desires, dreams and even destinations!! Our destination that cold November weekend was the dreamy, desirable Crescent Lake in Olympic National Park (where we got engaged the previous year). We were going for a timeless/old-fashioned look and wanted candid photos of the two of us. Makenzy was warm and bubbly as soon as she met us on the boardwalk and began talking to us like we were old friends. It made both my husband and I very comfortable, which definitely showed in our photos! Makenzy was never pushy and wasn’t really into staging photos. She sits back and waits for the perfect, natural moment. It’s incredible to look at our engagement photos and see how they showcase the love between my husband and me. It is actually incredibly hard to pick out a few to post to this review when in reality, I want to share the whole album with the world! These are definitely ones that our grandchildren will swoon over one day! <3

ots with extended family. She was so great to work with throughout the entire process from our engagement shoot to our first look to the ceremony and reception. She was super responsive over text and was always open to whatever suggestions for specific shots we were looking for. Even at those times when we didn’t have a clue what to do, she was quick to provide great recommendations and even let us borrow a few props and outfits. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the photos we’ve posted so far and would absolutely hire Makenzy again without hesitation.
