Notus Farmhouse offers numerous options for your wonderful wedding day. From the Farmhouse, the Courtyard, the Grain Bin Drink Station, the Barn to the Shed we have everything you need at one location to make your wedding just as gorgeous as you have always imagined.
You and your bridal party can spend the night in the Farmhouse, have rehearsal dinner in the Barn and decorate for your reception the night before your big day. The Shed is full of unique items to use for decorating: tables, chairs, linens, wood slabs, plate chargers, old doors & windows, lanterns, corn hole games, etc...
The Courtyard is draped with cafe lights that connect the barn to the pergola porch of the house. The Grain Bin Drink Station sits just to the side.

The Notus Farm House was the PERFECT place for our big day! We’re so thankful that we chose this venue! The wedding barn was the perfect & prettiest place for our reception dinner! The large dance space between the house and the barn was the PERFECT place for everyone to enjoy the night, dance, & spend sweet time with family. The house was nothing short of perfect. It is decorated so elegant and antique! It was the cutest place to spend time with my girls in! We had a sweet breakfast with everyone the morning of our wedding to calm the nerves. The Notus sheds saved the day with the decorations they had! It truly is the most special place to start a beginning. ❤️❤️

During the period of time that we were waiting for our wedding day, about a month before the big day, my husband and I found out a storm rolled through Oklahoma and damaged our wedding venue. As it was only 30 days before our wedding day you can imagine we were freaking out and knew our options were going to be very limited. Luckily, my husband and I found Notus Farmhouse online and seen they had our date available! Upon visiting the farmhouse, we fell in love with the venue and all the amenities they offered. We loved how DIY you could be to completely set up your wedding and decorations to your liking. We would also definitely recommend paying for the “Shed” add-on option that provided us with so many more decorations and items we used for our day. The owner and employee hired to manage the farmhouse were such a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend booking any event with Notus Farmhouse!!
We had this venue for our wedding reception and loved it! We purchased access to the barn for our big day. It is so beautiful inside and out! We worked with Patty and she was always willing to answer our questions and did so quickly! We had around 75 people. We also wanted to serve beer and wine so an alcohol officer was needed… all you have to do is let the venue know and they will arrange it for you for a fee, no hassle! For our day, we used the Shed (a big garage FULL of decorations) and it was so worth it! They have table cloths and things to use as centerpieces, and much much more — it saved us a lot of expenses and trouble! They also have a lot of chairs and tables to use! There was a chance of rain on our wedding day so the DJ set up inside and after dinner we moved over some tables to make a dance floor — it worked just fine!

My daughter’s wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. All the decorations we could possibly have needed were right there. Having the farmhouse to stay in before/after the wedding made the weekend so relaxing and easy. Notus Farmhouse is the perfect place to get married.
This venue was perfect for our wedding reception. The owners of the farmhouse are so friendly and make you feel right at home. They trusted us and helped us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple who is looking for a BEAUTIFUL venue for their wedding or reception.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our new beginning! Candy & Dwayne were amazing, the house is beautiful and the barn is to die for!! It sum it up, it was perfect! We had an absolute blast and I will forever recommend The Notus Farmhouse to anyone for any occasion.

Exactly what we wanted! We were able to visit the venue multiple times to plan, they had a great selection of decor/seating we could use instead of renting elsewhere. We had rehearsal dinner on the patio outside, me and my girls stayed the night and were able to have brunch the next morning! The day of the wedding was so smooth and beautiful. Thank you Notus Farmhouse!!

The Notus Farmhouse is the most beautiful venue to get married at! We got the venue for the weekend, and it was so much fun! We got to have our Rehearsal dinner there and my Bridesmaids and I stayed the night. Our wedding day was so perfect and the owners went above and beyond to help us out when anything came up. I texted them and she was there to help in five minutes or less. The owners are very sweet, and our guests absolutely loved the venue! I can’t begin to tell you how many of our guests told me afterwards about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had at our wedding. We just got married at Notus Farmhouse and it was the best decision we made in our planning process. The owners are wonderful and have made this such a beautiful and easy-to-work-with venue.
If you are traveling from a ways out...I sincerely reccomend that you do the weekend package.
We did the weekend package because we live 4 hours away, but it's what made the wedding so easy for us. Our wedding was Saturday evening so it was nice that we and our bridal party could stay in the house Friday night after decorating and the rehearsal dinner. Then we just stayed in the house after the wedding. No rush, no stress, no fuss. We cleaned up the next day and still had time sit around and visit with family and friends. If I could give 100 stars I would. Notus Farmhouse is pure magic.

