Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch

My husband and I got married here in October of 2022, and I do not have enough words to express how amazing and perfect our day was. The staff is absolutely incredible, totally understood our vision, and did everything in their power to make it happen, and just about everything went off without a hitch. We were actually AHEAD of schedule most of the day (dinner just ran long because *I* was chatting too much with the guests, haha!) I put all my decorations in sorted boxes with photos and the setup crew executed everything perfectly! The food was incredible, and they were extremely accommodating for allergies and dietary restrictions. Sierra was my coordinator and she saved me so many headaches in the year leading up to the wedding as well as on the day. Every time I turned around at the reception, there she was with a drink and a snack! I seriously loved everything about the wedding. The only thing that bothered me about the whole thing was the DJ included. It’s not enough for me to drop a star, but I did feel like he didn’t take our music desires into account, and several songs from our short Do Not Play list were played very early into the night, as well as some of the more crass songs. Personally, I don’t mind those, but I’m still hearing about it almost a year later from our mothers, which is why we asked for them not to be played, and I had to talk to him a few times throughout the night, which was not fun as I’m not confrontational. I only mention it so you know to be super specific if you have hardline requests or conservative family that won’t like hearing Get Low. Lol. Altogether, it was an absolutely amazing day and that was my only hangup, and if I could do it all over again, I would! I absolutely loved my wedding at Oasis and I cannot recommend them enough. The bridal suite is beautiful and spacious and had plenty of room for my bridesmaids and flower gals to get ready and hang out. The venue is gorgeous and our photos came out beautiful - you could really stand anywhere on property and get a beautiful backdrop. They were decently priced - I really like the “all-inclusive” price per head over being nickel and dimed with site fees like how many other venues in Tucson operate. The process felt really transparent and streamlined. 10 times out of 10, I’m going to recommend Oasis. Thank you all for the perfect day!

Working with the Oasis team for our March wedding was a fantastic experience! The whole team was so helpful throughout the entire process and the event was beautiful. Our day was a dream and everything we wanted. It was a smooth, professional, and easy-going process. The food was delicious, the Sunset space was gorgeous for our ceremony, the reception space was magical, and DJ Obi was a hit! The bar space was a blast. We heard so many compliments from all of our guests! We love the staff and hope to see them at one of their hosted events again soon. Thank you so much, Sierra, Judy, and the Oasis team!!

We just got married here yesterday and everything turned out amazing!!! From day one the staff was very welcoming!! Sierra assisted us throughout each meeting we had and she was INCREDIBLE! You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to make your day as special as possible and exactly how you imagine it to be. She was so patient and thorough with answering our questions and running the rehearsal the day prior. We brought a lot of our own decor and everything was laid out exactly how we had imagined it to be! She is truly a gem! Hannah did the initial tour with us and had us excited from the start! She was our day of coordinator for my husband & I and we have to give her the biggest props as she took on so many roles for the night to make sure it went smoothly! She always made sure we were doing okay, had our drinks filled, and knew where we needed to be to keep up with the schedule of the night. She helped calm my 1 yr old nephew down before walking down the isle by singing to him, she helped me change into my second dress & into my heels, among many other things throughout the day - she really did it ALL! Any time we had even an ounce of stress, Hannah eliminated it immediately. Our night would not have gone as smoothly without her and we are SO grateful!! Obi was our wonderful DJ and kept the vibes up throughout the night with our family/friends constantly out on the dance floor. He also offered an additional service to live stream our ceremony for us so our friends/family who couldn’t make it were able to watch!! Overall, we are so happy we chose to have our wedding here & our night was unforgettable. Thank you to the entire staff at Oasis who made it that way!!

So many things. They ruined my walk down the aisle! The “rehearsal” is b.s. they told me everything would be timed perfectly but the day of I walked down the aisle to the end and silence of the song I chose. The dj had a long pause and started the song again when I got to the front. My anxiety was high and now I look back on what’s suppose to be my favorite moment but all I can think is how mad I am at them for ruining so much. The venue also forces people out after dinner! Once done eating they won’t let your guests go back and sit down. No. They put one table just one out next to the dance floor so everybody could fight for one of the 5 chairs. I had asked for the table covers to be white and had a small talk with a staff member before the wedding and after she gave me attitude she decided to make the one table on the dance floor black. Like she did it on purpose. I wanted my center pieces to be my favors to people but the staff yelled at my coordinator to pack everything up (all while the wedding was still going on!) when my coordinator asked to place them somewhere else so guests could take them she was yelled and told to just take them away. Two of the staff that were around would walk around the wedding looking pissed and never once said hi to us or acknowledged me and the groom and later I was told they were snapping at guests. The food was amazing but I’d only go back if it was a restaurant. We had someone with us at all times getting us drinks and food and we loved her so much but she was also right behind me before I walked down the isle and my veil was clearly on wrong when I did it fast and she said nothing as she walked me down with my whole veil clip in front of my face and nothing covering the back of my head. There was a song to be played once we kissed and walked back down the isle but the dj decided to take a nap or something because me and my husband stood there waiting for 3 min after we kissed. We waited and decided to kiss again still no song and after the third time he must of heard me and my husband talking about it through the mic on my hubby shirt and THEN he started it. I loved the look of the venue and some staff and the food was amazing but this is your wedding day and they for sure played the huge role in ruining mine. The walk down the isle is everything and if they mess that up, no thank you go somewhere else and don’t give them the chance to make you cry for the wrong reasons on your wedding day.

