OC Ceremony Pastor

Nate was amazing to work with! As soon as my fiance and I spoke with him, we knew he was our guy. He seriously made our ceremony so special and meaningful and everybody loved it! My parents have said over a dozen times how much they loved the ceremony and how great of a job Nate did. We also did six months of pre-marriage counseling which was also amazing. I truly think it allowed both of us to get to know each other before the big day. We are definitely going to refer everyone we know to Nate when our friends decide to get married!

This was something I have NEVER seen at another ceremony, and it was so sweet and thoughtful. We also loved when he asked us to take a minute and look around at all those there that day to support and love us. Because of Nate, our ceremony was truly magical (and full of happy tears!). We found Nate through our wedding apps. He was a wonderful officiant and provided a beautiful ceremony service for me and husband. We couldn’t have been happier with our ceremony. We were having a destination wedding so we were nervous that the pastor wouldnt get to know us well enough to have a personalized ceremony. As soon as I met Nate, I knew he would do a great job. Nate was so great before and during our ceremony! My husband is Christian and he wanted to have someone that shared his same faith officiating our wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, he asked us some questions during the planning process and incorporated them into the ceremony and everything was so perfect. He sent over a form of what he will say with some options to chose, we had chosen to do traditional vows but we also wanted to read something to each other in our own words and everything ended up flowing amazing. Nate Castro made our ceremony more than we could have imagined. There wasn’t a dry eye in our 50+ guests. We designed/customized our ceremony with Nate’s template. We wrote our own vows. But what really set it above and beyond, were his words about us, which really surprised and enhanced the ceremony. Again, more than we could have dreamed. We really don’t know what else to say about Nate, other than he is absolutely amazing! From the the initially phone call to our wedding day, Nate made was always there. He answered all of our questions, he respected our wishes, and followed a perfect timeline. He was also amazing at guiding us through the process. Not enough good things can be said about Nate Castro. My wife and I both have known Nate for many years and can attest to his great character and speaking skills. When we decided to get married, Nate was the only guy for the job as officiant. He was very professional during the whole process, and was more than willing to go to our wedding location in a remote part of San Diego County. I personally loved how he made our ceremony so intimate and personal, as he told about our love story, and even talked with our wedding party and brought in their stories and feelings of us for a very community, fellowship oriented ceremony. Sean and I choose him to be our wedding officiant after we made a FaceTime with him. At the first, we like his look, voice, and the way he talks, and we just booked him right away. During the wedding, our guests also really liked him because some guests told us after wedding said he was so great. He was more than our expecting, and I 100% highly recommend to have him to officiate your wedding. I would recommend him to my friends.

Nate was an absolute blessing for our Orange County based wedding. His personality is caring, kind, positive, and passionate; this shined through brightly in his ceremony. He was able to uniquely blend religious elements in a way which was not overpowering, non-traditional elements such a rose ceremony to honor our parents, and personal elements such as adjectives to describe ourselves (bride and groom) which were aggregated from the wedding party. Nate was a pleasure to work with as he was always responsive and he was able to envision, and then execute, the type of event we had always dreamed of.

The first thing that we noticed when we met Nate was his charming and confident personality. This helped us to envision what it would be like to have him officiate our ceremony. Nate has such a positive attitude it starts to rub off on you. It was a little difficult to keep in contact with Nate over email. But that was mostly due to him having his first child born around the time of us planning the wedding. We worked everything out and got the ceremony all planned, but did have slightly difficult time. Nate was the officiant of our wedding on 4/28/18 in Dana Point and he did an AMAZING job!!! We did a facetime consultation with Nate and hired him immediately after. He was kind, sincere, upbeat, and perfect for the type of ceremony we wanted. He sent us an outline of the wedding ceremony along with the ability to change anything we wanted. He also sent us questions about us, our relationship, etc. to help personalize the ceremony. Nate showed up the day of the ceremony early and dressed professionally. He was even nice enough to wait on the bridesmaids to finish getting ready so the photographer could get a photo of them signing the marriage license. :) The ceremony was amazing and it couldn't have gone better! Nate made it fun, comfortable, and incorporated our story and the guests. Numerous guests commented that it was the best ceremony they've ever seen. Others asked how long we've known him for because it seemed like he knew us so well. We couldn't have been happier with the ceremony and we are SO glad we picked Nate to be our officiant. Nate also promptly mailed in the marriage license for us and we were able to pick up our marriage certificate when we got back from our honeymoon a couple weeks later. Choosing the officiant of your wedding is so critical and important, but also difficult when choosing one online who you don't know. Take my recommendation and hire Nate!!!

