Our DJ Sam truly made our night perfect!! My vision was “2016 frat party meets EDM concert” and he delivered perfect mixes and transitions and kept the dance floor full and lively....
For the few days following I’ve heard nothing but high praise for having the “best DJ and wedding music” anyone has ever experienced! Thank you to Sam and NPI!!!
Working with NPI was a breeze and I would recommend them 12/10 times for any event! From the beginning, Aaron was prompt and easy to communicate with. He matched us with Sam, who w...
as amazing! Throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour, all audio and music was great. Our reception had a packed dance floor the entire night (which was the goal) and Sam made sure the party kept going without becoming an entertainer emcee (something we strongly wanted to avoid). We received so many compliments throughout the night on our entertainment- in particular, Sam. All of our must plays were played and our do not plays weren’t. Sam listened to us and really made the night go exactly how we wanted it to, and even better.
Sam and the NPi team were amazing. From start to finish things were smooth and straightforward.
Sam was incredible and made the night special. The morning after our wedding, we w...
ere constantly asked “where did you find that DJ”. He took our preference sheet and turned it into the best night we could have asked for. The dance floor never went empty until we had to shut the party down.
Kudos to Sam and the team. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Sam with NPI was the perfect fit for our wedding. We gave him vibes and our taste in music and the dance floor was alive all night.
We truly don’t have anything but amazing things to say about Sam! When we had our first call with him, he was personable, easy to talk to, and even without knowing him beforehand, ...
it felt like you were already talking to a friend.
Throughout the stressful wedding process, Sam made it the complete opposite of stressful and made us feel reassured and relaxed that he was going to absolutely kill it for us and that’s exactly what he did.
We had so many guests come up to us throughout the night and say, “We love your DJ!” and “This is the best music we’ve heard at a wedding.”
Not only was Sam playing amazing music for us and our guests, but he was also approachable, kind, and genuinely having fun with us which we loved to see. Our guests even complimented that afterward, saying it was fun seeing him having such a great time with everyone as well.
We would 100% recommend Sam to any couple looking for a DJ, as well as NPI, because they were nothing short of amazing. We truly hope to keep our friendship with Sam moving forward.
We love Sam, and choosing him as our DJ for the biggest night of our lives was an absolute no-brainer and one of the best decisions we could have made.
NPi + DJ Sam Mathey were absolutely amazing to work with!

After completing my music form, I was matched with DJ Sam Mathey, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a a better DJ. Sam was professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. He took time to listen to all of my song requests, preferences, and executed everything perfectly.
But most importantly, Sam delivered when it came to the dance floor. He kept our guests dancing all night and the energy never faded. So many of our guests complimented the music.
If you’re looking for a DJ or AV services, I cannot recommend NPi or Sam Mathey enough.