I have nothing but good things to say about Oasis! They were so helpful and patient during the wedding planning process. I really appreciated that they provided guidelines on what they've seen work best, but were so flexible if we wanted anything changed. We had our dream wedding in large part due to their professionalism and intentionality. Our guests (many from out of town) complimented every part of the venue (food, setting, etc.). Overall, we had just a wonderful experience with them!

Since day one Wild Horse Ranch has been there. They are super professional and have every detail nailed down. Sierra was the first person we talked to and gave us the tour. She is very polite and helpful. There were multiple times during the planning that I called and she was always right there with answers. If she wasn't available then Hannah would help us. Hannah was there for our big day. She literally grabbed me by the hand and pulled me to where I needed to be... I am 6'8" and pulling me around is no easy task. She made sure that everything was perfect and on time throughout our wedding. Judy is the manager and she made us feel so welcome to be there and also helped out every step of the way. The DJ, Obi, is fantastic. He is the Dj that the venue provides and knows his job well. We had a few requested songs that we wanted. For all of the other times, he was able to feel out the crowd on what songs to play. He took requests and kept the party going until the very end. Picking songs can be very tedious and Obi helped us through the process. He made it a breeze so when you are looking at the song list, just make an appointment with him and you will be happy. All of the staff played different roles to keep us moving on track. The venue hosts other events that are open to the public and we will definitely be joining in the future.

I highly recommend the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch for your wedding. I have attended several large events and I am always so impressed with the venue, food, music, and staff. Give Judy and her staff a call to book your big day.

Got married here in April of 2022! This venue was amazing from the beautiful separated areas for wedding, cocktail hour, dinner area, and reception to the amazing staff. This venue had many price options to fit the needs of the bride and groom. We ended up doing a package for around $90 per guest. I could not say enough about this venue. We found them at a wedding expo in Tucson!

We had our wedding here in March 2021. The venue is beautiful and plenty of places for beautiful picture backdrops. The staff rocked! They were making sure we had drinks and food the entire time. They also put out and cleaned up the decor and items we brought for us. The staff literally made the day of the wedding absolutely care free. There were very few venues that I looked into that offered that kind of service. From the beginning site tour, the food tasting, and our actual wedding day, the staff sought out ways to make us feel like our big day was special and mattered to them too. The food was delicious, and creating our wedding menu was stress-free and very flexible. I loved that the packages they offered were very affordable, and we were able to make them exactly what we needed. Also, having so many aspects of the wedding planned and available through the venue itself made planning really easy.

Every single detail was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations! Staff was so helpful and treated us like royalty. Very happy we went with this venue for our wedding. Hopefully we’ll celebrate here again for our 20th and 50th anniversary! I would pick Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch over and over!!!

My husband and I got married here in 2019 and had the most magical experience. Everything and I mean everything is taken care of by the venue staff. It was hard to be hands off! But I am beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to have my wedding at such a beautiful venue. We even talk about doing a reunion reception with our bridal party there for our 10th anniversary ❤️

We truly could not have asked for a better venue or better experience than what we received from oasis!! From the beginning of planning all the way to the day of our wedding they were there to answer any and all questions and always willing to offer feedback and advice! We were taken care of do well and our friends and family have gushed over how incredible the food was and how well they tended to everyone!!! We seriously can not recommend them enough! I went to a wedding there 10 years ago and I loved it so much that I am having my own wedding here! So far, they have been very nice and helpful with the process.

The entire team at Oasis made the entire day PERFECT!!! I was so impressed by how attentive they were, how delicious the food was, how accommodating they were to our specific needs, how spot-on DJ Obi was, and so so much more. They are the BEST, and they took care of everything for us. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding went. :) <3

My wedding was on 10/30/22 and I was blown away by how smoothly everything went! Sierra and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and sweet! One of our guests forgot to let us know of their dietary restrictions and the chef whipped up a vegetarian meal for them without any issues! Our friends and family couldn't say enough great things.

This Venue was absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and inviting. Sierra and the whole team were so helpful. The food is delicious and the venue it self is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! The DJ, Obi, is so accommodating and flexible with last minute changes and song requests. They are there for you every step of the way, and are dedicated to make your special day run as smooth as possible!

