She even provided helpful skin prep instructions ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was the best experience with such a talented and kind bridal hair and makeup artist. But when I spoke with Elizabeth, she told me that Amy would be happy to work with just me, and I’m so glad she did. From the moment I met Amy at the trial, I knew I was in good hands. She had such a calm and comforting presence and really listened to what I wanted. I told her that I don’t wear much makeup normally and that I have a lot of freckles I didn’t want to completely cover. I wanted to look like myself, just a little more polished. She totally got the vision, and after the trial, I was already obsessed with the look. My hair was a bit trickier, as I have naturally curly hair, and for the trial, I had asked for regular curls. After seeing the style, I realized I wanted to try something different for the actual day, and Amy was so flexible and understanding. On the wedding day, she absolutely nailed it! My hair looked even better than I imagined, and both my hair and makeup lasted all day without a single touch-up needed. To top it off, just a few weeks before the wedding, my mom decided she wanted to get her makeup done as well (after seeing how amazing Amy’s work was). I asked Amy if she'd be willing to add her last minute, and without hesitation, she said yes. She was so kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful to Amy for making me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day. She made me feel like the best version of myself and honestly, like a princess. I would 100% recommend her to any bride looking for someone who’s not only talented but also truly listens and cares.

They were able to execute what everyone envisioned on the spot on the day of the wedding. I (bride) was also so happy with the trial session - it helped Elizabeth and I get on the same page and we could make adjustments up until the wedding. Elizabeth was very accommodating and receptive to any feedback/preferences I had for her. She also made enhancements to the hair (braids in the bun) and the makeup was even better on the day of - it was such a pleasant and nice surprise! I would highly recommend a trial. I didn’t know how to vocalize that; I didn’t know myself what was off about the look compared to what I expected. Elizabeth, however, immediately noticed I wasn’t as excited as I could have been, and offered to rework it the next day, unprompted. We did and she nailed the look I was hoping for. It meant so much to me that she was willing to listen and try something different. I felt like she really cared that I was absolutely happy with the look- which is so important! Day-of also had a bit of trial and error, as can be expected in getting the look just right, and again Elizabeth was patient and gracious with me. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with Elizabeth and I would highly recommend her!

My makeup was beautiful, yet was natural enough that I felt like myself, and my hair (a high pony with Hollywood-esque waves) was exactly what I wanted! Not only is Elizabeth an incredibly competent hair and makeup artist, but she is also a delight to be around. She's so nice, fun, and was super friendly to my family and friends who were present while she was getting us ready. Highly recommend!! :)

n with a rough idea of what style I wanted, and Elizabeth helped bring it to life perfectly. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, even though at times I felt that I had a hard time articulating exactly what I wanted. But the biggest bonus in working with Elizabeth is how flexible she is. I had a few adjustments that I realized I wanted made to my hair/makeup style after our initial trial, and she welcomed my new ideas with a completely open mind and integrated them seamlessly into her styling on the wedding day. Furthermore, a few months before the wedding I unfortunately got a horrific sunburn that turned into a very dark (and very large) sunspot in the center of my back -- my dress was completely open in the back, of course. I went into full panic mode realizing a couple of weeks before the wedding that the dark spot wasn't fading. I reached out to Elizabeth with my concerns and some photos, and she was so reassuring and really put me at ease with her confidence about being able to effectively blend the dark spot using some body/stage makeup products. She has extensive experience in this area, and it shows! She blended out the spot on my back entirely, and it wasn't visible AT ALL. I can't thank her enough for the services she provided on my wedding day, and I'd highly recommend her. Thanks again, Elizabeth! You rock.

On the day of the wedding, she was punctual with her partner. All of my girls LOVED their hair and makeup and everyone felt beautiful!! She made everyone feel at ease and just blended in with the craziness that ensued with getting ready. I would recommend her again and again and plan on going back to her for any other event!
