Oak Marsh Golf Course

I am SO glad I chose Oak Marsh for our wedding ceremony and reception. Everything turned out so beautifully. From the first time my mom toured Oak Marsh (I couldn't be there for that as I live out of state) she knew it was the place for our wedding and she was absolutely right. The outdoor ceremony turned out so beautifully, and it was such an easy transition into cocktail hour and then the reception. Dianna and Krista were wonderful to work with while planning and very helpful in answering all of my questions no matter how small! I appreciated that golf carts were available to assist our guests in getting to the ceremony location and the staff was very accommodating in general. The bar staff, Wes in particular, were phenomenal all night and helped us feel so welcomed. And the food was fantastic! Our guests are calling us and raving about the Wild West buffet. Sue was a very attentive server, and Scott was very kind and did a great job as the security guard. All in all, we had a great evening and would definitely recommend Oak Marsh to anyone. I feel that we got a TON of value for our money and am so happy we chose Oak Marsh!

We married off our #3 daughter (we have 4!), and our final wedding - they are all married now!! We used Oak Marsh for both the ceremony and the reception. It was by far and above the best venue we worked with. Dianna was amazing to work with, and helped with every detail and answered our numerous questions. The day of the wedding Krista was the on site manager, and along with Krista, the staff was excellent. From Christina the bartender to the staff and servers - everything was perfect. They even had golf carts ready to transport our handicapped parents/guests to the outdoor wedding site. Everything was so professional - yet they were unbelievably friendly. Can I say the food was absolutely fantastic - for a wedding reception - it was the best of my 4 daughter's weddings!! I would NOT hesitate for one second to hold another event at Oak Marsh. They are a hidden gem among many venues in the metro area - check them out. You will be pleasantly surprised!

We had our wedding and reception at Oak Marsh on June 4, 2016. Krista and Dianna were so helpful throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. We received tons of compliments on the food, we chose the Southwest Buffet! And everyone loved the bartenders! The Hilton is just across the parking lot...this was the main reason we chose Oak Marsh. Also a perk, they have space inside for the ceremony in case of rain...but we were able to have our ceremony outdoors before the downpour!

We are glad that we selected Oak Marsh as our reception venue. One of the great things that impressed us first was the ability to place a soft hold on our date for the room we selected. We did not find that with the other venues and that helped the golf course stand out to us. We had the smaller of the two rooms and it was very comfortable and clean. We had our own private deck, entrance, and bathrooms. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious! They have a working relationship with Buttercream Bakery in St. Paul, which took the cake delivery and billing coordination off of our hands and placed it in theirs. I would definitely recommend this venue to future brides.

I can't say enough how much we loved Oak Marsh. Dianna the coordinator we worked with was amazing and took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about setting anything up or tearing anything down at the end of the night. It was all taken care of. The room set up is a little weird but don't let that stop you. The staff was amazing and so friendly to work with. The grounds are great for pictures. And the food is amazing.

Krista and Diana were so helpful with everything. The service of the entire staff was excellent and the food superb! Our guests loved our venue.

We had our wedding reception at Oak Marsh Golf Club this past August, 2013. The entire staff there was so friendly and working with Dianna throughout the entire process was such a great experience. We met with Dianna when touring different locations and honestly she is one of the major reasons we decided to book this location. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful and it makes the process so much easier and more enjoyable when you are able to work with someone who is friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile for you. She was always there to answer my questions and bounce ideas off of. Our day turned out even better than I ever dreamed. We had our reception in the Grand Oak Marsh Room and when I walked in, I was blown away!! The decor was exactly what I had always imagined. Our guests are still gushing about the entire night and how beautiful Oak Marsh is every time we see or talk to them. Dianna made sure that every detail was exactly how I wanted it and I could not be happier with our choice. Not only was the service great but the food was delicious! Wedding food can sometimes be dry or sort of bland but everything that was brought out was perfect, well seasoned and the sauces/gravy were so creamy. Overall, we received so many compliments from guests on the venue, the amazing food (the stuffed chicken is truely delicious), and the fun bartender (Wes)! Would definitely recommend for anyone getting married to check it out!

From day 1, Krista, was nothing less than amazing. She was there and answered every single one of my many, many questions and did it in a timely manner. She was VERY organized and ALWAYS on top of her game. On the night of our wedding, everything went on without one single hiccup and the staff was nothing but the BEST. We can not put into words how grateful we are for the above and beyond service we received from start to end. Everything from the hospitality to the food and to the drinks were superb. I am still getting compliments on how beautiful the reception was and how delicious the food was - people have been saying it is the best wedding food ever served!

Krista and Dianna were amazing to work with! They put up every concern, every question and ever little detail that I wanted to cover twice! It was really a bride's dream come true to know that someone was there to answer every question!

The food provided by Oak Marsh was superb. All of my guests really loved the food.

We looked at tons of gold courses for our ceremony and reception, and chose Oak Marsh because of it's location (and a hotel within walking distance) and because of their hospitality. Best part, the food! It was amazing and our guests were talking about the food for days after. We used the Willow Room since we had a smaller wedding (100 guests) and the price was just right!

We are very happy with Oak Marsh, all around. The space itself is lovely with updated neutral decor and lots of windows. We have heard nothing but good things about the food, which we thought was very reasonably priced compared to other places we considered. And the staff was a pleasure to work with. Overall we thought Oak Marsh was a great value and we are happy we chose them!

This Venue was amazing. The customer service is over the top and they made sure every detail was in order, so many less things for us to worry about!

The staff was great. The food was excellent. The lights and table set-ups were beautiful.