If you want the most bang for your buck while also getting the best treatment from staff then I recommend having your event at Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch. Everyone we had interactions with during the planning process were professional yet friendly. They made sure we felt secure with our decisions and were very accommodating. Of course, we had concerns about keeping our wedding as safe as possible since we were planning in the middle of a pandemic. The staff were amazing at making sure all guidelines were met while adjusting to our own requests. Not once did I ever feel anyone’s health was in jeopardy. On the big day, every guest was attended to, every question was answered and everyone was treated graciously. My husband and I were very impressed with how everything turned out. Thanks to everyone who had a helping hand in creating one of the best days of my life!

I can't recommend this venue enough! I got married here last weekend and it exceeded our expectations! Multiple people told me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The food is legitimately delicious, the staff do all the work for you and are super accommodating and treat you like a king and queen, and price is amazing for everything you get! I recommend getting the package that includes the live musician for the cocktail hour. Such a cool feature to have at the wedding! Gabriel Ayala did great! And shout out to Christina, our day of attendant, for being my favorite part of the venue.

This venue took care of everything to make our wedding perfect! I am not someone that gives up control very easily but as the night went on, I gave all control to them and they did spectacular!

This place is amazing! If you are looking for the most reasonably priced all inclusive venue, look no further. Judy is so knowledgeable & Sierra could not be any more helpful they made my wedding day a breeze. The bartender & servers were on top of everything at all times, we never once had to worry about anything. The best part is our guests are still raving about the delicious food & magical atmosphere...what more could a couple want.

I cannot begin to express how happy we are to have chosen Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch for our wedding. Not only was their staff was so helpful throughout the whole planning process, but the wedding day went PERFECTLY. We had numerous guests tell us how impressed they were with the staff, because the event ran so smoothly. Guests always knew where to sit, what was going on, and what was happening next. The staff was so on top of everything; there were no moments of panic or worrying that something was going wrong… they are so experienced and seem to have the wedding process down to a science. One family friend described our wedding as “perfect” (I agree, but I’m biased ). Also, their food is amazing! They take great pride in making sure to serve remarkable, memorable food. And even more importantly, the bride and groom have a staff member designated to them throughout the event, to make sure all of their needs are being taken care of… including making sure they get to eat their food and cake! Almost all of my friends had told me before getting married that they didn’t even get a piece of their wedding cake or didn’t get to eat more than a couple bites of their food. However, my husband and I got to eat it all, AND were still able to greet all of our guests during dinner. Also, the staff saved the leftover cake in their kitchen refrigerator so we picked it up the next morning on our way out and were able to take home the leftovers and enjoy our cake the whole next week! Success! When looking for a venue it was so important to my husband and I that our wedding be not only about us, but about our guests having a great time. Oasis absolutely made this happen. I have had four people tell me it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to, and seven people tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. I honestly wouldn’t change one single thing about my wedding. Zero regrets. Thank you, Oasis!

This venue was everything I had imagined for my big day and more. I had gone to a wedding here before and it was beautiful and the food was fantastic! So when my big day came I had the same idea of everything being great which it was as far as the food and staff but the only thing that ruined the day was one of the managers named Judy. She was very rude for the wedding rehearsal and didn't give us a chance to ask any questions and kicked us out before we were all set because she said she had her next appointment. Even though my wedding was the next day and I wanted to go over things a little more, I wasn't going to be pushy so I let it slide. I thought the day of the wedding she would be better but she much was worse. She was very hostile and rude towards my two best friends who were trying to set up things outside and kept scolding them for everything they tried to set up but then wouldn't offer to show them the correct way or area to do it in. There was a staff member named Jennifer who was by our side all night getting us drinks or food as we needed and we appreciated how kind she was to us. All of my guests enjoyed the food so much at the reception and still talked about it after saying how amazing the food tasted. It was nice after getting to stay at the John Wayne suite with some freshly cooked fajitas for us to enjoy and a bottle of champagne after the wedding was over. We enjoyed the venue overall but I was agitated with the behavior of Judy because she did nothing to hide her stress and took it out on my friends and family. When I tried to reach out to the owner Raynu about the situation after the wedding, he didn't even have the decency to reply to any of my messages....everything else at the venue was GREAT with the staff and food but I would be careful for Judy and Raynu.

