We are most grateful for how smooth they made our wedding day. I couldn't tell you if anything went wrong behind the scenes during the day because I did not see or hear about it, which left my husband and I to be totally relaxed and having the time of our lives with each other and our guests. Karen and her assistants absolutely rocked it! They truly took care of us: keeping track of rings/vow books, getting us drinks at the start of cocktail hour, taking pictures with our disposable camera, and pulling the entire reception room together. We would not have had such an amazing and fun day if it weren’t for being able to rely on our coordinators. I cannot thank them enough. I can only highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding planning or coordination! Do you really need a wedding day-of coordinator? Yes, you do! And it should be Now and Forever Love.

Once I knew that I could count on Erica to handle the day-of logistics and also answer my endless questions and doubts, I was able to truly enjoy my wedding. My family members and friends have all commented on how helpful and on top of it Erica was the whole time and they didn't even get to see everything she did before the day of the wedding. I will tell everyone for the rest of my life that hiring a wedding coordinator is the most worthwhile investment you can make when planning a wedding, especially if it's Now & Forever Love!

During the month leading up to the wedding she was incredibly invaluable, making sure we had all details in hand, and reaching out directly to vendors to double check contracts, payments, deadlines, etc. On the day of, Helen and her team ran everything very smoothly - nothing notable went wrong, the venue setup was gorgeous (we had DIY centerpieces that she and her team set up), and our guests felt taken care of. Very thankful for Helen and her team making our day run smoothly!

We met at coffee shop to discuss our vision of a small, 30 person, mountain wedding in the Fall of 2020. At Helen’s suggestion we searched VRBO for houses that allowed events and were able to find an awesome “venue” on VRBO - a lodge in Idyllwild. We hired Helen and began the planning! She checked in every month with tasks to be done but considering we were over a year out, we didn’t have a ton to do. I booked other vendors and kept in regular touch. Then Covid19 hit. We were so at a loss of what to do. Do we cancel? Do we reschedule? Do we downsize? Let me tell you, Helen was an absolute rock throughout every anxious, upset, heartbroken phone call and email. Even when she didn’t have an answer right away she stayed optimistic and positive. We decided in July of 2020 to downsize to just 9 guests plus ourselves - the newly dubbed, “microwedding.” We discussed social distancing, masks, hand sanitizer, and everything that we would need to do to protect our families while still trying to hold a wedding during a pandemic. Helen handled everything with true grace and ease. No question was too random or silly; she was never condescending and I never felt awkward asking her for help. It really felt more like texting a friend and that was really important to me. She was always excited and enthusiastic in every text, email, and meeting. She even came to my final dress fitting with my sister-in-law to learn how to bustle my gown! When our original caterer (who was bringing all the rentals) ended up falling through, Helen recommend a local rentals vendor in Gardena (La Pinata Party), who were FANTASTIC. We would not have found them without her. When things started getting down to the wire, she was always there with suggestions and a friendly reminder. She also has a really fantastic list of her own rentals which we were thrilled to be able to use. She and her assistant Simon arrived Friday to help set up and get the rehearsal going. I was always confident that we were staying on schedule and that she had every detail covered. I am pretty organized and love lists, but it was invaluable to have Helen take care of so many little details like set up, decorations, and scheduling. She arranged our day-of schedule and kept our families and our other vendors (catering, photography, and HMU) up to date on the timeline for the day. It was the perfect day; everything went smoothly and we honestly owe it all to Helen. Our families were extremely impressed at her professionalism and just all-around positive attitude. We would 1000% recommend Helen and Now and Forever Love as a wedding planning team. You want them on your side helping you to plan, and effectively orchestrate, one of the most important days of your life!

She answered all questions in a timely manner beforehand and was amazing on the day of as well! She truly goes above and beyond and is everything wonderful that I have read in the reviews from others! High recommendations from a recent mother of the bride!

My wife and I were very disorganized when planning the wedding and Helen went out of her way to meet up with us a couple times before the wedding and keep us sane and calm. Would definitely recommend this team for your wedding!

o get the job done (and will DEFINITELY go out of her way to do it), ESPECIALLY on the DAY of your wedding(!!), you want to go with Helen. She is a sweetheart at best and makes sure to put her foot down with vendors when you need her to. Which by the way, she has great relationships with established vendors, which can be helpful when you need a quick go-to vendor for something big or small. She is organized, prepared, and personable. My wedding went from start to finish smoothly! It probably had glitches here and there (i.e. my wedding bouquet initially looked quite sad on the MORNING of my wedding; definitely not what the vendor and I had talked about. Helen had extra flowers on hand and filled up the bouquet to look stunning. Wedding planner and florist in one?! What a deal!), but I never knew of any problems because Helen took care of it all. Love her and will recommend her to anyone looking!

She is the one that will buy you breakfast when you are getting ready and immediately head out to the reception to take care of the rest! She was kind and respectful as well! Our wedding day was simply a breeze thanks for her! Not to mention, her assistants were just as good and attentive! 10 stars all around!
