My wedding was a disco ball theme. Cindy was amazing at turning my vision into a reality. Her expertise really shone through. She's a pleasure to work with and is super proactive. ...
The NY Lounge Decor team set up and broke down the decor quickly and ensured it all looked great and as expected. The disco ball decor and lighted tables looked fantastic and had the guests raving.
This vendor did NOT SHOW UP TO MY WEDDING! There was heavy rainfall the previous night and I learned (after the fact) that the truck was delayed. My planner called 10+ times the da...
y of with no response or update as to the status. They said they called me directly (i did not have any missed calls) but regardless, as the bride, i did not have my phone with me. They finally showed up at 7pm during my wedding to which I turned them away. When I contacted them after for a refund, they did not answer the phone to address the issue, said they were busy and texted back. I did successfully receive the full refund, but this does not excuse the no show. I am still upset about this outcome. I work in the events industry and could have gone with another vendor; I regret all the work put into sourcing the furniture with this supplier. Especially given their unprofessionalism after the fact. Unacceptable!