We had the most incredible and perfect experience getting married at Wild Horse in February. The venue was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious. We had about 170 guests for our Sunday afternoon wedding. I know my guests loved the Wild Horse venue and staff as much as we did because we hear about it almost daily. Judy, Raynu, and the staff are great to work with. Their planning process is very flexible. It allows you to be as detail oriented or hands off as you need. I am very detailed oriented and Type A, so it helped that they sat me down 7 months in advance, at our first meeting, asked me a few questions, and then built a rough timeline of the wedding day from there. It was the first time I was able to wrap my head around how the day would lay out and allowed me to plan so many other things from there. After the first meeting, I had a few months to fill in a few other blanks. My (then) fiance, (now) husband and I had some out-of-the-box, creative ideas planned. Wild Horse was so supportive in saying “whatever you want, we got you” over and over again. And they meant it! I really love how hands-on the staff are. We went back and forth as to whether we should hire a coordinator. I’m so glad we didn’t because the WH staff really take care of everything, even the little things you assume aren’t necessarily a venue’s responsibility -- they make it their responsibility so you don’t have to worry. They helped our florist (a personal friend and wedding guest) transfer our flowers from the ceremony backdrop to the dinner tables because they doubled as centerpieces. They assigned us a staff member to follow us around all day, making sure we ate and drank and got where we needed to be (thanks Christina!) She also made sure we had someone to take home gifts after the wedding, and tiny things like that. Even though they were so detail-oriented and on top of everything, they also kept the vibe casual. I mean, it’s a party after all. Even though they were working, they seemed like they were having fun and happy to be a part of the day, which they were -- a big part. Some other great things about them: -The venue itself is beautiful. -Our DJ Jim was awesome. Jim was awesome about helping with all the little email questions and side-surprises we wanted (surprise speeches, songs accompaniments, etc). He was flexible on the day and great at going with the flow. He really helped keep the energy of the evening up and moving. -Wild Horse is a one stop shop for the most part. The only vendors we needed were florist, photographer, and cake. The rest of the planning was centralized with them and so easy to manage, with their guidance. -They have a honeymoon cabin that you can stay the night in after the party. It’s adorably cozy and they make sure to stock it with food, water, champagne, and your own slices of wedding cake! -There’s a ton of parking for guests. It’s very accessible -Dinner was buffet style but for guests with special dietary needs, the Chef makes them their own special plate! -Great communication -- we always heard from them within a day. -Great pricing! I loved this place and I loved the process of planning with them. They have done this thousands of times and their experience comes across in the most comforting and insightful way. They will always defer to whatever the couple wants, but they will also always have advice or an opinion if you need it. If I could marry them, I would!

Raynu took excellent care of us. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for an outdoor ceremony. Raynu and his team are highly experienced and were able to quickly roll with a change in plans when it started to downpour immediately following the ceremony.

They took care of almost everything! Our wedding celebration was amazing and went without any hiccups. We are still getting compliments from friends about the venue, the food, and the party!

We had our wedding here last month and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful day it was and how great the staff was! Every step of the planning process Raynu and Melissa were wonderful but the Day of Coordination and organization was incredible! There was always someone making sure we had what we needed, from drinks to snacks to whatever we needed. We were able to access the venue all day, which is uncommon, at my sister's wedding we couldn't be there till mid afternoon. Every employee was curious and helpful all the way until we checked out of our room the next morning. They had even provided late night food for us in our room! I cannot recommend Oasis more!

The staff at Wildhorse ranch is so easy to work with and flexible. Very accommodating, budget friendly without feeling like you’re losing out on anything by sticking with your budget. Venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so attentive during the big day helping make sure everything flows well and everyone’s enjoying themselves. Raynu and Melissa know what they are doing, don’t doubt their advice for a second! Would highly recommend to anyone.

My fiance and I had to plan our big day from 3 states (700 miles) away, personally sight unseen at the Ranch. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with, the staff thought of everything. My wedding day flowed thanks to the wonderful work of everyone at the Ranch.

I could not have asked for a more beautiful or smooth wedding. Raynu, Melissa and everyone else made the day an absolute breeze. This venue truly remembers every detail. Everything was perfect, from the bridal and groomsmen suites all the way to the honeymoon suite. I don't remember anything going amiss. For the price y0u pay, you get A LOT. Also, the natural foliage around the venue is beautiful in September, so you hardly need to add any decoration. The food was delicious, every vendor they recommended was superb, and they made sure that myself and the groom were not hungry or thirsty the entire night. I felt completely relaxed and it was as magical as I ever could have wanted for a wedding. If you like the look of the Tucson desert, do not look elsewhere, book here!

Rayne and staff were more than accommodating to both our wedding party and out of state guests. The services offered in the package we selected did not even begin to cover what they did to make this day as perfect as possible for everyone. An extra kudos for superb gluten-free and vegetarian dinner options for guests who said it was the best they had ever had. We would recommend this venue to anyone wanting an Old Tucson feel with a classy feel.

