Greg was AMAZING! My now wife did not give me the slightest hint of what she wanted, so he and I went to the drawing board and created the perfect ring! She is still getting comple...
ments daily and simply adores it! I cannot thank him enough for his knowledge and his quick turnover time (only took a few weeks from me walking in to me picking up the ring). I will be going to him for everything from her "do I look engaged" mug to a one year anniversary band. I am so happy to have him as our jeweler now and I know my wife already has multiple pieces picked out for future presents! THANK YOU GREG!!
If I could give Greg and Novak Jewelers 100 stars, I would! It's family owned business that knows your face when you walk in for the second time. Greg was a special part of our eng...
agement day, with a stop at Novak (where we had gone ring shopping) during my scavenger hunt through St. Louis that ended in a proposal - with the most gorgeous ring I had ever seen! He gave me my next clue with a huge smile on his face, and you could just see the happiness he had for his customers. Truly some great people, with excellent customer service and beautiful products! I'll recommend Novak to anyone, any day!!

What a great Jeweler to work with. Family owned and so helpful. The store is small and everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased our wedding bands there...
and were so pleased. I have also gone back to have other jewelry repaired and was amazed by their customer service. When a stone fell out of my ring after a repair (a ring from another jeweler) they repaired it for free! Very Impressive.
