Nyami Nyami River Lodge at The Brevard Zoo

Very fortunate to say my husband and I got married at the Brevard Zoo! The Nyami Nyami River Lodge was absolutely beautiful and made a wonderful location for the ceremony and reception. The deck overlooking the river is stunning and the reception space is huge! It was a fantastic price point as well. Angel, the events coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We did have some audio issues for the ceremony itself, but it was minimal compared to the beauty of the night. Everything else went perfectly. For additional context, our wedding was on a weekday afternoon/evening. I would absolutely recommend the Brevard Zoo to any animal-obsessed couples looking for a unique, unforgettable venue!

My company recently had an event at Brevard Zoo. What a beautiful place! We had a large-scale team meeting at the Nyami Nyami River Lodge (110 people) and leverged their AV services. The room was set with round tables, and while we supplied the center pieces, their team set everything up for us and when we walked in, it looked great. Right outside, we could see giraffes, zebra, storks and other animals and when we had a break everyone was outside on the deck overlooking the water and this beautiful habitat. We had breakfast and lunch while we were there, and the food was really good. We had a buffet and there was something for everyone. After our meeting was over, we went into the Zoo and fed giraffes and a few of us went kayaking too. The Zoo itself is lush and immersive, the staff and volunteers were friendly and knowledgeable and the animals looked happy. Lastly, I must comment about the staff. From the coordinators to the wait staff, great service! I am getting married next year and because of this experience, I decided to have my wedding at Brevard Zoo!
