s before the wedding, we reached out to Fatima to inquire about her Day Of Coordination package. From our first meeting, she was so easy to jive with, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. It was a no brainer at that point to book her. Since we already had all of our vendors booked at that point, we were mainly looking to align all the pieces and come up with a thorough game plan for the perfect execution. We needed it to go without a hitch and were advised by newlywed friends that a designated, highly capable planner would ensure just that. Look no further, brides and grooms! Fatima far exceeded our expectations and delivered when we needed her most. From designing and printing beautiful last minute ceremony programs within days of the wedding to helping steam bridesmaids dresses and keeping the groomsmen in line the day of, she was the glue that held everything together and the solution to any unpredictable issue that came up. All the logistics felt under control at all times, and this made room for us to enjoy our day as worry-free as possible! She was absolutely one of the best investments we made! We cannot thank her enough for helping us create our "best day ever"!

Even though some big things went wrong - namely the transportation bailing at the last minute and rain on a day that there was a 0% chance - my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing because Fatima took care of EVERYTHING and took it all off our shoulders - we didn't even know about problems until she already had solutions. Fatima saved us from so much stress and made our day awesome. I would recommend Fatima, no questions asked, to anyone. t was an amazing experience to work with such talented people (Fatima Rizzo). Through out the day of prep for the wedding, they handled every conversation, every vendor, and not once was there an issue. Fatima & team was SO beyond professional and made sure that any issue, the bride never knew about (which any bride would appreciate). The team kept me calm, excited, and not once did I feel like things were not getting taken care of. I don't know what I would have done without them! n't be worth the fight and agreed a wedding planner should be part of our budget. I didn't really know what that meant, didn't know what they did and didn't really care to be honest. I just figured she wanted one and I knew my turn would come for something I would want. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Fatima slowly started reaching out. She would very easily talk us off of the ledge when we were discussing overall logistics. As we got closer she had incredible documents laid out for us with every vendors contact info and timetables for every tiny thing that was going to happen that day. To say Fatima was able to make things a little less stressful would be an understatement and it was about two months pre-wedding I realized this was a good investment. However, it wasn't until the day of that I realized not only was this is a good investment, it is literally something I would never tell a friend to do without. Life saver is one of the only words that comes to mind when thinking about Fatima and the work she does/did for us on our wedding. Every little thing from calling each vendor and making sure they show up on time, with everything they're supposed to have and keeping them organized to the smallest of details about something you'd never even think would be an issue...she was on it! Words can't express how much easier she made the wedding day in general and how much easier she made my fiance's (now wife) life those last few days before the wedding. I would recommend not only a wedding planner for your wedding but you'd be crazy not to lock up Fatima the day you get engaged. And if she is already booked for your date, I would change it so you can get her! Absolutely the best!

She came to me mid wedding and told me she wasn't going to tell me now but in a few days she would let me know everything that went wrong and fixed. I am so glad because there were a lot of little details that went wrong that I would have had to fix and it would have been very stressful. Fatima was there for us at the rehearsal the night before the wedding and took charge of everything. The day of the wedding, she was there for the girls and guys at 9AM and was very helpful. At the reception she was a gem! Not at all in your face, actually you didn't even notice her. She was wonderful and took care of so many things that I wouldn't have even thought of. She went above and beyond and was worth her weight in gold! I would recommend her to anyone as a wedding planner for their wedding or any big event. She's the best!

She also printed up menu cards for the tables and I left it all up to her and they looked elegant I was very happy with the price and quality. She is in constant contact with you and sets up a timeline for the wedding day. All logistics for the day for bride and groom are taken care of so the parents can enjoy the day with guest and have no worries. She is there till the end of the night to handle any issue that comes up and takes care of it so you don't even know about it. You may not think you need a wedding day coordinator but believe me you do I have been to many wedding and seen the brides mother trying to deal with chaos and getting upset do yourself a favor and enjoy your daughters wedding day!! She was able to execute my "vision" flawlessly, bringing the final details over the finish line, but more importantly, she was able to keep my entire bridal party and family at ease so we could actually enjoy the day. Her level of service and attention to detail is at the highest level. By the end of the night, she felt like a fairy godmother that my entire family wanted to adopt. Weddings can be stressful, but with Fatima by your side, you can sleep well knowing that your dream wedding will be made a reality. tion I had with her, she was so helpful and gave such great advice - before I even hired her! Our wedding was a bit complicated as my husband and I are both in residency, and living in a different state than where our wedding was, but Fatima helped enormously. She called our vendors, got their certificates of insurance, created our programs, created our menus, and made our seating cards. She also was always checking in with me via phone or email, and helping to make sure everything was taken care of. She even dropped off our goody-bags for our guests at the hotel and our favors at the wedding venue for us. On the day of the wedding, she kept me and my husband sane, and dealt with everything without us even knowing. Everyone told us that "something will go wrong" on the day of your wedding, but at the end of ours, my husband and I were like "wow, everything went as planned!". It turned out that everything didn't go as planned, but Fatima made it happen without us knowing. All of my bridesmaids that were already married said they wished they had her, and all of my bridesmaids not yet married were asking for her number! I would highly recommend her for anybody's wedding (or any event) because at the end of the day, our wedding was the best day of my husband and my life, and we got to enjoy every second of it without any stress.

