I needed links removed from my brand new watch and called before I went to opj and over the phone I was told it would be 20 dollars for the service today Saturday closing at 3pm. I...
was asked to leave my watch there and I asked “do I have to “ the sales associate took my watch and was done with the 3 links removed however didn’t return my links that were removed and then she lied and said that she remembered returning them however before I discovered that I didn’t have the removed links she claimed that the service was free. Which nothing is ever free especially in a jewelry store then lied again stating that she had a genuine cowhide bag the same as my bag and maybe the watch links were at the bottom of my purse which I know for a fact I would never have dropped jewelry in my purse. Anyway all she had to do was as instead of stealing my watch links. So she will meet someone else that won’t be in a good mood but a fowl mood. That was a very negative experience with the neighborhood opj. Maybe she needed the links for her own watch and is too cheap to replace the link. However I posted this review and hopefully this review will be read and hopefully she’ll really be embarrassed or maybe the owner will see this negative review of a new potential buyer. And by the way I don’t eat candy you could have saved the candy for yourself. I gave her candy to a poor woman asking for money in the area. And I may have been mistreated by the dishonest person but you’ll have to stand before god when it’s her time and she’ll certainly be judged. Shame on you and your petty theft. Then my watch is still too big for my 7.5 inch wrist.

I received so many compliments on it and it was nioce to know it was one of a kind and unique. we bought our wedding bands there. They took a mold of my engagement ring so the band could be made to fit right next to the engagement ring with no gap. I love this family owned business and have always recommended it. They take good care of you there & treat you like a valued friend and not like a customer like we experienced before going here. Its in a great location. They have wonderful pieces there.
