The largest of our options is the Grand Ballroom, which can seat up to 500 people, ideal for reception dinners of 300 with full dance floor. The hotels signature space is the Skyline Ballroom on the 21st floor, which features floor-to-ceiling bay windows, 360 degree views of the breath taking San Francisco Bay, and accommodates up to 180 people. The room is perfect for celebrations occurring between sunset and dusk. We are proud to announce the addition of our 4th floor outdoor private terrace as another great option. Ideal for summer weddings between April and October due to the wonderfully mild climates of downtown Oakland. The terrace will seat up to 300 comfortably for outdoor dinner receptions and is ideal as well for small wedding ceremonies where couples can exchange vows. Due to the hotel's 100,000 square footage of space, additional space for staging locations, rehearsal dinners, and wedding showers will not be a concern. You and your guests can also sip cocktails, sample hors d’oeuvres, and dine on a delicious farm-to-table meal from the American restaurant Iron & Oak.