I recently worked with NVS to plan my October Hudson Valley wedding and I don't know what I would've done without them. From beginning to end, they helped me stay on track with every detail and make well informed decisions on everything. I had tons of questions, and they had every answer, or great (and sometimes more cost efficient) alternative suggestions. They designed my save the dates, invites, menus, favor tags and place cards. They helped make my wedding day become the absolute perfect representation of my husband and I. The day-of coordination blew me away. I had a large bridal party and they made sure all of the hair and make up vendors worked smoothly (and on schedule), and they made sure all my bridesmaids were ready on time. They work closely with your vendors to ensure everything is seamless and everyone is on the same page. The peace of mind my now husband and I had the day of our wedding was largely due to NVS and we couldn't be more grateful. Do yourself a favor and work with NVS. It was probably the best decision I made during the planning of my wedding!

ked extremely hard from designing our Save the date and invitations to the Thank You cards. She created a super detailed itinerary for the wedding day, made sure everyone stuck to it and oversaw all the vendors. My wife and I work a lot so it was great to have her workout all those important details. The transition from the church to the reception hall was smooth and she even connected us with travel planner for our honeymoon. Her team set up and broke down the reception hall. We had a minor issue with the limo company but she called their office and I am not sure what she said but it was resolved. We were very happy with the overall service we received.

was without several vendors, I had no rentals, I didn't have any idea what I was trying to do in terms of floral, and I was totally in over my head. Fatima swooped in and saved my sanity and helped get everything booked and organized. After one quick weekend trip to Austin 3 months before my wedding, Fatima helped me find my venue for my rehearsal dinner, hired my florist, rented all of our linens and other rentals, met all of my vendors and negotiated timelines, and worked with the staff at my venue to determine floor plans, timelines, and every other little detail you could imagine. For the next three months we were in close contact via email, text and phone. I could easily ask her questions, and she was open with me throughout the whole planning process. My mind was at ease! The weekend of the wedding was hectic with so many out of town quests arriving at various hotels in Austin. I was supposed to have my welcome bags finished when I checked into the hotel, but of course I ran out of time, and Fatima took care of my welcome bags too! I wasn't the most helpful bride in the world, but Fatima didn't blink and eye and helped me wherever she could. She made sure that all quests had instructions for the rehearsal dinner, and knew about the wedding day transportation to the venue. She made sure all of our vendors and everyone in our wedding party had a detailed timeline/schedule for the wedding day. All vendors showed up on time and did a great job, and the venue looked absolutely gorgeous! I got so many compliments on my floral arrangements and the layout of the venue. The ceremony and cocktail hour went off without a hitch, but then we had a problem with our dinner service. The kitchen must have gotten backed up, and it was taking forever for the guests to get their plated meals! Our one hour dinner turned in to a two hour dinner, which left just over an hour for dancing. I was furious with the catering team, and was very worried about my reception being cut short and my guests not being able to enjoy the dance floor, photobooth and open bar. Fatima saved the night. She told me to go have fun with my guests and she got in touch with all of my vendors - the venue, the DJ, the bartenders, the buses, the photographer, and the photobooth and extended everyone for an hour. I don't know what we would have done without that extra hour; we were all so thankful for it, and I personally was so thankful for Fatima! There was no way I could have pulled off all of those extensions on my own. During that last hour Fatima packed up all of our personal belongings and things that we brought to the venue and loaded it up on our bus. Once we got back to our hotel, she unloaded all of our stuff from the bus and had the hotel put it in storage for us to grab the next day. Fatima honestly saved my wedding day and helped out more than she probably realizes! I was able to relax and enjoy the months leading up to my wedding, and I was able to have a stress-free wedding weekend. Thank you so much Fatima!! xx

