In the month leading up to the day, she was also instrumental in problem solving last minute issues such as guest list changes, delayed construction at our venue, an impromptu venue change for a music festival to next to our venue, and the extreme heat; Kara ensured sure our special day went off without a hitch. The day of the wedding, we never would have know that about all the changes leading up to the day! In fact, through all these changes, Kara worked her magic and made our day even better than we could have even imagined. Kara and her team from Nouvelle made sure that the entire process was effortless on our end. Our wedding was beautiful and was executed to perfection because of Kara and Nouvelle! Immediately Brianna and her team started mapping out our wedding timeline even before our 6-week countdown. We had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with Kara for our big day. Kara was incredible. 6 weeks before our wedding, she jumped right into the planning. She reached out to all our vendors, coordinated arrival times and kept them all in the loop regarding our wedding day timeline. She did most of the vendor communication leading up to the wedding, which took a lot of that stress off of me. The day of the wedding, Kara and her team made the entire day a breeze. Everything was right on schedule. Our day would not have been what it was without Kara and the nouvelle team. They are absolutely incredible!

She saw our vision of our ceremony and reception space and helped us get there. She met with us and with a couple of our vendors along the way and gave her thoughts and reasoning and we took her advice along the way. Our day of coordinators, Akina and Kara, were absolutely fabulous, they helped our day flow so well and were always there when I needed something. Akina came to our venue walkthrough and did EVERYTHING behind the scenes for us the month leading up to our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing— which is exactly what we were looking for. On the wedding day Julia was assisted by Kara and Alex, who were both fantastic and kept the whole day running smoothly. Everyone on the planner team worked well with all of our other vendors and all of our guests were impressed with how flawless the day went.
