If I could give more than 5 stars, I would - Nick was absolutely the best DJ we could have gotten for our wedding! Organized, communicative, personable, timely, and most of all, a stellar vibe curator!! We were recommended to him from another DJ and we initially had a short meet-and-greet Zoom call with Nick to see if we were a good fit for each other and so we could get to know his DJ'ing style, and as soon as my husband and I got off the Zoom call we knew he was it. Our wedding ceremony went off without a hitch with great sound, and our reception was the biggest party ever - all thanks to him! Nick was an absolute delight to work with! He is a dream for type-A brides with a comprehensive portal for song selection and color coded floor plan layout for his equipment! His communication & organization skills are unmatched and ensures your day goes off without a hitch. He takes time to get to know you as a couple and understand your vibe. We gave some guidance on a few songs we wanted to hear, but we let Nick do his thing and he killed it! Our guests of all ages got out on the dance floor and had the best time. Nick easily goes with the flow and not to mention his DJ set up/sound system looks so cool and adds a great vibe to the reception area. I never thought a 'remote DJ' was a thing until I Googled it and Nick's name came up. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Nick. From the very first call, to the trial session, his attentiveness and flexibility as we worked out the kinks of live streaming from Iowa to Puerto Rico. He even schemed with my now husband to surprise me with a special dance! We had a 60" tv displaying Nick and my laptop with a zoom running simultaneously so that he could have eyes in the room. Every single one of our guests thought it was the coolest idea. Even the vendors we had in-person were impressed! Overall, Nick is extremely professional, communicative, and a genuinely awesome person to work with. Don't live in Iowa? Doesn't matter. Pick Nick anyway! We're already trying to figure out another event as an excuse to bring him back!

Nick was incredible throughout the entire process from booking to the wedding night itself. A true professional, responsive and kind, Nick kept us in the loop and helped us figure out how we wanted our special day play out, not only with music choice but also timing out speeches, intros, bouquet toss, etc. We had a blast on our wedding day and so did our guests thanks to Nick's prowess not only as a DJ but as the unofficial emcee of the night. If anyone is in need of an incredible DJ for upcoming weddings, Tyler and I can't recommend Nystrom Productions enough!! His talent was worth every penny! Nick made our wedding an absolute blast! Beforehand he took the time to get to know us and the vibe we were after for our big day. He kicked our reception off with killer intros for our wedding party around an Iowa State basketball theme--Loved how much energy he put into it! Nick went above and beyond for our special day. He helped make the planning process a breeze and was receptive to answering questions and working with us to make our day exactly what we wanted. Nick helped to keep things moving along during the reception and kept everyone dancing. He even used his drone in order to capture aerial pictures for us! Nick is an incredible DJ! He is very easy to work with and his website is easy to plan all of the important songs for our wedding. We had an amazing time on the dance floor and many of our friends have told us that he was the best wedding DJ they have heard. We completely agree! Our day wouldn't have been the same without him. We booked Nick 2 years before our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better DJ to get our party started. He got our guests on the floor and having a wonderful time! Nick went above and beyond the expectations of a DJ as he helped me perform a special song for my Wife, got some awesome pictures of our celebration and even a few videos with his drone of our reception and venue which were all just icing on top.
