Northwest Place

Northwest Place is a repurposed elementary school building in Huntington, IN, that we have refreshed, remodeled, decorated, and updated, transforming it into a versatile wedding venue. We have wide hallway spaces, an elegant ballroom, and large outdoor spaces available to you. We combine a simple one-fee weekend wedding rental price with great communication and customer service to make your wedding and/or reception one that you can just enjoy while making great memories. We look forward to hosting your event with up to 250 guests. Included in your rental is table and chair setup and take-down. We have round banquet-style tables that seat 8, wood chairs with padded seats, standing height cocktail tables, a movable bar, photo backdrops, a photo ring-light, an audio guestbook phone, and a variety of rectangle tables to serve all of your event needs. We are open to outside catering and are value-priced in order to give you maximum flexibility and choices for your catering needs. Of course, we are glad to recommend some great vendors and consult with you about resources for your event needs. Our spacious kitchen is Board of Health-inspected and permitted and includes an available walk-in refrigerator and freezer. Licensed alcohol caterers are available; also, beer and wine permit use is permitted with licensed bartenders, law enforcement security, and liability insurance. The current wedding weekend is typically Friday and Saturday.
