the hands of someone truly special. Allyson didn’t just prepare an incredible multi-course menu for us that day; she invited us into her world, got to know us, and created an experience that was deeply personal and unforgettable.
Allyson's attention to detail, her passion for locally-sourced ingredients, and her commitment to community and connection were evident in every bite. She went above and beyond to source our favorite (and hard-to-find!) fish, branzino, for the big day, as well as curated a special, elevated kids menu. That level of care and thoughtfulness speaks volumes.
On our wedding day, the food and her whole team were nothing short of spectacular. Our guests still rave about the food - many saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. More than just a caterer, Allyson brought warmth, heart, and authenticity to every interaction. We’re endlessly grateful.
I failed to photograph her gorgeous dinner courses, but I did capture her stunning dessert table including our olive oil cake she made special for us.
