Kim and Channa were fantastic, and we would 100% recommend them! They guided us every step of the way in planning a 220-person Black Tie wedding at the Cleveland Museum of Art. They were always available via phone, email or text and were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the vendors in Cleveland ranges from florists to furniture to transportation and they not only consistently found teams that were easy to work with but always successfully helped us secure a fair cost. When we first met with them, we had a few words to describe the overall vibe of the day and a small number of images and videos that captured our ideas, but really turned to the Noteworthy team to support us with execution. Kim and Channa took this general “vibe” and planned the most spectacular-looking wedding. They produced a unique floor plan and worked extensively with our florist to create stunning arrangements that allowed our guests to feel cared for and photographed beautifully. They were hands on when we needed them to be, and no detail was left untouched.
My husband and I planned the entire wedding from Brooklyn, but always felt like we were in good hands with Noteworthy. They know how to throw an incredible wedding at CMA, so they were particularly helpful in letting us know what was worth spending money on (e.g., uplighting) and what we could skip (a custom dance floor). Above everything else included above, Kim and Channa made the day-of SO seamless. They took care of everything and have helpful and friendly staff; once our wedding day got started, we didn’t have to think about a single detail thanks to their careful logistical planning, which we SO appreciate. There is no reason to talk to any other wedding planner – hire Noteworthy NOW!

cultures in a balanced way. Two ceremonies, a Sangeet, a baraat and reception - it was a tall order and Kim executed it flawlessly and with grace. Kim was efficient, helped us prepare for every detail, she managed expectations for us and our vendors and created the most magical, extraordinary weekend for us. . With how busy our jobs got, we told Kim that there were tons of things we just needed her to handle; and she took care of every last detail. Her vendor recommendations and discounts were phenomenal. And to top it off, she was sensational on the wedding day itself. Our wedding had so many moving parts and Kim coordinated every one of them—between multiple buses, photographers and video, flowers, outside food vendors, venue, and the list goes on. The day went so SMOOTH with her running point. And every time something went wrong, she was instantly on it (a broken glass during dancing, issues with the wedding dress last minute, and more). I still remember when I first spoke with her during our consultation, she said "the day I stop crying at my clients' weddings is the day I retire" - that won my heart and sums up how passionate and dedicated she is to support you in planning your special day. Not only did Kim take the time to bring our vision to life, she also dedicated herself to getting to know my family and my (now) husband personally. From the early stages in planning, Kim ALWAYS went above and beyond from providing exceptional vendor recommendations to compliment my wedding day vision, initiating contracts with vendors, to attending vendor meetings and walk-throughs with us. She helped with every single big decision to small detail during the planning process and honestly we would have been lost without her. From Zoom conference calls, check-in texts, email exchanging, to words of encouragement to help me de-stress she is there EVERY step of the way. When it came to our big day, Kim and her team handled everything so we could live in the moment and enjoy our day with family and friends. I tell my husband all the time that I am going to miss talking with Kim on the daily - she is truly gifted at what she does. My first piece of advice when planning a wedding is to find a wedding planner. My second piece of advice, and I say this with great confidence, is to work with Kim and her team. She made a lasting impact our families and we are forever thankful for her! I highly recommend Kim and her Noteworthy Events team!

ess to say, all parties were nervous, but the result exceeded all of our expectations...
So, how did it happen? Kim's deep knowledge, assertiveness, sense of humor, superb professionalism and a soft way of getting her point across with everyone, including the bride, won our hearts and the hearts of all vendors. If you are lucky to get Kim as a wedding planner, just know that things will get done exactly the way she (and you) want it. That is, the best way.
And how do we thank Channa? Her tireless, seamless and reassuring energy, her fireball initiative and flexibility made the wedding day simply glorious. Even our strictest grandmas and aunts commented on Channa's miraculous work.
The atmosphere that was created by our "wedding family", turned out to be unique, happy, warm, and funny. The guests were smitten!

We trusted Kim to make sure our wedding had the best vendors and a day-of-wedding timeline that ran seamlessly. Due to unique circumstances with my family, my parents weren't able to be as involved in the planning process as they would have been, and Kim stepped in and made sure that everything was taken care of, despite the difficulties taking place in our personal lives. I also live out of state, and Kim made sure to keep me in the loop about all details and meet with me every time I traveled back to the Cleveland area. Between check-in texts, words of encouragement, immaculate organization, and kindness, Kim really went above and beyond the call of duty. She had the perfect vendor recommendations to compliment my vision, and everyone she introduced me to was equally professional and talented.
When it came to the day of our wedding, Kim and her staff handled everything. I had a friend ask me the next day what went wrong or not as planned during the wedding, and I truly had no response because Kim and her team took care of everything so that I could completely live in the moment.
There are other planning groups out there, but none are as special as Kim, and I say that with complete confidence! She isn't just talented and professional, but extremely caring and kind. To me that's everything.

