We had an evening activity for friends and family after my daughter's morning wedding. The sales representative from the venue made several suggestions regarding a caterer but after she said Chef Carlton's presentations were beautiful, I knew he would be the caterer for the event. Chef Carlton and I decided on a menu. When I arrived at the venue for the event, I was blown away by the presentation! The food was awesome! Chef Carlton was so professional and helpful. He really made this mother of the bride happy.
