We are one of the only true, All-Inclusive Wedding Venues in the Hudson Valley. We offer competitive packages that include:
- Unlimited open bar, champagne toast & specialty cocktails
- CIA, Culinary chefs preparing your stationary appetizer displays, passed hors d'oeuvres & entrees
- Chairs, tables, linens, silver, china and glassware (all of your necessary hosting essentials)
- Large bridal suite with private bathroom and tons of make up vanities
- Two large outdoor patios, our waterfall terrace and the bluestone, each with its own unique design.
- Wedding cake from the Pastry Garden
Our goal is to make the planning process as simple as possible. You will be planning directly with our events coordinator. Our bridal suite, ceremonies, cocktail hour and reception are all on location. We only offer one wedding a day, we are walking distance to two large hotel chains, and everything you need to host is prepared for you!

est day you could imagine! After our initial meeting with Bryce it was a no-brainer to go with Novella’s. They were the only venue that said yes to all of our requests and let us make the wedding more catered to us as a couple (DIY stirrers, signage, centerpieces, etc.). They only do 1 wedding a day so you are their main focus for the duration of your day. He will answer your emails, texts, and set up meetings with you if you ask! He also added some ideas we wouldn’t have thought of and walked us through the timeline and process with our goals in mind. Courtney literally went out of her way to grab extra baby's breath flowers for our centerpieces because they just needed "a little something" and she was SO right
Our family/friend’s raved about the food during cocktail hour and dinner. Good portions and great quality! My now husband was obsessed with their liquor selection and knew all of our guests would be happy in that domain. As the bride, I felt they ran a tight ship with no hiccups in sight and were easy to find if I had any questions. My guests said it was a true hidden gem that they didn’t know about but loved!
They also have a deal with the local Pastry Garden to give you a custom cake included in the venue cost! The venue is within walking feet of a local hotel (America's Best Value Inn - who were also fabulous to work with). Bryce also let us use the outdoor patio for an amazing after party!! Truly just good people to work with and SO easy to trust!

attention, and effort into the prep of our wedding and more so the execution of our wedding. He was truly phenomenal! Food was super yummy, drinks did the job lol. Our guests had an absolute blast on the dance floor with the disco ball! He was very easy to get in contact with. I was quick to get on to an email and he was just as quick to give me a response. If you’re looking for a family run feeling there is not other place to look at. We wanted an outdoor garden space for our ceremony and we absolutely got that! And with the balance of a cool ballroom. A fun blend! We also had our after party in the garden ceremony area. The fire pit went on and stayed on for us all night ! As we partied with my husband’s band and ate s’mores into the late hours! We had an absolute blast! I would recommend Bryce and his team to anyone looking for a fun and memorable night!

The venue was set up exactly how I wanted it to look, without me having to set it up myself. Bryce made the process of getting married feel easy and fun. I was able to relax and enjoy my special day thanks to him.
The food at Novellas is also fabulous!! The chef is from the Culinary. The apps for cocktail hour were amazing and we were able to add in special ones that we wanted. The meals were so flavorful and delicious! After the wedding, our guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Every staff member at Novella's was kind and hardworking. It was a wonderful wedding experience!

here every step of the way, always answering every question I had with patience and swiftness. Bryce did everything in his power to make sure our day was absolutely perfect AND HE SUCCEEDED!! Due to the thunderstorm weather predictions, Bryce and his team spent so much time and energy to set up for an indoor AND outdoor ceremony and then let me make the decision to have it inside. ho was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and efficient. He was very responsive to all of our many, many questions and always made us feel taken care of. Novella's provided us with a plethora of vendors to help ease the wedding planning process. The ones we ended up booking were also incredible. The space itself is beautiful and elegant. They have an additional bridal suite that was able to accommodate our very large wedding party. On our wedding day, Bryce was around all day meeting every last minute need and request. It ended up raining and he provided many umbrellas for guests that needed it. It was a very comfortable and friendly environment. The additional staff was extremely professional as well and our guests raved about how great they were. We can't recommend Novella's enough!

d not overwhelming. The day of the wedding was even more perfect. The staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the minute we walked in at 7am to get ready until leaving at midnight. We had some unique changes to our day and they were happy to provide suggestions and accommodations to make it happen! They set up the reception room like a beach-themed fairy tale! Our wedding at Novellas was perfect. We were originally thinking of having our wedding at a non-traditional venue but were worried about the amount of work that would be required. ...
However, once we met Dawn, the onsite coordinator, we knew that Novellas was where we wanted to have our wedding. Dawn could not have been more accommodating and helpful with our requests and questions. We ended up getting the personalization that a non-traditional venue would allow combined with the ease of a more traditional venue.
The venue is a beautiful, newly done space that has a great sound system and lights installed. Our DJ waived his normal sound system fee as he was able to plug into Novellas sound system. We had roughly 100 attendees but the space could definitely fit more if need be.
While Novellas has traditional wedding food with service, Dawn made a custom Barbeque menu upon our request. In addition, since my wife and I are into cocktails and most of our family members are into craft beers, Dawn accommodated our request for a special beer to be served on tap as well as having the bartenders follow very specific recipes that I had created. The food and drinks were great and we had countless family members tell us how much the enjoyed them.
The staff at Novellas was attentive and professional which really allowed us to just enjoy ourselves on our special day. I would not hesitate to recommend Novella’s for any event.
