Due to unique circumstances with my family, my parents weren't able to be as involved in the planning process as they would have been, and Kim stepped in and made sure that everything was taken care of, despite the difficulties taking place in our personal lives. There are other planning groups out there, but none are as special as Kim, and I say that with complete confidence! She isn't just talented and professional, but extremely caring and kind. s going to happen! In the days since weddings resumed after covid, almost all venues seemed to have been booked months before...and all vendors taken. Thankfully, we were lucky to find Kim Singerman of Noteworthy Events. She calmly took up the challenge and, working almost solely with my daughter and son-in-law, helped them to navigate every obstacle. Kim's knowledge of and long connection to venues and vendors eased the issues of finding people who were available and she provided us with a introductions to unfailingly excellent photographers, DJs, florists and more. Kim is also so knowledgeable about hotels, and shuttles, event timing and protocol, welcome bags and bridal attire: pretty much anything you might need to know to plan a wedding. On the day of our wedding, Kim and her assistant (along with a detailed schedule ) were available from the moment the day started until the moment the lights went back on at our venue. She was there at near midnight helping us load flowers into our car and making sure we got our boxes of left-over desserts....even making sure that no one left anything behind in the various bride and groom changing areas. She was even there to remember some of the lovely moments of the evening and to enjoy them with us. Kim is incredibly organized and superbly knowledgeable. She has seen enough to know what works and what doesn't, and she has a light touch when she thinks an idea might not be perfect. At the same time, she is flexible which makes her easy to work with. Simply a great planner and a great support for you on your big day.

Beautiful venue, the perfect music , florist, photographer and videographer. Invitations we're designed and a deposit placed. As we we're ready to go to print, Kim suggested we sit tight and see which way the wind was going to blow on Covid. As all guests had received a "save the date" she thought better to be a bit late than to spend $2,000, send them and need to then cancel. We took her advice and as state and local restrictions started being put in place, we were forced to cancel. Let's move it November, when everything should be fine, I thought. Kim said let's give it a shot and the entire event was planned and confirmed for November 2021 within 24 hours. Well, a couple of months back we had another big decision to make. Would November be safe for 160 guests traveling in from out of town? Could we dance, hang at the bar, hug, kiss and everything else you want to do with those close to you? We decided that no way would it be what we wanted and no reason to put all of our friends and family at risk traveling. Cancellation #2. Asked the kids what they wanted to do? They're getting married 2 weeks from tomorrow in our backyard....16 people. Not what we had hoped for, but Kim and Alex once again put together what will undoubtedly be a beautiful and very special day in all of our lives! First wedding I've thrown and I could not have done it without the help of Noteworthy Events! Trust me folks.....doesn't get any better than them!!

s wedding which was scheduled for July 2020. With the coronavirus pandemic Kim helped us plan a smaller, more intimate event with the big celebration to follow in 2021. Unfortunately, my husband had a significant medical emergency which required a postponement of the 2020 event. Kim took care of everything for me. She contacted all vendors and others involved in the small wedding and rescheduled all without a problem ensuring all would be available for the big celebration in July 2021. Kim's meticulous attention to detail, her compassion regarding our family situation, her ability to thoughtfully listen to her client's vision and her ability to execute that vision make her an ideal wedding planner!