Nate was the perfect officiant for my wedding to my beautiful wife Megan at Talega Golf Club in San Clemente on January 13, 2018. We interviewed a few different pastors and when we met with Nate at a local Starbucks, we instantly knew he was the right fit for us. He made us feel insta rly comfortable, he was willing to work with us by combining modern, millennial type requests with a traditional religious ceremony. He did such a wonderful job of capturing our love story, how our bridal party felt about us/described us in their own words and communicating our story and who we are to the entire audience. He gave wonderful advice throughout the process and kept me calm and made me less nervous prior to the ceremony beginning. Everyone at the wedding was so impressed with how Nate articulated the importance of marriage and the journey we were embarking on. Nate Castro was an AMAZING officiant for our wedding! We loved the entire process that Nate took us through. We were able to set up a video chat with Nate to go over all of the details on how we wanted our ceremony to go. We currently live in VA and we weren’t able to meet one on one prior to our big day. He was so thorough and made our ceremony Exactly how I wanted it to be. Amazing, amazing, amazing! From the very first FaceTime we were able to tell that Nate understood our vision for the ceremony that we wanted. He was always professional, friendly, and most of all very easy to speak to. I always thought that planning a ceremony cross country, in a state that I had never been in, would be an impossible task however with Nate as our officiant things could not have gone better. Our wedding coordinator suggested Nate as one of our vendors and I am so glad that she did! We explained to Nate that we wanted a short, sweet and to the point ceremony and that is exactly what he provided for us. There are few goofy moments (mostly on our part), and a good number of tearjerkers. Our guests could not stop complimenting how well the ceremony had gone and a few of them even asked for Nate's information in order to suggest him for our friends with upcoming weddings. We planned our wedding to be held in Orange County in July while living in Minnesota. Working with Nate to plan the ceremony was the easiest part of planning the whole celebration. After Face Timing with him for our first meeting, he was always very responsive to our texts and emails, with a very “go with the flow” attitude the whole time. He was very personable and had a great energy that he brought to the process. Nate worked with us to include our daughter and a few other requests to make the ceremony personal to us. We were put in touch with him through e-mail then by facetime and it was then we knew we wanted him to be our pastor. He's just a great guy and very easy to talk to. He told us how he personalizes each ceremony by contacting our bridesmaids and groomsmen by email to get them to describe us. He then used that as part of the ceremony. During our conversation we learned he is a pastor at a Christian church and he does pre-marital counseling. My wife and I understand the importance of having God in our marriage so we decided to do pre-marital counseling as well. By far it one of the best decisions we made. In addition to the benefits of pre-marital counseling Nate got to know us and eventually it wasn't like we were just getting an officiant but we were getting a friend to officiate the wedding! Come wedding time Nate was a real pro. He positioned us for the cameras, was able to guide us through the sand ceremony and lead a beautiful ceremony. He really did help to make our special day so very memorable.

Nate was an amazing officiant and really made our ceremony special! We had done research, met with various officiants and went to bridal shows, but no one felt right to us. It wasn't until we found Nate that we finally could end the search. We didn't have a chance to meet him before hand due to our distance and busy schedules, but we did speak to him over the phone and he had us convinced with his positive attitude and very personable demeanor. We gave him a rough outline of what we wanted for our ceremony and he ran with it, mixing in just the right personal and religious elements. Nate is a terrific officiant! My husband and I did not live in the same town as our wedding location, which meant that we were not able to meet with Nate until about 2 weeks before the wedding. This was not a big deal for us though, because the moment we spoke to him on the phone we instantly knew he was the pastor for us. He is kind and sincere and truly loves love. He himself was recently married and so he appreciates the ceremony of a union even that much more. He truly listened to us and made sure to incorporate our wishes. He also made great suggestions on vows and how to make the ceremony unique and involve the guests. He never made us feel obligated to take couple counseling or participate in church activities, which we would have if timing, location and money permitted. Beyond being a great officiant, Nate is also an overall great guy! He has big ambitions, a great heart and an infectiously positive outlook on life. I would make him a friend in a heartbeat!
