Jackie and her crew were professional and so friendly - it felt like they were part of the family celebration and it was wonderful. When you come for a tour, guest tables and the sweetheart tables are on display so you can imagine everything. Jackie shows you the amazing bridal suite fit for a princess! The grooms quarters are perfect also! Jackie will take you all over to show you how your wedding day will go! She has table layouts, timelines everything. She truly ensures wedding planning is simple and easy for every bride.
She has check ins, sends emails and texts so you never forget anything. No need for a coordinator, as Jackie and her team run point throughout your wedding! They also have this amazing barn filled with decorations and anything to add to the ambiance for your wedding. You can use anything to go with your theme or to help enhance the beauty of the amazing barn.
So, we come to the day before our beautiful wedding! Jackie and Billy are there ready to help with everything! They help with set up, table arrangements, helped my vendors get all prepped and walked us through absolutely everything. After set up, Jackie organizes the rehearsal and ensures your wedding will be perfect. She made sure we knew what to do and kept us in line!
Now let's talk about wedding day! Jackie runs the show and truly makes sure that everything works out! She checked in multiple times and made sure we were ready. Her team was there to guide us and tell us timelines. They again worked with all the vendors so that no one has to worry about anything whatsoever. Guests show up park and are driven by gators to the venue! It becomes a whole event for all of your guests. The guests already enjoyed the atmosphere right off the bat! They were able to see the cattle roaming the fields or they get to meet and take pics with the infamous ChaChi. The ceremony went even better than rehearsal! The directions and guidance make everything perfect! Jackie even bustled up my dress before our intros and reception! Let's not forget sunset pics out in the pasture with the cattle, Billy, Jackie, your photographer and honestly a few minutes to just take in the moment. From the first minute of my wedding planning to our sparkler send off, the venue, the team and the family behind the scenes truly make everything magical ! We are still getting compliments on such an amazing wedding and we could not have had our dream wedding with out Oak Creek Farms! I will recommend them for anyone I know looking for an event venue!
I saved the best for last, just recently Jackie and Billy opened an airbnb farmhouse, it was the perfect place for the bridal party to stay the night before and literally 2 min away from their wedding venue for the night of your wedding. The aesthetics of the house make you feel like your right at home. The outside seating is perfect for your morning coffee to self reflect while you watch the cattle graze. It was so peaceful and a perfect addition to the beautiful venue. I will be eternally grateful for everything that Jackie and Billy Koontz have created have Oak Creek Farm! I truly thank and love you both for allowing and helping Chris and I have a truly amazing and beautiful wedding! OCF will always hold a special place in our hearts forever now.

ause we knew this was our spot as soon as we finished our tour. We were greeted with a beautiful venue, cute cows, ChaChi the llama, and of course the owners Jackie and Billy. They are seriously the sweetest people, so down to earth and love to chat and get to know you as a couple, as well as your family!
Jackie was so great with all my questions and emails, she was always willing to answer anything I asked, big or small. She is willing to work with you on your decor ideas and the design of your big day. OCF has a decor closet open for your use with so many great things! It saved us a lot of time, money, and headache trying to research and buy a bunch of decor we would only use once. The decor closet was a huge help to me! The few things I did purchase, I donated to Jackie so it can help other couples in the future!
Jackie and Billy were willing to open their doors on multiple occasions to help me feel at ease with figuring out the layout and ensuring my vision would all come together. It was so fun getting to work with them and check in throughout our whole engagement, it really made us become friends!
The wedding day was amazing. I am such a planner and worried about not being able to be that “point person” throughout the day to ensure everything came together. Jackie was the best point person I could’ve asked for! She had all the information and was able to coordinate everything and everyone throughout the day. If anything did go wrong, I certainly didn’t know about it. Her staff was so sweet! Always willing to check in with me and ensure everything was going well.
I also want to shout out the bridal and groom suites, they are sooo nice! The bridal suite was an amazing space for us to get ready in all day. Our hair and makeup girls said it’s one of the nicest spaces they’ve seen because of the bar, tall chairs, and lighting provided. It’s so roomy, has two bathrooms, and it’s super cute for extra points. The groom suite was equally as nice for the guys, they enjoyed hanging out in there and having a space to get ready on the property.
I had so many of our guests say how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was and they handled everything so well. I could not recommend them more!!! Oak Creek Farm and Billy and Jackie helped make our wedding truly the best day!

love instantly. People thought we were nuts that we stopped looking after finding OCF. However, once they stepped foot on the venue they understood why. From the beauty of the venue and the beautiful life long friendship we now have with Jackie and Billy. They are two hard working individuals and make sure that everything the bride and groom want are meet that day. I never was the type to have my wedding planned out since I was five. However, Jackie was there every step of the way and Billy helped with finalizing our fairy tale love story come true. I would highly recommend booking through OCF for any big events. The barn is beautifully remastered and wonderful scenic back drop. We cannot thank these two enough for everything. 10/10 recommend OCF for your wedding.

The owners Jackie and Billy are hands down the literal nicest people ever and truly love what they do. Jackie is helpful through every step in the wedding planning process. The have a list of recommended vendors as well. My guests have not stopped talking about how great our food was at the wedding. This is such an affordable venue option and comes with SO much. When I first saw Oak Creek Farm I fell in love with it. It was everything I could have dreamt of. Jackie and Billy were so helpful and always communicated with us. Whenever I had a question or felt overwhelmed Jackie was comforting and kept me steady during the planning process.
Jackie has an incredible inventory of decorations. If you are looking for a rustic or vintage vibe, this is the venue for you and there is plenty of decor to choose from! Jackie recommended amazing vendors for us, such us Mixed Elements for our DJ, and our caterer Ashly Kaye. We met with them and they were just as professional and helpful. It all just fell into place.

ur venue. We didn't even have to look elsewhere. Jackie is so on top of things and organized. She is super responsive to texts, emails, etc. She gives you a Vendor List that is absolutely amazing and has the best people on it. She also gives you a bunch of other helpful tools such as a wedding budget excel sheet, wedding timeline tool, etc. If you ask her for help with anything she will always try her very best to help you! Our original wedding date (May 2020) had to be cancelled due to COVID, and they rescheduled us for a date of our choice a year later (May 2021). They also allowed us to come have a small elopement ceremony and get married on our original date at no extra cost to us. It meant so much to us and was so special. On the day of our wedding Jackie and her staff did an amazing job making sure that everything was taken care of for us. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is so amazing that she even helped me put my shoes on and tie the laces twice that day and she also cut our huge three tier wedding cake! We couldn't have asked for a better venue or better people to take care of us on such an important day. I have worked with a lot of venues in the past (ones that are double and triple the price), and no one compares to the staff and overall venue of Oak Creek Farm. Everyone was professional, down to earth, and truly cared about making your wedding day flawless, perfect, and go off without a hitch.
The Barn is absolutely gorgeous, Jackie and Billy have put their heart into every detail and it shows!