I could not have asked for a better venue for our May 19th wedding! Raynu and Melissa and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went without a hitch. (Including hunting down AA batteries for my usher's silly light up bowties at the last second!) I know many of the reviews say the same, but I have to add my voice and thank them for a fabulous wedding. My guests are still raving about the courtesy of the staff, how helpful they are, the amazing food (the macadamian nut chicken!), the smoothness of transition from ceremony-cocktail hour-dinner-reception, the DJ was great, they were extremely flexible with extending our hours with the DJ and the bar when things ran later than we guessed they would. As others have said, TRUST RAYNU! He knows what he's doing. We had planned for a photo booth from6-9 pm and Rayu took the time to call me and suggest that I change the time to later because he's seen photo booths go to waste when set too early. We changed the time and it was fantastic advice. We didn't even get to the reception until 9, so our photo booth would have been leaving once people were ready for it! But thanks to Raynu we got tons of great pictures of our friends and family. Shout out to Jennifer and the rest of the staff for making sure me and my husband got to eat and drink during cocktail hour and dinner. (especially since anywhere else you'll never get to eat, or so I'm told) The food they gave us after the wedding was fantastic (cuz they make sure to send you with snacks after the wedding because they know you're suddenly starving when the high of the wedding is gone.) If you don't want to have to worry about anything on your wedding day, call them immediately! Don't bother with anywhere else.

What and amazing venue and staff! I had my wedding and reception here in March and I don't think I could have picked a better and more gorgeous place. So many things are included and can be customized. The venue, staff, execution and quality is worth every penny. If there is something you want to do, they'll do what they can to make it happen. The owner, Raynu, is very experienced with every kind of wedding and will make sure things run well and smoothly. It is worth trusting his suggestions, for he knows the insides and outs of the place and what will flow best during each event. The venue is great for both outside and indoor receptions and they are very accommodating to the weather. They are fully licensed to serve whatever drinks you'd like, and if you go with them for food and dessert, it tastes wonderful! For those who want a place to stay on their wedding night, they provide a private honeymoon suite for the couple. Which makes a very nice and nearby escape at the end of the night. Getting ready rooms for both sides of the wedding party are also provided. Even now I'm still getting complements on this venue choice. They cater to the guests and make sure all are doing well and are happy so the bride and groom don't have to worry about a thing. My only down side here was their system of contact. Often when you call, it will go to voicemail, but LEAVE A MESSAGE and they will get back to you. Their office staff is very small and usually working with clients, especially on weekends. When you go in for your meetings, you will appreciate them not picking up every call while on your time there. So keep that in mind, otherwise I have absolutely no other complaints.

Our wedding was on 02/24/17. My wife and I decided on this venue because of the layout and the outside dining area. What we didn't know when we booked was the level of service and professionalism that came with it. We really cannot say enough good things about this venue. They made the whole process easy. When they tell you they take care of everything they really do. The food was amazing (we chose the chicken marsala, tri-tip, and shrimp scampi). Throughout the entire event my wife and I had our own personal staff member checking on our every need. Literally every staff member we came in contact with was so professional and accommodating not just to us but to every one of our guests. Raynu and Melissa walked us through every step of the planning process. You can really tell they love what they do and they are very knowledgeable from experience. The DJ was excellent and very fun. Our guests still, over a month later, are still talking about how amazing their time was at our wedding. I could honestly go on forever about how fantastic this place is and I have already convinced a few of my friends to book their weddings there. Thank you Oasis can't wait to come back in January as a guest!

My husband and I got married at The Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch last year. We already knew that the property was beautiful, however, Oasis went above and beyond. They helped with every detail of planning. Were very accommodating to our budget. But, on the day of the wedding we were both amazed. They took care of every little detail for us. Not only was I able to relax and enjoy my wedding day, my husband and I had a member of staff with us all night making sure we had food and drinks. At the end of the night they loaded our gifts in our cars, set up our room with a meal, wedding cake, and champagne. I could go on and on, but my husband and I were beyond impressed with the service they gave us. They made our wedding day relaxing and one of the most memorable days of our lives.

I cannot say enough about how great this place is! For Tucson it is simply the best customer service, food, open bar for the price. There are multiple options they offer which mainly adds the type of food, Hours for the DJ and hours for an open bar. They allow you to mix and match and add anything you need. What is great is that everything is included! They provide the chef, the dj, they pay for the cake (you just have to find the vendor and book him) for certain packages. All of my guests said that the food was hands down the best wedding food they ever had and some even said the best steak they ever had period. The bartender was amazing and knew what people were drinking, was fast and VERY personable. Again nothing but compliments from my guests. The DJ was great! There was never any "lulls". No awkard moments, the music we wanted played was perfect. Raynu really knows his stuff. He makes everything SO easy including picking music for the ceremony, rehersal and the wedding itself. It was great that he was there every step of the way to make sure nothing went wrong. We had a personal server assigned to us all night giving us food, drinks, water/ answering any questions we had. A nice touch is that they have a honeymoon suite you can stay in. Regardless if you stay or not, they pack you a late night snack to go so after the wedding you can chow down. They pack all of the items you bring and put it in a car for you- you dont have to worry about anything. The venue is huge and perfect for people not stepping on each other. A lovely bar, fire pit, eating outside OR inside gives you options. The entire property is yours for the night. Book here!