wonderful! I got so many compliments on them! The day of she was there every step of the way to make sure things ran smoothly! Even when a waitress spilled ketchup and mustard down the back of my dress! It could have turned into a wedding nightmare, but she kept me calm and got right down to work and every drop of it came out! My mom was so calm throughout the process also. They did not miss a beat from the time my Bridal Party/Groomsmen started getting ready for wedding to the last song of the night. On my wedding day I did not have a worry in the world. l. My invitations were amazing! All I did was give her a general idea of what I liked and the colors we were looking for and the end result was more than I could have hoped for. I had young male guests calling to tell me how awesome they were- and we all know most twenty-something guys pay little attention to invitations. My second favorite thing about the invites was that I didn't have to do a thing. They stuffed, addressed, stamped and mailed them. The programs and menus coordinated with the invitations and tied everything together perfectly. Fatima was with me every step of the way, most importantly from rehearsal the night before until I walked out the door after the reception ended. I really had absolutely no stress on my wedding day and that was 100% because of her. She handled all of the major obvious details and the dozens of small things that you can't even fathom (bustling my dress, putting pads in my shoes, dealing with crazy family members, etc...). You name it and Fatima did it. Her attention to detail and professionalism were matched by her warm and fun demeanor. I felt like I had a great friend with me every step of the way (which she is now!). I wouldn't think twice about working with Fatima again. irst thing we did was to give Fatima an idea of what we wanted for our wedding invitation and she executed it perfectly, making it even more beautiful and detailed than what we had imagined. Once we had the wedding invitation design, Fatima gave us ideas for how to coordinate everything else with it and we ended up with so many special touches that our guests were truly WOW'd at everything. The details included matching dinner menus, favor tags, seating cards, custom fans for the guests on our hot wedding day, and last but not least: The priest who married us required that the entire script of our wedding ceremony be printed into a booklet. When I found this out only a couple of weeks before the wedding I never thought I’d be able to make it happen. I had nightmares of having to photocopy the script at Staples. Luckily, NVS Events came to the rescue and managed to not only design a gorgeous ceremony program that would fit the entire script on a reasonable number of pages but they even had them match all of the other items and they were BEAUTIFUL. It was so perfect, all of our guests remarked how wonderful it was and what a beautiful keepsake it would be for years to come. Fatima is one talented woman but that's not all - she is also fun and caring and has a wonderful personality. We were so thankful to have her overlooking everything, too, because she is so experienced and we never would have thought of so many details that go into planning a wedding. Wedding planning can be so stressful but with Fatima going over everything with a fine-tooth comb, you will be stress-free and only see the fun side of planning a wedding!

We met about 6-7 months before my wedding, and would meet in person on a monthly basis to discuss logistics, vendors, day-of timeline, etc. The week before a wedding can get crazy - but if you have Fatima on your side you do not need to stress. Fatima confirmed details with ALL my vendors and put together an extremely detailed timeline for the day. This way everyone knew where they would need to be at all times. Fatima also attended my rehearsal to ensure the flow at the church would run smoothly on the day of. Fatima is up for any curveball! At our rehearsal (day before the wedding), we find out that the AC at our church was broken (due to Hurricane Sandy). What made the situation a little alarming is that the day we got married was expected to be 93 degrees (it wound up being closer to 100!). Following the rehearsal, Fatima went to Home Depot and purchased fans to place throughout the church in an effort to cool the church any way possible. The morning of the wedding, she coordinated with the maintenance guy at the church and ensured they were set up. She truly went above and beyond! Aside from her awesome organization and willingness to take care of details, she is an absolute pleasure to work with and one of the nicest people you will meet! If you are like me and the logistics of the day stress you out, definitely consider hiring NVS Events!! You will be so happy you made that decision!

