OUR VISION:
Our private estate and airfield are crafted to make events unforgettable and dreams come true. We call these unforgettable events “Legacy Events” because they will not soon be forgotten whether by our brides and grooms, event guests, team members at company parties, fundraiser attendees, or anyone in between.
OUR VENUE:
Few venues can offer anything close to the pristine, private, spacious grounds combined with the luxurious home. Our estate includes over 100 acres of fields, pastures, and meticulously landscaped grounds with its tree-lined driveway leading to a beautiful traditional southern style brick mansion with a stately columned entrance. We have the ability to host small, intimate events, as well as, very large events in 5+ different settings. Additionally, we offer a private airstrip and helicopter landing pad to ensure complete security and private enjoyment for public figures who wish to stay outside the public view. We provide an exclusive, elegant, safe, private yet accessible event venue to meet the needs of every bridal couple, corporate planner, or charity function. Oakshire Estate is truly magical and the most picture perfect estate for your wedding! There was so many different locations for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception it’s tru...
ly catered to your needs. From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be the venue of my dreams and Cate truly did everything to make that dream come true.
Cate was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. She helped us thoughtfully plan the layout of our wedding and immediately made us feel right at home. What sets Cate apart is that she’s not only the owner, but she’s also deeply involved in every detail—she truly cares about your big day and it shows in everything she does. Her passion and attention to detail made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free.
Her staff was equally fabulous and took incredible care of our friends and family on the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly, and we received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue was.
We also rented the Airbnbs on the property, and they were absolutely amazing. Our friends and bridal party were completely stunned by how beautiful the houses were—it made the entire weekend experience even more special and memorable.
We couldn’t recommend Oakshire Estates more. If you’re looking for a venue that is breathtaking, thoughtfully run, and full of heart, this is it.
Absolutely amazing venue, hosts and experience. Couldn't be happier with our decision to select Oakshire Estate for this once in a lifetime event.

e were having our daughter's wedding in Yakima, we certainly got a few confused looks, as the kids live in Bellingham and our families are primarily in Spokane and the greater Puget Sound area. However, with most 2020 weddings being postponed to 2021 due to COVID, our search parameters needed to expand a bit.
When we first discovered Oakshire Estate, we were initially concerned with distance and cost. After coming to the realization that a centralized location actually made a lot of sense, and that our loved ones would make it work regardless, we reached out and contacted Cate.
Now, Oakshire is not cheap, and if you’re looking to save a few bucks on the venue, then you probably aren’t reading this review. But if you are looking for the perfect storybook/fantasy wedding, it is important to realize is that, in this case, you absolutely get what you pay for.
Other than the estate being literally jaw-dropping the first time you see it, Cate is one of those people who honestly cares about her customers and will bend over backwards to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect. She even personally jumped in the golf cart to go pick up the Grandmas from one of the several Airbnb’s, also on the property, when they were ready for pictures.
When you consider that Oakshire provides a ton of amenities (tables, chairs, bar, lighting, décor, restroom facilities, full staff, trash handling, parking attendants/shuttle, etc.) that normally cost extra, …and you have your choice of 7 or 8 different areas of this massive estate for ceremony and festivities, plus on-site lodging options, it really is tough to beat.

ou will find beauty at this venue. Whether for photos, the ceremony or the reception, the venue is gorgeous. Throughout the property, there are multiple elegant areas that would meet varying wedding or event styles.
