Willow was an absolute joy to work with throughout our entire cake choosing process! She is highly professional, kind, and sweet! As for the cakes, per usual, they were phenomenal and we got TONS of compliments on how delicious they were! Willow and the NBC Eagan made our dessert table dreams come true! We could not recommend them higher!

Working with nothing bundt cake was the easiest and fun experience! Getting to sample each flavor and working with such transparency made the whole experience truly exceptional!

I worked with Willow at the Eagan location. She was so helpful and organized. She made the ordering process a breeze and was very quick with responses when I’d email her a question. My husband and I did bundtinis for our guests and then did a 10 inch cake for ourselves. The bundtinis were a hit and looked so great, not to mention absolutely delicious! If you choose to do bundtinis, we estimated two per guest and then ended up having a lot left over.

We got married in March of 2022. We ordered bundtinis for our wedding of ~200 people. Willow was absolutely fantastic as she was very communicative and helpful. Our order was ready on time and accurate, and the service in store was great!

We hired Nothing Bundt Cakes in Eagan for our wedding desserts. We worked with their store Wedding Coordinator, Willow Gibbons who was fantastic to work with from start to finish!! They delivered 28 dozen bundtinis to our wedding venue in Prior Lake, MN on time without any issues. We selected three bundtini flavors for our guests to chose from. We got so many complements on them. We would highly recommend.

NBC was super helpful and responsive! They gave great advice, emailed back quickly, and everyone loves our dessert!

Who doesn't love Nothing Bundt Cakes?? They are always delicious and they deliver! SO easy to order and work with. We ordered too many but they make delicious leftovers if you freeze them!

NBC of Eagan was so amazing to work with. They were quick to response and flexible when plans changed during the planing process. And as always, the Bundt cakes tasted amazing.

We ordered our head table's tiered cake and bundtinis for our 170 person reception. Willow and NBC-Eagan team were prompt, accommodating, and helpful along every step of the way. We had so many compliments on our desserts, one of them being "I don't usually like cake, but this is the best dessert I've ever had" as they walked back to get THIRDS. Highly recommend NBC for all wedding goodies :)

Working with Willow was the most easy, seamless experience. The buntinis were a hit and we loved out double-tier Bundt wedding cake (we chose lemon and blueberry bliss). The cakes always come out perfect and are super moist and tasty! Highly recommend!!

Loved the look and taste of the tiered cake with drizzle frosting for our wedding day, as well as the assorted bundtinis. The flavor of the bundt cakes and frosting is so much better than your typical wedding cake. Eagan Nothing Bundt Cakes was so easy to work with and we had no issues on the wedding day. Nothing Bundt Cakes in Eagan was so great to work with! I emailed frequently with Willow to figure out what our exact needs were, and she was so helpful throughout the process. We loved being able to do the at-home tasting due to COVID so we could try out all the different flavors. It was great that the cost of the tasting was taken off our final total as well. The two-tiered cake and Bunditinis turned out beautiful and we got so many compliments on the flavors! We look forward to getting a treat from them on our anniversaries in the future!

NBC was easy to work with throughout the planning process. Willow from the Eagan location was quick to respond to emails and calls and overall just a smooth process! Our guests loved all the different flavors and were such a hit to grab and take out on the dance floor

We used the Woodbury location. They were professional, efficient, accommodating, and very nice. They made sure my day was perfect and everything was in place. We ordered the bundtinis. They were delicious and looked amazing. I would highly recommend this caterer for any event you are holding.

Everyone loved the bundtinis the red velvet was delicious for our cake. The blueberry was a bit over mixed in our cake.

I got married in November 2020 and had Bundtinis at my wedding. My original wedding date back in April had to be postponed and the Eagan location was super flexible and easy to work with. They changed the date on my contract right away and let me update my order the week before to accommodate my changing guest list. The cakes were phenomenal. I received so many compliments at the wedding. They also looked gorgeous on my dessert table. The Bundtinis were the only dessert I offered at the wedding and they were perfect for the occasion. We ate our leftovers for the next three weeks after the wedding and they stayed tasty. Highly recommend!

Nothing Budnt Cakes was a dream to work with. They made it super easy for me to pick up for my tasting and help walk me through the process of choosing flavors and quantities! They even delivered to my venue so I didn't have to worry about the cake getting there! We had bundtinis from Nothing Bundt cakes. Willow was great to work with and made the process seamless. The cupcakes were a HUGE hit! They are the best cupcakes I have ever had. Even my husband, who doesn't love deserts, is addicted to them. I would highly recommend them for any event!

First of all The Eagan Nothing Bundt Cake is my place to go for every occasion. However they made my wedding day very easy and clear. They had our cakes done by 10am pick up no later and the cakes itself were delicious. We had Pumpkin Spice (my Fav & seasonal), gluten free Chocolate chip, and for our two tier cake we got confetti (my fav as well). They made it easy, simple, and I can’t thank them enough. Everyone loved the cakes and we had left overs which made me so happy! Thank you Nothing Bundt Cake & thank you Willow for the clear communication!

Nothing Bundt Cakes is not only a delicious option but they were amazing to work with. We chose them for the dessert at our wedding (we ordered 350 bundtinis for our guests and a two tiered cake for us to cut) and they were an absolute hit!! Not to mention, the value for the amount we ordered - we received quotes from a few different dessert vendors and we were pleasantly surprised they were the cheapest option! The process was easy and the staff was always super quick to respond, which is an added bonus when planning a wedding. Our venue was outside of the delivery range but they went above and beyond to make sure they packaged our bundtinis and cake carefully for our friend who transported them and they were perfect upon arrival! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend choosing them for your wedding or event, you (and your guests) will be so happy you did! :)

Dawn helped me in getting exactly what we needed for our wedding. She was delightful! She gave me all the information I asked for and more so I had options based on our needs. Our groomsman brought our tiered cake on a 3 hour car ride and it made it in one piece and still looked amazing the next day. The cake was delicious and enjoyed by all who had it. Thank you!

Nothing Bundt Cakes Eagan provided buntinis and two bundlet cakes(for the bride and groom) for my daughter's wedding. We have purchased Nothing Bundt Cakes for other family celebrations and my daughter and her husband were excited to have them at their wedding reception. We worked with Dawn Stucky and the whole process was so easy and straightforward - much appreciated with all of the activities in planning a wedding! Even better were the wonderful and tasty cakes. They were moist and delicious - the guests loved being able to try a couple of flavors also. Customer service, great communication and a delicious dessert for a very special day. We actually used the bakery in Blaine, MN but they're not on the list of vendors through the knot. I have been to their bakery before and knew that their products are all delicious. It was kind of a no-brainer to order a whole lot of bundtini's for our reception! They are the perfect little cake for everyone. Not too sweet, not messy, and just the right amount of deliciousness to cap off our dinner. Everyone that we talked to said what a great idea it was and how delicious the cakes were. The Blaine bakery does a lot of business with our venue so when it came time for delivery they already knew the drill and were in & out before I could even come upstairs to thank them. I would most definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an alternative to a traditional tiered cake.
