Not professional at all
Pictures had images cut off such as a cross in the church. Most of the people were not centered such as the tops of heads were at the very top of the pictures. Also suppose to get large pictures that were included in pri...

Bobbie, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your photos' lighting. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to change the lighting in the church where you were married. It is one of the constraints of this venue. We did spend a lot of time...
trying our best to enhance the images but unfortunately, we cannot create a better lighting environment without the use of physical lights or modifiers.
Regarding the printed photos that you mentioned: we need to know which photos and at what sizes you would like printed. We included 10 at no additional cost and I would be happy to add an additional 10 images if you would like. Please email us at hello@chooseoakandwillow.com with which images you would like to be printed and at what size (4x6, 5x7, or 8x10) along with where you would like us to mail them.

s with our budget about 6 weeks before our wedding. Matthew crested a package for our budget because he didn’t want us disappointed and completely exceeded our expectations! He worked so well with our photographer, even though they had never met. He did a good job of making myself, bridal party, groomsmen and family feel comfortable in front of the camera. He even revised the video to add some extra speeches that we wanted. We also received an unexpected highlight video while on our honeymoon and we decided to purchase the raw reception footage as well. We will cherish this footage for the rest of our lives!!
