ssom florals to the perfectly executed book- and movie-themed elements, everything was beyond what we imagined. They designed stunning terrarium centerpieces with florals, paired with glowing book lantern lights, charming book quote cutouts, and even an antique door photo booth setup for our Polaroid station—complete with a welcome book for guests to sign. It all felt so personal and magical.
They even created beautiful custom wedding programs for our guests in multiple languages, designed as elegant little booklets—such a thoughtful and inclusive touch that meant so much to us and our families.
One of the most above-and-beyond moments? They helped get our cat and dog back home safely after the ceremony and before the reception, giving us total peace of mind during such a busy day.
The team stayed far beyond the contracted hours to make sure every element was just right. They were always prompt, professional, friendly, and full of amazing ideas to make our day even more special as things came up. Thanks to their support, the entire day flowed seamlessly with no hiccups.

decision. It's true when they say that something will inevitably go wrong on your wedding day. It happens! It's a huge undertaking with lots of moving parts and lots of people involved and it's easy for something big or small to slip through the cracks. But would you rather be the bride frantically rushing to figure out who to send to the store to find a suit because the best man's brother accidentally brought the wrong suit that was a completely different color than the groom and groomsmen... or be the bride who is happily getting ready in the other room, none-the-wiser, and doesn't even know that this misstep happened, was entirely avoided, and flawlessly resolved to the point that you couldn't even tell a difference between the suits until after you and your new husband have said your "I-do's" and the ceremony has already happened? Because this was a huge thing that actually happened during the morning of mine and my husband's wedding day. Blake, Frida, and everyone on the team that had a helping hand in the day were the ones there to swoop in and make sure that even with this, everything still ran SEAMLESSLY, and I, the bride, hadn't a worry in the world! Without them? I can't imagine the panic I might have felt.
Day-of aside, leading up to the day, my now husband and I worked closely with Blake and left every meeting with smiles on our faces and weights lifted off our shoulders. Blake is a true professional who excels at his craft with care, kindness, attention to detail, and an uncanny ability to see and execute the vision you have for your day.
As many others have stated in other similar reviews already, just as he did with everyone, Blake answered all questions thoroughly and in a timely manner, he was the organization my chaotic bride brain needed, he was understanding of concerns and quelled the fears with actionable plans and comforting words, and he and his team truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected.
On the day, Frida was by our side and saw to our every need sometimes even before we knew we had a need! She was a constant, comforting presence, guiding us through the day and ensuring things ran smoothly according to the timeline that we had put together with Blake. Occasions & Co. were the support system that we knew we wanted from the very first interaction, and we couldn’t be happier having worked with them. They did everything and more with smiles and grace. You will not regret hiring Blake and his team!!

If I had an issue that I couldn’t find a solution for in a timely manner, I would go to Blake and he would come to me almost immediately with a solution, and it was such a relief to know that a lot of that could be taken off my plate leading up to the day of. Not to mention his excitement over my wedding helped me get excited for it as well.
I’m sure there’s always something that goes wonky at weddings, but even in the midst of that, they did their absolute best to keep stress and problems away from me while also still maintaining that same excitement for my wedding that they had been since the beginning. Having them constantly show that excitement made it easier for me to relax, he was also constantly reassuring me the day of which was very needed and appreciated.
I’m so extremely thankful for everything that they did for me and my wedding turned out beautiful, there’s no way it could’ve been so lovely without them!