an experienced Dj
I am a professional wedding officiant and while I've worked with MANY DJs over the last 10 years, it was my first time working with Shawn or anyone at NPI last night. It was a fant...
astic experience. Shawn clearly loves what he does. He knows it is the couples' big day and the DJ should be there to enhance it, and not be the spotlight. He knows how to work cohesively with the other wedding professionals the couple has chosen. I highly recommend Shawn and I hope it doesn't take another ten years for our paths to cross again!
NPI exceeded our expectations! They provided lights, audio, DJ, and a photobooth for our wedding. Our guests LOVED the glam style photobooth and couldn't stop raving about it after...
. DJ Mattitude played at our wedding and kept the dance floor packed while perfectly catering to our music needs. Brad and Aaron were also amazing to work with on the back end and were very responsive to emails. I would recommend NPI to anyone.
Sam Mathey DJ’d our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was super communicative and professional from the start. We had a call before the big day to go o...
ver music preferences and timing, and everything felt so organized—it gave me complete confidence that the night would go smoothly. From start to finish, the music was on point. He kept the energy up all night and read the crowd perfectly. So many of our guests commented on how great the music was, and we seriously danced the night away. Sam truly helped make our celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Sam Mathey was our DJ from NPi Entertainment.
We are an untraditional couple as we are older and it wasn't our first wedding so we wanted a high energy event with a hype tunnel for...
our entrance (Sam mixed one just for me) and non stop dancing after the wedding. SAM DELIVERED! His mixing of songs on the dance floor was incredible and all the guest raved about how good he was. I was also impressed with the communication, organization and final execution from the NPi staff. Brad Petty and Aaron Terkin were awesome about giving me a realistic quote and executing to what they promised. I purchased extra lights for the tent and uplighting in the courtyard. It was perfect and created the dance party we dreamed about and will always remember. I can't recommend Sam and NPi enough for taking an event to the next level.
NPi was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We hired NPi and Sam Mathey to DJ our wedding. We couldn't recommend them more. Sam is an incredibly talented person who help...
ed make our wedding reception vision come to life.
NPi was extremely prompt in their communication - they were by far the fastest response time of any of our vendors.
They were very professional - they're approach to working with us was very organized. They have people that handle all of the setup/contract and they let their talent focus on the event and the finer details.
Sam Mathey is EXTREMELY TALENTED. He was a pleasure to work with, made planning the night fun, and put on the party of the year! The next day, people were raving about the music and the dance floor. No one had ever seen a wedding party like ours.
We 100% recommend NPi and Sam Mathey.
Super great to work with. Aaron specifically was a great DJ for our wedding and knew how to keep people moving and grooving on the dancefloor!

NPI was the best choice for our wedding. They were easy to work and communicate with. Sam kept people dancing all night and work perfectly with the coordinator at our wedding.

tion. We had Aaron (DJ Terkalerk) providing tunes and he absolutely killed it! Every song was a hit, and we had so many friends complementing the music throughout the night. The dance floor was packed the from start to finish, and Aaron did a phenomenal job mixing in our picks, requests from guests, and other popular songs. It was incredibly easy to provide them with a must playlist, a do not playlist, and let them work their magic from there.
WOW! NPi Entertainment kept the party going all night at my wedding last weekend!

th my experience. Brad was super communicative and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I appreciated his expert opinion and great suggestions when it came to our venue layout, lighting design, and music selections. I also want to give a shout out to the techs who helped set up and tear down our equipment! Britton, Derek, and Darryl were super professional and ensured that everything went smoothly.
Our ceremony audio was crisp and clear and the quality of the cocktail hour and reception audio systems was great. The NPi lighting package, complete with wireless uplighting, custom string lighting, a hazer, and a disco ball, was the perfect compliment to our venue. Our DJ was fun and professional and kept the dance floor PACKED all night - without any gimmicks or cheesy announcements. We got nothing but compliments all night from our friends and family about the music!
I would book NPi again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend their team for your wedding or event.
Wow - where do I begin?! We hired NPi for our wedding day due to their amazing communication. They were so easy to work with & gave us exactly what we wanted when it came to our li...
ghting for both ceremony & the reception - which I was really worried about because we were getting married in the back half of a ballroom with no windows! But NPi killed it & made the room seem so warm & light! We also hired on our DJ, Marcus, through Npi as well - and he CRUSHED IT. He took exactly what we wanted for our music set & did not miss on a single song. The dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night & almost every single guest we invited told us our DJ was phenomenal. Marcus was so easy to work with & truly worked with us to make sure everything was smooth & what we were picturing. He even made sure my biggest pet peeve of "dead air" didn't happen throughout the night! It was so nice as a couple to just be able to dance the night away without worrying if the music was going to be good. We would 100% recommend hiring NPi for all lighting & DJ needs - and would 1000% recommend using Marcus for your DJ! You won't regret it!!!!!

