Where do I even begin?! Working with Kim was an absolute dream! From our first consultation to the big day itself, she went above and beyond to make our wedding an unforgettable experience. We were beyond lucky to work with Kim aka our 'wedding mom'. Thanks to her, we found our dream venue for the event. She took the time to find us top notch vendors who still fit into our budget. There are no words to describe our experience with Kim and Channa this summer. They were given a huge challenge to create a beautiful, elegant, classy wedding in 2.5 months. Needless to say, all parties were nervous, but the result exceeded all of our expectations... So, how did it happen? Kim's deep knowledge, assertiveness, sense of humor, superb professionalism and a soft way of getting her point across with everyone, including the bride, won our hearts and the hearts of all vendors. Channa at Noteworthy did an amazing job on our event. She was well organized and took care of everything. I really got to enjoy the day because she handled everything. The decor and entertainment amazed everyone!

It's safe to say that if we hadn't hired Kim and her team to help plan our wedding, it never would've happened! From the early stages of planning, Kim went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible. Due to unique circumstances with my family, my parents weren't able to be as involved in the planning process as they would have been, and Kim stepped in and made sure that everything was taken care of, despite the difficulties taking place in our personal lives. Kim and her team are amazing! I was trying to plan my wedding while living out of state and in residency and Kim absolutely swooped in and made sure it was perfect and organized. The vendors she suggested to us were all incredibly talented and easy to work with, and she was ALWAYS available to us if and when we needed her. She and my mom became a duo who really managed to take all of the design ideas I’d had and turned it into the most perfect wedding despite my not being able to make nearly all of the planning meetings. Kim was an absolute godsend the day of. We weren’t bothered about a single thing during the entire wedding day, as she and her team had it completely handled, and were able to be completely present and in the moment the whole day! We were blown away by Kim Singerman and her staff. They were all so warm, caring and on top of every single detail. We feel like they are our family now. When our daughter and her fiancé decided after six years together that they wanted to be married...and to plan and complete the wedding in just five months, we wondered how that was going to happen! In the days since weddings resumed after covid, almost all venues seemed to have been booked months before...and all vendors taken. Thankfully, we were lucky to find Kim Singerman of Noteworthy Events. She calmly took up the challenge and, working almost solely with my daughter and son-in-law, helped them to navigate every obstacle. Kim's knowledge of and long connection to venues and vendors eased the issues of finding people who were available and she provided us with a introductions to unfailingly excellent photographers, DJs, florists and more. Kim is also so knowledgeable about hotels, and shuttles, event timing and protocol, welcome bags and bridal attire: pretty much anything you might need to know to plan a wedding. On the day of our wedding, Kim and her assistant (along with a detailed schedule ) were available from the moment the day started until the moment the lights went back on at our venue. She was there at near midnight helping us load flowers into our car and making sure we got our boxes of left-over desserts....even making sure that no one left anything behind in the various bride and groom changing areas. She was even there to remember some of the lovely moments of the evening and to enjoy them with us. Kim is incredibly organized and superbly knowledgeable. She has seen enough to know what works and what doesn't, and she has a light touch when she thinks an idea might not be perfect. At the same time, she is flexible which makes her easy to work with. Simply a great planner and a great support for you on your big day.

My wedding was seamlessly perfect with the help of Alex. Alex handled so much behind the scenes making it the wedding of my dreams. She was so professional and efficient and I am so grateful she was with me every step of the way. Kim and her team did a fantastic job helping us organize and plan for our wedding at the Cleveland Botanical Garden. She was immensely patient and has clearly built strong relationships with other vendors throughout the Cleveland area, making it easy to pull a cohesive plan together. She helped us troubleshoot a number of times during the planning process (including just a week before the wedding) to ensure we were able to see our vision come to life and we truly couldn't have held such a great event without her.

