This 22-acre property is a hidden gem nestled near Toledo and the shores of Lake Erie. Encompassed by enchanting woods, fields, and a spring-fed century-old stone quarry, it offers a one-of-a-kind setting for wedding celebrations. Oakwood Lane Weddings and Events is run by a husband and wife duo who want your big day to be every bit as special as their own. They are the third generation of caretakers and take pride in preserving and caring for the natural beauty of the area. The quarry, as their family affectionately calls it, is the property's crown jewel. Dating back to the late 1800s, it has long been a center of community life and attracts couples from all over for milestone occasions. To start your day at this venue, you can prepare from the comfort of their on-site dressing room with stylish and modern amenities. You can choose from three stunning sites for your ceremony, The Glade, The Orchard, or Under The Oak. Each of these spaces is delightful and charming, with mossy green grass and mature trees interspersed by pretty wildflowers. After you exchange vows, you can stick around for your portrait session or take a boat ride on the lake for a truly romantic photo backdrop. Later, you can join up to 250 guests for a lavish dinner reception beneath an elegant marquee. This setup will allow you to soak up the landscaped vistas while celebrating with your loved ones. This venue welcomes your creative touch. Make your celebration a unique and memorable experience. Choose Oakwood Lane Weddings and Events to transform your wedding day into something extraordinary. The owners are flexible about how you use the space and offer couples exclusive use of the property for the duration of their stay. Their base package includes tables, chairs, a tent with a capacity for 150 people, as well as setup and teardown. Chandeliers, string lights, pergolas, a dance floor, and larger tents are available for rent. Use of the grounds for your rehearsal and engagement photo session is subject to availability. Outside vendors are welcome for catering and any additional services you may need.

Amanda’s property is absolutely beautiful and perfect for anyone who wants an outdoor wedding in nature. There are several areas to choose from for the location of the ceremony and then the tent for the reception is by the pond. Amanda was so communicative and always updating us on the improvements her and her husband were making and they were always on top of answering our questions. The day of the wedding the weather was beyond gorgeous and every aspect of their property was beautiful. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else! It was everything I hoped for in an outdoor venue and more!

Amanda and Jeshs property was perfect for our fall wedding. I couldn’t have imagined anything differently. Our ceremony took place by their residential home, over looking the quarry/pond. we booked with them 11 months before our big day. Amanda truly cares about her clients, she responded to my texts night out day when I thought of a question and didn’t want to forget it. We visited Oakwood Lane almost every month to see how the seasons took over the many trees, beautiful! The bridal party was in Jo’s cabin and the grooms men and groom were in the “men shed” (as I called it lol) both places were accommodating for our needs. The wedding party then stayed the night at Jo’s cabin the night of the wedding. It was an unforgettable experience❤️thank you Amanda and Jesh for sharing a piece of heaven on earth, with us

My partner and I were looking for a venue that offered an immersion in nature, while also being a truly private event. Oakwood Lane was the perfect place for our friends and family to spread out during our reception and walk around the quarry, while also providing the option and comfort of being indoors for children and older guests if needed. Amanda was always quick and thorough to respond to questions leading up to the event, and was so helpful in gently guiding us to consider variables for the wedding reception that hadn't already been on our minds. We really felt an immediate connection to the land and excitement for all of the possibilities to highlight the natural beauty and lend more simplicity to our decorative needs. Our reception felt like a big, beautiful picnic with all of our favorite people and we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Oakwood Lane to bring a vision to life.

Beautiful, unique location. Venue was absolutely gorgeous. Amanda & Jess are very professional and easy to work with. We held our intimate ceremony here and next year will be back to have a reception for friends and family!
