roughout the planning process and made sure we were comfortable leading up to the wedding day. We loved being able to use some of their decor in their decor closet to add finishing touches to our own decorations. They happily answered any questions we had and had great suggestions to make sure our wedding ran smoothly! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding or a more beautiful venue ❤️

cocktail hour in the east room, and our reception in the banquet room. It was perfect. Elyssa, the event coordinator, was fantastic she communicated and assisted with what ever we needed. She was very helpful, and offered solutions or options for any concern or problem we had! They helped in setting up the rooms, and really turned my vision into reality! We had a day wedding which we had a plated lunch, and the Chef was incredible! Seriously I cannot say a bad thing about Oakwood, Elyssa, her team, or anyone else there!

The inside of their facilities are wonderful & the price is incredibly inexpensive in comparison to other venues. We had a little less than 200 guests which didn't leave for a very big dance floor and we had to break down a few tables to create a bigger dance floor so the location is perfect for smaller weddings. The staff was more than wonderful and I had no worries on the day of my wedding because they were more than capable of handling everything.

plus, they also took care of the catering and the food was wonderful. There was a staff on hand to help set up, clear dishes during dinner, and break down afterwards. Linens, China, tables and chairs were included in the package, which was a big plus! We were able to use a small meeting room as a babysitting room. The staff moved a sofa into the space to make it more comfortable for our sitter and the kids. They were great to work with.