Kim at Noteworthy Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I got married at The Westin in downtown Cleveland, and Kim made sure every detail was executed perfectly. We hired her for our wedding day coordination and management, and during the planning process, she supported us through the planning process and walked us through several tricky hurdles we had to navigate surrounding COVID, truly going out of her way to help us on multiple occasions. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute treasure. From setting out all of our details and making sure everything looked "just right," to bustling my dress after the ceremony, making sure that we were eating, carrying my touch-up lipstick so I could freshen up after eating, and coordinating with our vendors to ensure everything flowed smoothly, Kim did it all. Her calm demeanor and professionalism was so essential to having the entire day go smoothly. Our guests were raving about how seamlessly the day transitioned so easily from one event to the next, and were never left wondering what to do next. Kim was exceptional! We could not have gotten through planning and replanting our wedding due to COVID without her. Working with Kim for 2 years was not only easy but also incredibly fun. My Wife and I had to make a drastic change of wedding plans due to COVID-19. We finally agreed to get married at Burke Lakefront and Fly to see her family the same day. We had a wedding planner lined up who went unresponsive so we were 3 weeks out and struggling to make it come together. Finding Kim at this time was such a blessing. Kim and her assistant Alex were incredibly professional and always responded to all of our questions. They coordinated this unique event in a very timely fashion. When the day came together, it went to perfection! I could not ask for a better experience

We wouldn't have been able to pull off our wedding without Kim and Alex from Noteworthy Events. There were 23 days from our first meeting to our wedding day and we couldn't have been more thrilled with how everything turned out in these unprecedented times. Kim returned every call, email, and text so quickly and answered any questions we had openly and honestly. With such a short time frame we couldn't have done it without her. Our day was unlike many other traditional wedding days and it far exceeded our expectations. Noteworthy Events helped us give an experience to our friends and family that we would have never had the creative mind or time to plan in 23 days.

What a year! We hired Kim and her team June 2019 to help us navigate and plan a June 2020 wedding. It came together very quickly and was going to be exactly what we had hoped for. Beautiful venue, the perfect music , florist, photographer and videographer. Invitations we're designed and a deposit placed. As we we're ready to go to print, Kim suggested we sit tight and see which way the wind was going to blow on Covid. As all guests had received a "save the date" she thought better to be a bit late than to spend $2,000, send them and need to then cancel. We took her advice and as state and local restrictions started being put in place, we were forced to cancel. Let's move it November, when everything should be fine, I thought. Kim said let's give it a shot and the entire event was planned and confirmed for November 2021 within 24 hours. Well, a couple of months back we had another big decision to make. Would November be safe for 160 guests traveling in from out of town? Could we dance, hang at the bar, hug, kiss and everything else you want to do with those close to you? We decided that no way would it be what we wanted and no reason to put all of our friends and family at risk traveling. Cancellation #2. Asked the kids what they wanted to do? They're getting married 2 weeks from tomorrow in our backyard....16 people. Not what we had hoped for, but Kim and Alex once again put together what will undoubtedly be a beautiful and very special day in all of our lives! First wedding I've thrown and I could not have done it without the help of Noteworthy Events! Trust me folks.....doesn't get any better than them!!

Kim Singerman and her staff are the best. Not only did she plan and execute a beautiful wedding for our oldest daughter in August 2019, we also hired her for our youngest daughter's wedding which was scheduled for July 2020. With the coronavirus pandemic Kim helped us plan a smaller, more intimate event with the big celebration to follow in 2021. Unfortunately, my husband had a significant medical emergency which required a postponement of the 2020 event. Kim took care of everything for me. She contacted all vendors and others involved in the small wedding and rescheduled all without a problem ensuring all would be available for the big celebration in July 2021. Kim's meticulous attention to detail, her compassion regarding our family situation, her ability to thoughtfully listen to her client's vision and her ability to execute that vision make her an ideal wedding planner!