She and my mom became a duo who really managed to take all of the design ideas I’d had and turned it into the most perfect wedding despite my not being able to make nearly all of the planning meetings. Kim was an absolute godsend the day of. We weren’t bothered about a single thing during the entire wedding day, as she and her team had it completely handled, and were able to be completely present and in the moment the whole day! Kim also went out of her way to make sure my husband and I sat down and ate our food, for which we are eternally grateful! Weddings, especially big ones, can be very stressful to plan as there are so many moving parts you don’t even realize you need to consider/think about, and Kim is an absolute professional who ensures everything has been organized and is ready to go day of. Kim's knowledge of and long connection to venues and vendors eased the issues of finding people who were available and she provided us with a introductions to unfailingly excellent photographers, DJs, florists and more. Kim is also so knowledgeable about hotels, and shuttles, event timing and protocol, welcome bags and bridal attire: pretty much anything you might need to know to plan a wedding.
On the day of our wedding, Kim and her assistant (along with a detailed schedule ) were available from the moment the day started until the moment the lights went back on at our venue. She was there at near midnight helping us load flowers into our car and making sure we got our boxes of left-over desserts....even making sure that no one left anything behind in the various bride and groom changing areas. She was even there to remember some of the lovely moments of the evening and to enjoy them with us.
Kim is incredibly organized and superbly knowledgeable. She has seen enough to know what works and what doesn't, and she has a light touch when she thinks an idea might not be perfect. At the same time, she is flexible which makes her easy to work with. Simply a great planner and a great support for you on your big day.

tly. We hired her for our wedding day coordination and management, and during the planning process, she supported us through the planning process and walked us through several tricky hurdles we had to navigate surrounding COVID, truly going out of her way to help us on multiple occasions.
On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute treasure. From setting out all of our details and making sure everything looked "just right," to bustling my dress after the ceremony, making sure that we were eating, carrying my touch-up lipstick so I could freshen up after eating, and coordinating with our vendors to ensure everything flowed smoothly, Kim did it all. Her calm demeanor and professionalism was so essential to having the entire day go smoothly. Our guests were raving about how seamlessly the day transitioned so easily from one event to the next, and were never left wondering what to do next. They were truly able to simply enjoy the experience, just as my husband and I were. Kim was so easy to work with because of her kind demeanor and attention to detail. From the moment you meet her you will know you made the BEST choice. She was accommodating around when meeting times were, very professional and informative when meeting different vendors, and ALWAYS offered her advice when asked.
Kim worked well with all of the vendors my husband and I booked and seamlessly organized them to work well together on our big day. Kim left nothing for us to do on our big day! I felt so confident and at ease knowing she was in charge.
The night of our wedding she had helped pack up our flowers, organized our wedding cards and gifts, packed our cars and personal belongings up, and stayed late to ensure we had the time of our lives.

What a year! We hired Kim and her team June 2019 to help us
navigate and plan a June 2020 wedding. It came together very quickly and was going to be exactly what we had hoped for....
Beautiful venue, the perfect music , florist, photographer and videographer. Invitations we're designed and a deposit placed.
As we we're ready to go to print, Kim suggested we sit tight and see which way the wind was going to blow on Covid. As all guests had received a "save the date" she thought better to be a bit late than to spend $2,000, send them and need to then cancel. We took her advice and as state and local restrictions started being put in place, we were forced to cancel. Let's move it November, when everything should be fine, I thought. Kim said let's give it a shot and the entire event was planned and confirmed for November 2021 within 24 hours. Well, a couple of months back we had another big decision to make. Would November be safe for 160 guests traveling in from out of town? Could we dance, hang at the bar, hug, kiss and everything else you want to do with those close to you? We decided that no way would it be what we wanted and no reason to put all of our friends and family at risk traveling. Cancellation #2. Asked the kids what they wanted to do? They're getting married 2 weeks from tomorrow in our backyard....16 people. Not what we had hoped for, but Kim and Alex once again put together what will undoubtedly be a beautiful and very special day in all of our lives!