Review for NPi
NPi is a must hire for your wedding or any event. Sam, Talk Boy Trio, and NPi as a whole are absolutely incredible. We cannot thank them enough for bringing the best...
music, setting the mood right, and keeping people dancing going for a 7.5 hour wedding (NYE).From the beginning they were easy to work with and truly helped bring our wedding to life. NPi set up a large disco ball display over the dance floor. They also provided draping to hide the venue when guests first arrived! Talk Boy Trio set the mood right at cocktail hour. Our guests could not stop raving about them! Everyone loved their energy and song selection! It truly got people excited for the ceremony and reception. They were great and had a lot of fun!! Our only regret is not hearing them during cocktail hour, so we will definitely be hiring them again for another party! And then Sam!! People came up to us through out the night to compliment Sam! Our dance floor was from 9:30-1:30 and it was full the WHOLE time! That is thanks to Sam and his impeccable music. Sam was also communicative and flexible. He met with us before the wedding and continued to communicate with us in the days leading up. He was patient and very kind! He is an outstanding DJ and person. NPi will make your wedding something people cannot stop talking about!
I would recommend NPi to every couple in Cleveland getting married or really any event. I don’t even know where to begin. From the get go NPi was easy to work with - responsive, fl...
exible. They made us an incredible disco ball display. They did draping so our venue was able to be hidden when guests first arrived. We had the most incredible band for cocktail hour! It set the mood for the rest of the wedding. Our guests loved the sound of the band, the engagement and liveliness. The band was in a basement setting and the volume was great! And then the DJ!! I think almost every guest came up to us to rave about Sam the DJ! He played an incredible collection of songs plus all our must plays. Our dance floor was full the WHOLE time! He kept the energy alive. Our dance floor was from 9:30-1:30. Additionally, I want to shout Sam out because he took time to meet with us, go over songs, and continue to chat with us weeks ahead of the wedding to make sure music was set. The vibes, the energy, everything was perfect! Our day was perfect and NPi played such an amazing role in that. Do not skip out on them! You will not regret this hire!

We like a lot of EDM and he played the perfect balance of oldies, dance classics, slow songs, and new EDM vibes. The dance floor was packed the entire night until the absolute last song, and he played all the songs we requested ahead of time. Our MC Jeremy was also awesome! He was always trying to make sure he could do whatever was necessary for us to have the best day possible and got the whole crowd laughing during the reception. We 100% recommend this company, no question!

s. I'm a huge audiophile and wanted to be extremely involved in the process. No problem he accommodated excitedly. I literally wrote out every song I wanted. He made it happen in good flow that had everyone dancing all night. I had many people come up and ask me if he was a friend of mine, my response: "Nope, dude is just a super personable DJ who cares." Shawn was absolutely awesome to work with. We had several surprises coming from different people at different times, he executes them all with perfection. His crowd presence and engagement was unparalleled. I used to work weddings as a bartender and I've literally seen dozens of DJs, Shawn was the best. Hands down.

or to the day and incredibly knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had on what we needed for sound, music, etc. We booked Julian as our wedding DJ through NPI and we seriously can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with him! He was SO wonderful to work with. He understood our vision when it came to the kind of music and overall vibes we were hoping to have not only for the reception but also from the cocktail hour to winding down the night. He had the dance floor PACKED all night long which was all we were hoping for and every single person said that he was the best DJ and that our wedding had the best music that they'd ever been to and we couldn't agree more. Thank you NPI!!!

He was kind and easy to work with. Get you a DJ that remixes your favorite tv show theme song like Ik did for us. Hire NPI!!

Creating such a crazy fun vibe for everyone, keeping guests on the dance floor and just being such a positive person and working with me and my wife. We couldn't be happier. industry is unmatched. We actually booked our event coordinator and videographer through his recommendations and couldn’t be happier with the services we received. We hired NPI to provide uplighting, a customized dance floor gobo, a DJ, and an MC for our 7/16/22 wedding at The Old Courthouse downtown. The uplighting truly set the mood for the evening and highlighted the beauty of our venue. Our custom gobo added beautiful personalization to the dance floor. The MC was so personable and really knew how to get the crowd going without being cheesy or “over the top”. It’s a month later and our guests are still texting us to rave about the dance floor and playlist. Our DJ (Bobby Booshay) did a fantastic job of keeping our guests dancing all night. We cannot recommend hiring NPI for your wedding enough!