The team at Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch did such an awesome job for our wedding! Everything went so smoothly the day of. We received so many compliments from our guests- some even saying it was the best wedding they ever went to! We had blast and they made sure everything went on without a hitch. The food is AMAZING. And did I mention the venue is beautiful! They are very organized and you can tell they know what they are doing. Raynu and Melissa were wonderful to work with and responded quickly to my questions while planning. I definitely would recommend the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch to anyone!

This venue was beyond awesome. I had attended a wedding here in 2007 and 2008 so I already knew how pretty the grounds are and how delicious the food is. I just had to convince my fiance of this and it didn't take any convincing after our first meeting with Oasis in August 2015. Raynu and Melissa were very professional, always accommodating and extremely resourceful when it came to planning our March 31, 2016 nuptials. I always came to each meeting with a list of questions and they almost always covered each one during their initial briefing. I was impressed! We decided to go with the Sonoran Sunset Deluxe package since open bar and D.J. for four hours was a must. As a bonus the food selections were upgraded with this package which made the tasting even better. The wedding was on a Thursday because they offered us a gracious discount. We received so many compliments during the reception and after the wedding about how wonderful the staff, the food and ambiance was. The best part was the John Wayne honeymoon suite where every tea light in the room was lit and food & drinks were waiting for us. It was very romantic. I was the winner of the Dream Wedding from the 2015 Tucson Weddings and Wine Festival, and we truly hit the jackpot with the wonderful vendors we had. Raynu and Melissa were always making sure we had everything we needed and wanted, and were willing to bend over backwards for us. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding!!! Raynu and Melissa are amazing! They made wedding planning so easy and effortless. They helped us create the perfect wedding down to the very small details and requests. The food was amazing! We were told by our guests its the best wedding food they have ever had. The servers/staff were lso amazing! The server that was assigned to us was more than i could have hoped for. She went above and beyond to the point of helping me fix my dress for a picture. We cannot express our gratitude to Oasis. Thank you helping us plan the perfect wedding!

I almost didn't use this place because of the reviews on here from 2013 but I would say go by the more recent ones because this place was spectacular! It really is as beautiful as it looks on here. Raynu and Melissa are amazing and help you with all the details of the day and run the event seamlessly. Big pros for this place are: Food is delicious, Staff is amazing, the property is flawless, you are the only event and guests for that day. I am extremely happy and just in awe at how great this place was and how reasonable the price was. I had a completely stress free event that went off without a hitch. The ready rooms are great, the bride and groom are invited to stay the night in the John Wayne suite and it was awesome. They set up leftovers and cake for us in case we were hungry and lit candles for us. Perfect day.

The staff, the scenery - everything about this venue is amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests about the venue and how attentive the staff were that it really made our night that much more enjoyable. The entire process of working with Raynu and the staff made our entire wedding process stress free!

I really am glad I chose to get married at this vendor. They have everything I needed and I rarely had to worry if everything would work out. We got non floral decor, cake, music, alcohol and food. The food everyone loved; I still have people coming up to me saying how delicious the food was (chicken and beef). They also loved our late night snack which was street tacos. The only issue we had was with our cake; the back bottom fell off, they venue tried their best not to let me see but I notice everything. The staff there is unbelievable, they were so helpful and did everything for me. They knew how to decorate without me saying a word. They always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand and that we were taken care of. They packed our presents and leftover decor when the night was over. They even left us food and cake in the room after the night was over. It was a beautiful wedding and I wouldn't have had it at any other place.

From day 1, Raynu @ the Oasis was beyond amazing! Honestly? His office manager Melissa can be a little bit difficult/is not even as knowledgeable as Raynu is when it comes to what brides want/want to make their own decisions on in terms of their wedding day, but anytime we had an issue w/her, Raynu would just step right in & clarify & always NAIL EXACTLY what we wanted/what we were going for. I would still recommend Oasis to anybody looking to get married in Tucson, the venue has everything you need & more! They help you plan the perfect timeline & Raynu is like getting a wedding coordinator rolled into the price of the venue, but the price of the venue is very reasonable or everything that you get! The food is AMAZING. They are super flexible & help you bring your dream to life! The size of the venue makes the wedding super interesting as you move from location to location on all beautiful 20 acres of it! It made our whole wedding more exciting & new with each movement through the timeline, but all on the same site, & the honeymoon suit is convenient & absolutely stunning to boot! Seriously! Get married here!!!

I would recommend Oasis Wild Horse Ranch to any couple looking to get married. This venue has everything we wanted. They help you plan the wedding and timeline that you dream at no extra charge for a wedding planner. The food is amazing every guest complemented the delicious food and flow of the wedding. The package deals are the best in town and they allow any last minute changes based on budget. The venue itself is a large property that has separate areas for the ceremony cocktail hour, eating and dancing this allows for the wedding to feel exciting with each new part but all on the same site.