We can't say enough great things about Kim at Noteworthy Events. We have had a lot to deal with, more than your average bride and groom to-be, since our original wedding was during the height of the pandemic. We had to reschedule our wedding, and even reinvent many of the details. We could not have done it, and cannot do it, without Kim. She is so integral in the wedding planning process, and most importantly, is so great at what she does. We not only feel like she is our planner, but she treats us like her very own family. When we met Kim from Noteworthy Events we knew we needed her to be a part of our day. Her experience, taste, and ability to keep things on track, on time, and foresee any potential issues are the true mark of a spectacular wedding planner. While I did most of the planning, booking and “pre-work”, she helped me with the stuff I wasn’t as excited to handle, getting a timeline in order, and acted as a great liaison between vendors. Hiring Kim for our wedding was the best choice we could have made and I don't think we could have done it without her! Over the last 10 months, Kim was there to answer questions about everything from menu options to kids in the bridal party. She came with me on venue walkthrus and was invaluable when we met with our florist to help me understand all of the costs and ways to save, and helped articulate what I envisioned into a complete theme. The real wow moment came on our wedding day when she and her team transformed our ceremony site after a surprise rainstorm rolled into town. I was so worried about what we would do but then Kim arrived at my hotel with weather radar and a plan, and in that moment I knew I could simply hand the day over to her because I trusted her completely. Believe me when I tell you that our rain location was absolutely more stunning than our original garden plans - a month later I still have guests telling me how romantic and intimate our ceremony was and that's all due to Kim's ingenuity in working with the venue to create something completely unique and special. She added the thoughtful touch of keeping the wrought iron doors open facing the garden so the sound of rain was in the background and it was breathtaking. I can't recommend Kim enough. Her experience, her taste and expertise were exactly what I needed in a wedding planner and I guarantee she'll make the wedding of your dreams come true. We love her!

Planning and executing my daughter’s wedding with Kim and her staff was the most fun and rewarding experience! From our first meeting, Kim understood our concept and efficiently and gracefully executed the plan. I never felt controlled or guided towards something that deviated from our desires but when I needed guidance, all I had to do was look at Kim and the answer was quietly communicated. She has the very best vendors on her list and they were all a pleasure to work with. Kim’s staff is all lovely and their attention to detail is refreshing The evening ran beautifully and the bride and her mother were able to enjoy the festivities without worrying about anything. We had one logistical glitch due to weather that required reworking the floor plan on the fly; it was handled so seamlessly that I didn’t even know there had been an issue until after the fact. At the end of the evening, my car was parked at the front door and all of our related “stuff” was loaded in the trunk, ready to go. Kim and her staff allowed us to thoroughly enjoy a truly magnificent wedding!

They are the BEST!!! If I could give one piece of advise if anyone is thinking about hiring a wedding planner... DO IT! Kim Singerman is simply the best, hands down. Our wedding was more incredible than I ever could have imagined and it's all because of Kim. My fiance and I currently live in Phoenix but both grew up in Cleveland so we knew that's where we wanted to get married. I was very nervous about doing most things from the other side of the country but Kim made planning a wedding 2000+ miles away feel easy. Kim was able to guide us through the whole process with amazing recommendations and advice no matter what questions we had. She knows EVERYONE and helped us select vendors that fit our needs, budget, and style. Everyone she recommended was fabulous and exactly what we were looking for. Kim is organized, professional, and so easy to work with. After a meeting, phone call, or FaceTime with Kim, any anxiety I had would disappear. She always made sure I was on track and because of Kim, I never had one "freak out moment" throughout the entire process. I also know she was a HUGE resource and comfort to my mom who took on a lot of the planning as she was in town. Kim helped us create the most perfect day. I enjoyed working with Kim and Lisa so much that when the wedding was over, I really missed them! I had heard from friends that this is generally not the case. They were so calm, organized and pleasant. I would throw out an idea and then ask them to just take care of it, and they were always on top of all the details. We had an entire weekend celebration for 170 people and a wedding for 350, and their attention to every detail made it all go off without a hitch.

I don't know what I would have done without Kim and Noteworthy Events! Kim was so organize I instantly knew we would get along great! she was amazingly helpful and was always available to talk. Kim was incredible. Our wedding day went exactly to plan. She was professional, personable and beyond helpful. Whether by email, text or phone call, she was always available. She thinks of even the smallest details. My husband and I wanted to do a lot of the planning on our own and Kim's flexible billing allowed us to use her as much or as little as we wanted. Especially as the day approached, we needed her help more. I know that she was planning multiple other weddings at the same time as ours, but with the way she treated us and the attention she gave us, you would have thought we were her only wedding!
