Thank you, Gina, for providing the perfect wedding cake! We were planning our wedding from afar, so couldn't do the normal things like going to a cake tasting, meeting in person, etc. Gina was so accommodating and it was extremely easy to work with her via e-mail and phone. She allowed us to send "surrogate tasters" since my now-husband and I were unable to visit the area prior to our wedding. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated.