From day one, all the staff members at Wild Horse were absolutely amazing. They knew exactly what they were doing, they spent extra time with us to work with our budget and overall just took care of all the details for us. The day of my wedding I had no stress whatsoever because they made it flow so easily and took control so we could keep calm. We chose not to add any personal decorations to the venue, except the decor on the tables (which the venue did for us), and the natural set-up was still extremely beautiful. It was a perfect outdoor wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, and I love how they had a take home bag waiting for us at the end of the night. We had our own personal staff member to help us all night with reminders, drinks, etc. The only concerns I had from guests was that they could hardly hear us speaking in the back rows during the ceremony, and a few older family members had tripped on uneven surfaces around the property. But other than that, this place has the most incredible outdoor scenery any bride could ask for. Raynu and Kyle were on top of every detail for us since we walked in their door, and I don't know how we could've done this without them. Their venue is, without a doubt, the best place to have your wedding!

If you want a stress free wedding get married here! We would get married here again 100 times over. Kyle and Raynu took care of everything. I literally had nothing to stress or worry about. They did everything. All of my guests loved the event venue. If you can dream it they can make it come true. Even things I never thought of they offered. They truly know what they are doing and our wedding was not cookie cutter. They really care about the bride and groom. They want to make this day all about you. Their food was delicious. Seriously stop looking contact them and book now!

Kyle and Raynu are the most amazing host. They pay attention to detail, cooperate with every demand - good and bad. :-)Understand difficult situations and have the most exquisite and beautiful venue. The Oasis at the Wildhorse is truly an Oasis in the desert, with beautiful trees, water, lily pads, and flow from ceremony to reception. The honeymoon suite is pretty awesome as well. I have absolutely no regrets of having my wedding here, and actually wish I could have 10 more with the same groom. Looking for a place for your wedding or any special event Kyle and Raynu are your guys. I owe them so much for a marvelous and spectacular wedding.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our venue choice for our wedding reception. Kyle and all of the staff at Wild Horse made sure our day/night flowed smoothly. Planning was a breeze, and making payments was very easy as well! We had a number of guests who were unable to make the wedding (we learned this on very short notice), and the staff at Wild Horse actually extended our open bar another 2 hours to make up the difference. We were very impressed with their flexibility and hospitality. The food was phenomenal, drinks were phenomenal (make sure to try their Prickly Pear Margaritas)... in short, everything was WONDERFUL! More than two weeks later, we're still hearing compliments from our guests about what a wonderful time they had at our wedding. I've heard a few stories from guests who sounded a bit difficult for the staff, but my husband and I knew nothing about it on the day. Staff simply took care of everything. We were even able to keep the DJ 90 minutes longer, because the party was still going strong! Thank you, Wild Horse, for such a perfect wedding reception!

I was so blown away by how amazing my wedding was at WHR. Kyle and Raynu did an amazing job helping with everything from setting up decorations when my florist was late and I was panicking to sending us back to our hotel with leftover food to eat once we got to sit down and relax at the end of the night. And when I was freaking out because nothing was getting done due to my late florist, it was so comforting to have Kyle be so calm and helpful and just get stuff done and not tell me to go get dressed or tell me anything but "okay I can do that or where do you want that?" Kyle was also always there with a fresh drink when we needed it and we didn't have to ask, he was on top of it. I think he deserves a raise! haha ;) As for the venue and services everything was top notch and such great value for the cost. For only $60 a person the food was just amazing, such great flavor and variety. We had a custom smashed potato bar where you add your own toppings and the almond crusted chicken I think, or macadamia nut, not sure... and the sirloin steaks. Everything was mouthwatering and the guests loved it all too. The DJ that came with our package was great, he was nice and did an awesome job especially since we never even met him before the wedding. He was very easy going and made it fun. Then at the end of the night the WHR staff got everything together that we needed to take with us and all the gifts were loaded into my parents car. And in the morning we were able to pick up the rest of the decorations. It was just a great feeling to know that they really cared and were so easy going with everything. Weddings are stressful enough so to have the venue staff be so kind and helpful was a blessing. (Only tip is to make sure your photographer knows to take your bridal photos in the grassy area by the pond, or ask Kyle to remind them, since that's what makes WHR so beautiful.)

We just had our wedding the end of March and I still am in shock for how beautiful of a ceremony and reception we received especially for the cost. Having our wedding there made planning so much less stressful because the packages include everything except the cake, officiant and photographer! No finding a separate vendor for linens, caterer, chairs, and wedding planner because its all included! It is such a beautiful venue and you can tell the staff really care about making your night special. They even help with making sure the wedding party and families are where they need to be for photos and reserved seats which can be such a stress for the bride and groom. The food was delicious and the drinks were inexpensive! It has such a great natural feel, which was very important to me; I didn't want my outdoor wedding to feel like it was taking place in a city park, but the venue is also conveniently located 4miles from hotels so its not a hassle for people to find. I really couldn't have imagined a more perfect place for us!

