to the man. I feel this was very rude and unprofessional of the driver to make this comment. Northern Lights Limo was a decent company to work with but I am not sure I would recommend them to anyone or book with them again.

had more than enough room for all 20 of us. They also had outlets for phones and we could play our own music. Thank you so much for helping make our day so special. We would highly recommend this company!

ceremony at 1:30pm and he arrived at 11:30am. Also, the auxiliary and sound system was not working on the bus and the driver did not assist with helping; a groomsmen and two others in the bridal party had to try to figure out the system on their own. After the ceremony while driving to our picture location he was lost and did not have a GPS to reroute him. This caused confusion with our videographer and photographer as they were following us. This in turn made us late to the reception. My maid of honor had to go to the front of the bus with her iphone and guide him where to go. Lastly, we tipped the driver based on the service we received (still was 13%) and when providing the driver with his tip before leaving for the reception he called my husband ( the groom!!) back to talk to him and said that he "expects" a 20% tip. After giving him another $20 he continues to roll his eyes and that it was not enough..so we gave yet another $20 and he said "it will do." Our driver, Deej lacked professionalism and basic manners.. I hate to be the one sending a negative experience or review, but the service was very upsetting and frustrating on our wedding day. Stephanie Andrasek

ending our package. Our driver, Chris, was a genuinely nice guy and very easy to work with. He even offered to take us the "scenic" route vs all of the freeways. The limo bus we used was clean and comfortable for our large party of 14. We were able to take full advantage of the sound system while carting around the Cleveland area. This company provides exceptional service at a great value. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

He even took the bouquets and kept them in water for us and helped to pack/unpack the limo. We had the Turtle Top and it was beautiful inside with a great sound system. We would definitely recommend Northern Lights! We had an absolute blast in our Limo!

Top bus. We had 16 people in there and it fit us all (including a huge cooler) very well. I wouldn't try and fit more. They have a nice stereo system where we plugged in our phones and had a nice dance party. Couldn't say anything negative about Northern Lights!

o show us the limo bus! The bus was very spacious and clean! Scott was informative all the way up until the wedding. He ensured the times and locations for all of the places. On the day of the wedding, Billy was our limo driver!! Billy showed up early & began carrying everyone's items out to the limo bus! He was extremely helpful that morning as I was running around trying not to forget anything! Bill took us to the hair salon and after we came out it was sprinkling! Billy then got out his umbrella and escorted all 8 of us to the limo bus to ensure our hair didn't get wet! After our ceremony we were getting pictures, and Billy kept bringing us our drinks from the bus! He was so extremely helpful and full of good energy!! I would recommend this limo service to everyone! If I ever need limo services again, I will definitely be contacting Northern Lights Limosuine! The limo was well worth every single penny & the staff is so awesome!

d Northern Lights and were able to secure a 30-person limo bus (bigger than what we needed, but Scott gave us a reasonable price). On our wedding day, Scott was able to accommodate a changed itinerary due to the weather. Our bridal party all enjoyed the sound system in the limo, and we had a great time. Scott was safe, courteous, and prompt. Highly recommend!

ome see the bus we would be taking which was the Turtle Top Luxury Coach (seating 18-20). Since I live out of town it was challenging for me to find time to meet with all of my vendors, but Scott made it simple by having me meet up with him at a church while he was sitting and waiting for his next pick up. We were impressed with the condition and size of the coach so we booked it for our wedding. The coach was clean and in good condition, with lights and a good sound system for us to plug an iPhone into. We had up to 17 people on the bus on the wedding day and we were close in there (probably due to my huge dress) but it was not too packed, we had a comfortable ride. The bus also had coolers and cups on it for our use. Scott was very polite and accommodating, he had directions ready for our various destinations so that we didn't have to worry about helping to navigate. On top of the quality product, the price was very reasonable and probably the best quote that I got in the area.

, Scott allowed me to come and check out the limo bus for myself before we decided! The bus was immaculately clean, the sound system was perfectly clear to hear and easy to use (we could easily hook up our phones and play music!), the bus' A/C was blasting in the July heat and everyone was cool and comfortable, and all 20 of us in the wedding party had plenty of room to sit and enjoy the smooth ride! Scott even provided ice and cups on the bus! Scott was early and on-time, and every single time he opened the bus door, he was standing right there to help my wife and her bridesmaids ON and OFF the bus!! He was also incredibly easy to reach for questions that we had during the planning phase and on the day of the wedding when we were off on stops for our photos! Also, Scott was reasonably priced! I would absolutely, 100% recommend Scott! His service was superior and I didn't have to worry one bit on our wedding day!!

We had Scott as our driver, and he went so above and beyond all I could've hoped for on that day, Unfortunately is was raining for pretty much all of our photos, but he was so nice to get out of the limo and hold an umbrella above me and the other girls while we went to locations to shoot. I was so impressed of how he went so out of his way to help us all out on the rain-soaked day, and I wish I could go back a tip him triple fold. My only note to brides and grooms is that we had a bigger bridal party, and the limo size was a little cramped for us in those regards (no fault of their own). So make sure that you always account for how much room you think you will need and more when choosing a limo. But overall, I will use this limo service solely in the future because of how great my experience was on my wedding day. Thank you Scott for being so attentive and going above and beyond your call of duty! :)

. And that we could have the Excursion if they got it or a regular limo. I did not want a regular limo, and preferred the look of the Escalade, but they got the Excursion and that's what we ended up with for the same price. It didn't look as nice on the outside but I loved the inside. It was huge and had nice lights and sound system. He had the A/C on nice and high also, so it felt great! Either way they were good at this point at keeping us informed at what we were getting and the driver was even early.

not have been nearly as much fun without Scott and the party bus! After the wedding we went out on the town and there was no problem extending the time we had booked. The bus was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable! The price was extremely fair. "You get what you pay for" - we definitely got so much more than what we paid for! my guests commented on how nice the bus was. My huge wedding party of 20 loved the bus. It was completely decked out inside and in perfect condition. The temperature was over 90 degrees on the day of our wedding but the bus was nice and cool. The entire transaction with the vendor was handled completely professionally and smoothly. It was exactly the service I expected and above and beyond that.