Notus was the most beautiful venue that I could have ever dreamed of. Candy was amazing and was there to answer every question a bride could have. Her assortment of decor was never ending and perfect! I could have dreamed of a more perfect day!
We recently had our daughter’s wedding at Notus Farmhouse . There is not a better place in the Arkansas/ Oklahoma area to host your special event . This place is Spectacular! The photo ops are endless . If you are planning a wedding , you definitely need to inquire about renting the Farmhouse for your guests or bridesmaids because this is a WIN WIN deal for everyone . Candy also has a ton of decorations available .... so be sure to rent “The Shed”. And PS , she is always on the lookout for things to add to her collection . I have been to several parties , showers , and weddings at NotusFarmhouse and you are able to put your own special unique touch to your special occasion. Each event has been different and so special at the same time . Plenty of room for a DJ , dancing and just wonderful space for your guests to visit and feel comfortable. Minutes away from Ft Smith Ark .... and very accessible to Interstate 40, Our guests had No problem finding us at Notus Farmhouse. Definitely A wonderful wonderful experience working with Candy and Dwayne during our special weekend. They will work very hard to Make your experience a great one. I was Mother of the Bride, and the Notus Farmhouse made my daughter's day perfect!! The owners are laid back, happy, INSPIRING, and allow you to feel at ease in the environment they have created. I would highly recommend this venue--our pictures are amazing. There is even a swing outside under a big old tree...it's really just so sweet.
Notus Farmhouse is where I said "I do". Most girls dream of what their wedding will look like and be, and/or has a pinterest board of ALL the things. That girl was me. The Farmhouse could not have been more perfect. SO much more than I ever dreamt. They have so many different decorating themes, can be indoor or outdoor, and the bridal party or family can even sleep on the site! Candy & Dwayne will go to great lengths to make sure your day is perfect and one you never forget!!
My son had his wedding here and everything was perfect. This is the perfect place for any event. Candy and Dewayne are the best and so quick to accommodate. The venue is beautiful and Candy has anything and everything you could need to make your event special. I would definitely recommend them.
The Notus Farmhouse is a dream venue. I’ve had my baby shower here and have attended numerous weddings and events at this location. Candy is wonderful to work with and I love that she has a lot of decor on hand that I could choose from. My favorite part is how unique the farmhouse really is. There is a bunch of details that make the farmhouse stand out from other wedding locations. The outdoor area for a wedding is gorgeous as well. I highly recommend this venue!

I have attended several events at Notus Farmhouse, and I don't have adequate words to express how perfect it is. This place requires very little decoration because of the talent of the owners. The grounds are beautifully maintained. You will not find more caring and helpful people than the people at Notus. The farmhouse has been beautifully remodeled to add modern amenities while keeping that historic farmhouse charm. There is no limit to how this place can be portrayed..... LOVE IT!
It’s in the Details! Notus Farmhouse has thought of everything, making our event a success. They have extra power in the bride’s dressing room so all the styling tools don’t blow a breaker. If the DJ sets up on the Pergola, there is extra power for that. We continue to hear and say, “I can’t believe they thought of that!”
Oh my goodness, wow is just not enough! Notus Farmhouse is absolutely breathtaking. The owners are so personal with each of their brides and guests. They truly make each wedding as unique as you would like. The venue is without a doubt beautiful and they make sure no matter what the season that the venue stays as beautiful as you remembered when you book. All I can say is you would regret picking any other vendor.

As they are going on 37 years of marriage, it seems the last 10 years they have developed into another phase of their life that they LOVE. Their roots are deep, as they both grew up in this area. It started by making unique furniture and small designs and now has turned into full-blown repurposing. The barn and exterior of the house were completed in May 2017. The interior of the house completed in April 2018. They, of course, had competitions around every corner! Dwayne designing the men's dressing room and restroom and Candy tackling the women's areas.