While this was a beautiful place to have my wedding, I would never ever recommend it to anyone. I absolutely hated having my wedding there. Raynu and Kyle did not live up to the image they projected, were rude the day of, I consistently had to repeat myself and fix their errors. I was so stressed out and pissed off I was not able to enjoy my wedding. I shouldn't have to do their job on my wedding day. On top of that Raynu insulted and upset a guest, they lost or took or misplaced items I had purchased for my wedding and wanted for souvenirs. When my friend who helped to decorate asked if they took down the flowers off the arch or should she, she was told only if she ever wanted to see them again. Even though my friends and family and groom thought it was a lovely event, I am extremely unhappy with The Oasis and refuse to watch the wedding video because I don't want to witness my stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and unhappiness. They didn't even have the DJ cued properly so most of my guests thought there was no dancing and left before dinner was over. I was the last person there. Just after 8 pm everyone was gone but me, alone on the dance floor. The DJ felt so bad he apologized and gave me a hug. Him and one other person were the only people that made me feel they were there for me. We paid a lot of money for bad service and treatment. I don't care what anyone has going on in there life. When you are a wedding event coordinator, you coordinate. You don't make the bride do everything. When you are supposed to make her wedding day the best day of her life, you do that. Not be rude and act as if we are imposing on you or your job is to just tell someone what to cook and what time they should have it ready. I could have done that too. I will never recommend this place and I will probably never set foot there again unless I have to. I shouldn't be hating my wedding day. I shouldn't be so unhappy that my husband wants to do it again so maybe I can have the perfect day. I shouldn't want to scream and cry everytime I think back to that day. What was supposed to be one of the best days of my life is one of the worst. Raynu and Kyle need to pull it together and start remembering why they do what they do. They need to remember it's about the bride and groom and creating the perfect day for them. They need to remember that no matter what, they have a job to do and need to do it 1000% better than the bride could do it. They need to start acting like they love what they do and make sure that my horrible day never happens to anyone else. Or they need to find a new job because obviously this is not a career for them. You love your career, your job you have because you need it.

We had our wedding at Wild Horse and heard nothing but great things from our guests. It was a whirlwind but they did a lot to help us out. I feel they could have been a bit more accommodating but my husband Loved the placed and it was still great.

My husband and I went to a wedding here prior to getting engaged, and when we decided to go with the vendor for our wedding, they were so accomodating and so helpful! They got us everything we wanted, needed and more! Everytime I would email them they would respond very soon after I sent it!

We had our wedding at this venue in May. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff did a great job! We could not be happier with our choice! We would definitely recommend this venue. It has plenty of shade for warmer weather and lots of areas for guests to mingle. Beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding with green and water.

I love working with this venue. The location is beautiful. BIG thank you to Kyle the office manager, he made the entire experience wonderful. They sure know what they are doing there! The wedding went wonderfully and the staff extremely helpful. Food was the best I've ever had at a wedding. Nothing generic or boring about it.

Absolutely loved having the wedding here. The Raynu and Kyle were very friendly and helpful during the wedding planning, on the day of, and even on the day after. The food is delicious. Everything was perfect about this venue. There is plenty of space for guests to roam. The view of the mountains and city is breathtaking. What's not to love?!

Raynu, Kyle, and the rest of the Wild Horse staff are absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments from friends and family about how smoothly the wedding day went, and we were also told by some guests that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! The credit goes entirely to Wild Horse. The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful, and they kept the whole night flowing so that there were no awkward or boring pauses. They were able to accommodate our budget, and nowhere else in town can compete with what you get for your money here. They took care of everything; bar, bartenders, staff, table set-up, dinner, DJ, ceremony, and day-of coordination. Seriously, it's amazing how much they do- it cut the wedding planning in half. They were also able to personalize the packages they offered so that we could include things that were important to us without having to go over our budget. They also took care of any hiccups we had- for example we had to find a new officiant the night before the wedding (which isn't easy), and seeing how stressful it was, they found someone for us within minutes. It wasn't even their problem to deal with, but they took care of it anyway and we were so happy with the minister they found. I could go on and on about how wonderful they were!!

This venue was excellent. The facility itself is stunning, both indoors and out. The staff was on point through the entire process and very hands on. Raynu and Kyle both have expertise and knowledge about how to create a perfect wedding. From start to finish, it went smoother than I ever imagined possible. The food was great and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this venue to any searching bride. I could not have asked for anything more.

Oasis gave us a bueatiful wedding, Raynu and Kyle were very involved making sure that everyone a there was on top of their game. They made sure that things ran smoothly without me having to worry about anything being forgotten.

The staff and coordinators were awesome and so easy to work with. Our wedding was about 130 people and things went super smoothly, thanks to the great organization and coordination of the staff.

They are very family oriented and they are easy for work with. The price is exceptional especially with what you get with the different packages. I would recommend this place to all engagged couples.