ima sewed bra cups into a bridesmaid dress, sewed up a bustle that fell out, pinned falling buns, fitted a loose flower girl shoe... and that was all before the limos arrived!!! Fatima carries around a magic bag... but it's not the bag that's magic, it's her! She was calm, knew her stuff frontwards and backwards, and helped me to relax and completely enjoy my wedding day. Because one of our buses arrived late, it didn't give my bridal party enough time to drop their luggage at the hotel after our wedding mass. Fatima took care of that! She arranged for a shuttle from the hotel to pick up everyones bags at the reception hall... AND she put a tag on each bag so the concierge knew that they belonged with our wedding. Fatima was literally met with cheers from everyone on the party bus when she informed us "DON'T WORRY! I TOOK CARE OF IT!" What else could a bride possibly want to hear? Where do I begin on my invitations, seating cards, dinner menus??? Let's just say I can't wait to work with her for my Thank You cards. She was excellent. She gave wonderful advice and was PATIENT BEYOND ALL PATIENT when I changed my mind a million times. I never felt like she was annoyed or that she didn't have time for me. I would recommend Fatima in a heartbeat. She was the BEST vendor at my wedding and if you're reading this... Book her. What are you waiting for? There's no one better. I may get married again (MAYBE JUST RENEW MY VOWS :)... just to have her help me with everything and make everything perfect again! THANK YOU!!!!!

and attempted to take on the details and planning of my wedding on my own "BIG MISTAKE." After realizing it was too much to bear, I was introduced to Fatima 30 days before the wedding date. After discussing location (my apartment), colors, day of the week "Tuesday", she was the only person that did not judge and reassured that it would be perfect. Fatima was able to walk me through the emotions the days leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding there was a tornado watch with high winds- My Husband, Guess & I were so taken back by the beautiful flowers and intimate details, we forgot about the weather. Fatima transformed my apartment into a elegant and quaint setting. I remember my maid of honor peeked inside and crying, just taken back by the beauty in all the details. Fatima listened and brought everything to life. It was BEAUTIFUL! Lastly, Fatima took a sheet of cake which was falling a part and was able to transform it with beautiful flowers looked like a new cake! During the wedding Fatima was so attentive to my husband and I, never left our side. Words - Pictures can not describe the talent that she has, it is something you have to see with your own eyes. We did not want the night to end, Thank you for making our day so beautiful and amazing. We can not wait to use NVS at our next special event and our 10 year anniversary!

Fatima's kindness, helpful suggestions, and sweet personality kept everyone calm and happy throughout what could have been a very hectic time. Instead of being nervous and worried, we were all cool, relaxed, happy, and able to enjoy and cherish each moment of my daughter's wedding. Prior to the wedding day, Fatima also took care of the many phone calls to all of our vendors to confirm everything. What a huge weight off the mother of the bride's shoulders! Every detail of the wedding went off without a hitch because of Fatima! I would DEFINITELY highly recommend Fatima to each and every mother of the bride and bride to be!!! ur DJ and florist and both were perfect. I really can't say enough good things about Fatima- my entire bridal party and my family fell in love with her at the wedding. She was 100% present from the rehearsal to the very end of the reception. Fatima kept the whole day going by bringing along a great assistant to help with shuttles and getting guests to the venue. Once I was at the venue, she helped me relax and even steamed my dress before I walked down the aisle! My hair piece broke and Fatima was there with tape and patience - right away. Most venues provide you with a contact and a personal attendant - these are great, but they are not Fatima. She is there for you to help make the day go perfect and when it doesn't she handles it so you and your family don't have to worry about a thing. I didn't trust my venue and hiring Fatima was the best decision I made. I knew that while she was there everything would be ok. We ended up having an amazing day, but I know she dealt with a lot of problems. I never felt that anything was wrong because she was on top of it all. She was worth every penny and she was a joy to work with!

For my wedding they were able to match my invitation and create ceremony programs, menus, place settings, and favor cards. Fatima also acted as my day of coordinator and organized every detail so we didn't have to stress or worry if something was being delivered on time or set up the right way. She worked with the Reverend to coordinate timing of the ceremony and helped the photographer organize our larger family shots. She even ran out to Pearl Vision in the middle of getting ready when my Father's eyeglasses broke and had them fixed and returned within a half hour. Fatima's level of professionalism is exceptional. She is able to balance any request or issue that comes up without a flinch and takes all the stress away from the bride. My mom and I were extremely fortunate and grateful to have her be such a vital part of our special day. I highly recommend using NVS Events!

NVS jumped right on board and used 100% recycled paper and vegetable based ink/toner for everything! They also listened to my vision and helped me elevate it so that is was more elegant and sophisticated. I really could not have asked for a company that was more personal, helpful, professional, accommodating, responsive, and one that worked within my budget. LASTLY, when I told NVS where I was going on my honeymoon, they volunteered a bunch of helpful information about where to go to eat, what to do, what to think about before going, etc. Once again, so incredibly helpful and easy!
