I cannot say enough good things about OC Strings. The trio we hired for our wedding ceremony was nothing short of perfect. Not only is their talent undeniable, but they were also e...
xtremely communicative and flexible leading up to the big day. They made everything so easy and seamless. If you want gorgeous live music and a team that is a joy to work with, hire them!

song requests. Thank you!!
We booked with OC Strings for 2 hours of string trio for ceremony and cocktail hour, and also had them as the DJ/MC! The string trio was amazing and really elevated the atmosphere,...
making it romantic and classy. Daniel was great as our MC and the DJ worked out great too for the night. I had pre-built a playlist, but should've given them a little more free reign - Daniel jumped in with a great suggestion to throw in some slow songs because I completely forgot about them. They're also familiar with my venue Rancho Las Lomas, so it was a plus. Thanks for helping make our wedding day perfect!
Daniel and his musicians at OC Strings are truly incredible. My husband and I planned our micro-wedding at my family’s remote, rustic cabin in the San Bernardino mountains in mid-N...
ovember. Daniel was incredibly responsive, professional and enthusiastic, and had no problem with the long drive to San Bernardino in addition to the added complications of parking off-site and transferring set-up equipment to an off-road capable vehicle to get to the cabin. The cabin isn’t easy to find, hidden away off a dirt road that’s only accessible by four wheel drive, and only if you know where you’re going. It’s complicated on a good day to say the least, let alone the fact that there had been about 8” of snow two days before, making the off-road drive all the more treacherous and slowing transport down considerably. Not only did Daniel arrive extra early for setup, but he was enthusiastic and accommodating all day long; taking song requests from family and even providing the microphone for the officiant during the ceremony. I received numerous comments from guests that Daniel and his cellist went out of their way to make the day extra special. Thank you Daniel and fellow musicians at OC Strings for your contributions to a truly unforgettable day!
I was looking for pop instrumentals to play during my ceremony, and came across a quartet playing Shut Up and Dance on YouTube. I instantly fell in love and wanted that to play whi...
le I walked down the aisle. It turns out it was OC Strings. I contacted them to play and the rest was history. They were so good! Both my husband and I got emotional hearing them play during the ceremony, just such a special group. And Daniel and his team were so easy to work with! Highly recommend this live band for your wedding, it just adds such a special element to the day.
We hired OC strings to play at our ceremony. It has been my dream to have a string ensemble play at my wedding being a violinist myself and having several musicians in the family. ...
Daniel and his team were very easy to work with. I had specific song requests, which they easily accommodated and perfectly executed the day-of. The music was elegant and beautiful to listen to. Thank you Daniel for making my wedding ceremony music dreams come true. My husband and I are so happy we hired OC strings!
Daniel and OC Strings performed at my Catholic wedding ceremony. I didn't even have to worry about anything. I decided to go with a trio. They played my requested songs and they so...
unded so beautiful. They really helped make my ceremony extra special and they were in tune.
I went with OC Strings because the reviews were great, they had a great catalog of songs, but most importantly, their sample recordings and YouTub were great. I know a little about music so when I looked into the other options, most of them didn't sound as clean in terms of being in tune, or playing on beat.
Daniel was a great at communicating and made me feel at ease about everything.
They can even learn a new song for a nominal fee. The new song I requested was perfect.
A little advice for other Catholic ceremonies, make sure you check with your church about the music and see if they approve before you hire strings just in case! I know every church may be a little different. Daniel helped me with all concerns along the way.
Everyone loved them. Thank you!
If you’re looking to book a string quartet for your ceremony - you’ve found them! OC Strings was beyond fabulous, and every song was so beautiful. They have a vast collection of so...
ngs to choose from. Daniel was lovely to work with, especially through two postponements! I booked them for my ceremony and cocktail hour, and I’m so glad I did. The ceremony was stunning because of the music they played, and hearing modern songs during our cocktail hour was so fun! Thank you so much, Daniel & OC Strings!
They played our ceremony and cocktail hour and did an excellent job. Our guests all really enjoyed their music. Daniel was who i set everything up with and he was professional and ...
prompt in his responses. I would highly recommend this team.
I hired OC Strings for my wedding this past September. Prices were clear on the website, and definitely worth it! Daniel was very quick to respond to all of my emails and questions...
, and they accommodated all of my song choices. Haruka played the violin at our wedding and it was the most beautiful touch. She arrived on time (communicated that day with my Day of Coordinator) and played wonderfully. If you're on the fence about hiring live musicians, DO IT! It made me feel so grand walking down the aisle, and definitely started the waterworks! I have some friends who are getting married soon and have already passed on my recommendation. Thanks again OC Strings!
Daniel Adams and the OC Strings are fantastic. They are the element that made our ceremony magical. Daniel is professional, kind, smart and so devoted to his clients. He makes e...
very effort to make sure his performance is exactly what you want. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome violinist (and someone that can do non-traditional songs) for their wedding day.
They were AMAZING!!! I booked a string quartet with Daniel and they played for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We loved it. Beautiful music. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
