Nouvelle Weddings

t Saturday (10/10) and the service and cocktail hour were to be outside weather permitting. There was nothing in the forecast for rain until overnight. We were using a string quartet and they can't let their instruments get wet. About 90 minutes before the service, Julia came to me (father of the bride) and said I needed to make the call since the forecasts were now calling for between 30% and 50% chance of rain. I decided to move forward. There were a few sprinkles during the ceremony but more as cocktail hour was approaching. At literally the last minute, Julia was able to get a small portable tent brought to the venue via DoorDash so the musicians could play for cocktail hour. Incredible. She was absolutely unflappable. I cannot recommend July and Nouvelle any higher.

There was never a single moment where I did not trust her opinions and her wealth of experience, and the result of that trust was a vendor team that worked seamlessly and with such genuine care. LynnAaron's coordination with the team and her loving attention to each and every detail produced a wedding day that radiated magic everywhere we looked. Somehow, she took the visions I had in my head, and she planned and executed a wedding that felt even more unique to me than I could have imagined. If possible, I would relive that day over and over again just to keep experiencing the magic. I could not thank LynnAaron and Nouuvelle Weddings enough!

r first meeting, LynnAaron made us feel like we had a very experienced planner in our corner. She helped us navigate a lot of important decisions, put together a timeline for the day that did not feel rushed at all, designed a reception that we can’t stop talking about, and even helped us stick to our budget! It is no exaggeration at all when I say that we couldn’t believe our wedding was actually ours, because it was a more perfect day than we could have ever imagined. There was no pressure to ever do anything we wouldn't be comfortable with and great care was put into every detail that made our special day unique to us. In the month leading up to the day, she was also instrumental in problem solving last minute issues such as guest list changes, delayed construction at our venue, an impromptu venue change for a music festival to next to our venue, and the extreme heat; Kara ensured sure our special day went off without a hitch. The day of the wedding, we never would have know that about all the changes leading up to the day! In fact, through all these changes, Kara worked her magic and made our day even better than we could have even imagined. Kara and her team from Nouvelle made sure that the entire process was effortless on our end. Our wedding was beautiful and was executed to perfection because of Kara and Nouvelle! Immediately Brianna and her team started mapping out our wedding timeline even before our 6-week countdown. We had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with Kara for our big day. Kara was incredible. 6 weeks before our wedding, she jumped right into the planning. She reached out to all our vendors, coordinated arrival times and kept them all in the loop regarding our wedding day timeline. She did most of the vendor communication leading up to the wedding, which took a lot of that stress off of me. The day of the wedding, Kara and her team made the entire day a breeze. She saw our vision of our ceremony and reception space and helped us get there. She met with us and with a couple of our vendors along the way and gave her thoughts and reasoning and we took her advice along the way. Our day of coordinators, Akina and Kara, were absolutely fabulous, they helped our day flow so well and were always there when I needed something. Akina came to our venue walkthrough and did EVERYTHING behind the scenes for us the month leading up to our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing— which is exactly what we were looking for.
