al that typically sees between 500-700 people attending. Unfortunately, the experience we had was FAR from what others had. In the months leading up to our event, communication with Nuwave was inconsistent and significantly delayed on their end. As our event grew closer, our emails and calls to confirm were left unanswered and ignored. Two days before our event we found out the person we had been working with had been sick, which is understandable. What is NOT understandable is that they didn't have system in place to ensure that individual's clients were receiving quality customer service in his absence.
The day before our event, we heard back that our initial contact was sick and someone else would be helping us. Then, at 4:03pm on the day of our carnial (which started at 4:30pm), we found out they weren't coming. We tried calling and asking them to come and provide the bare minimum of the package we placed a deposit on, but no response. We had to pivot and had many unhappy families and kids that evening because Nuwave cancelled on us.
Wonderful customer service, and experience.

ble to rent lighting for our big day which was so fun for the evening dance floor. Our dj was amazing about catering to all guests, accepting song requests and switching up the soundtracks to fit the dance floor crowd, so the party never stopped. The package we decided to go with was budget friendly, and went past our expectations with the dj being so friendly, professional and just going above and beyond for our big day.

e planning process, essentially acting as our coordinator for the event and helping us understand how weddings work, they even have an app to help plan LITERALLY EVERYTHING. We felt like we were his only couple, so amazing! On wedding day, we were blessed to enjoy the perfect dancefloor thanks to our selected Dj Randy, as well as a super fun photobooth experience and lighting that took our breath away as soon as we entered the room. We could not have asked for a more perfect start to our new life together and our now Nuwave customers for life. We have already booked, my daughters sweet 16 and a company event with them, what a BLAST!! CHOOSE NUWAVE!!