From the start, Blake went above and beyond. He checked in regularly, answered every question I had, and made sure every detail was in order leading up to the big day. Every email was answered promptly, every change I made was met with positivity, and I always felt like he was just a call or message away. He created a perfect day-of timeline and coordinated seamlessly with every single vendor. The moment Blake took over communication, I felt an instant wave of relief.
And then there’s Frida - my GIRL. From the moment she arrived at the venue until we drove away in our getaway car, she was right by my side, making sure everything ran flawlessly. Somehow, she managed to be everywhere at once - setting up, coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting, and yet still making me feel like I was her only priority. My husband and I always had a drink in hand, our needs were anticipated before we even voiced them, and everything around us came together effortlessly. When a couple of vendors I had booked separately dropped the ball, Frida handled it with grace and professionalism, making sure everything stayed on track. She was a dream to work with, and I truly owe so much of our perfect day to her.
If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and hire Occasions & Co. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for - and more - because of them. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat for any future event. ordinator, and all-around support system! From the minute we started working with Blake, the “stress” of a big wedding ceased to be an issue for me and my daughter. His preferred vendors were fantastic, and we used his videographer Chevy (incredible), his DJ (Chris Brown), his transportation recommendation (AJL), and the fabulous hair and make-up team (Grand Slam Glam).
The team at Occasions had helped plan every detail (the timeline was a lifesaver) and Blake had told me repeatedly that there was nothing for me to worry about that day – they had us. And he was right! I loved every minute of the day with my daughter and feel so lucky that this wonderful team helped us give Molly the wedding of her dreams! I can’t recommend Occasions & Co. highly enough and have told several of her bridesmaids from the wedding when they asked who the best in the business is – they make dreams come true!

ne of the reasons I chose Blake was he stated “unlimited communication” in his description, and boy did he give it! I emailed him so many times in the months leading up to the wedding and he was always quick to respond. He has great advice and vendor recommendations. He took over all the vendor communications for the last month, and all the stress with it, so we could enjoy those last days before the wedding. Both he and Frida worked tirelessly on the day of to bring all our visions together. We did have rain, and the team was great in pivoting with the schedule, our guests never even knew there were any issues. They are the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave, and they made the day so incredible!

s was the best gift I gave myself and having him as the contact person for all of my other vendors took a lot off of my to do list. They did an exceptional job of setting up the decorations without my having to micro-manage every detail. Blake also worked well with my venue event planner to get us space to store the decorations after the wedding. When Frida followed me around so she could hold my glasses while we took pictures all the while handing me water to stay hydrated, I truly felt like a princess. They provide a lot of services in-house as well (can make signs, design and print stationary, rentals for centerpieces, floral arrangements, etc.) which is way better than looking for a different vendor for each thing you need AND great quality as well. If you're thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator - give this company a call! Don't walk, RUN! :)

in-control. However, I could not recommend Occasions enough. We hired Blake for month-of coordination, which wound up being exactly when I was losing my mind and needed help the most! I am stunned that we got Blake and his team with their skill level and amazing service for the price that we did. They were our angels the entire month before the wedding and on the day. We had an entire team of 3 catering to our every need. They asked lots of amazing questions to get to know us and our personalities and very clearly used that to guide how they managed and handled everything. They managed all vendors and timelines leading up to the day (we had already hired everyone and Blake took over communication), they set up ALL of the decor (my family and I DIY-ed almost everything), and they executed my vision perfectly. Blake attended our final meeting with the venue and DJ and was polite, sitting back to let me lead, but pushed back and supported me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted when it was needed. In cases where decisions needed to be made and I felt overwhelmed, Blake made suggestions and made the decisions feel lighter. I emailed and texted Blake thoughts and vendor needs at the most random times and he kept track of everything and made sure to remind me (so gently and sweetly) when I was supposed to submit something. Blake even picked up all of our decor and our alcohol order for us before the wedding to deliver to the venue on wedding day. The whole experience went so smoothly and I cannot imagine having done it without Blake. We even had an unexpected security lockdown in the neighborhood during the actual wedding…and the Occasions team made sure not only that we were safe, but that only the critical people knew and the party kept going. I had no idea til my mom told me the next day, and I had a complete worry-free blast. Blake and his team are the best and made my wedding a dream. If you are on the fence, don’t be. Hiring OED was the best wedding decision that we made.

he wedding to organize, direct the vendors , followed the program well and was always there when you needed her. So energetic and happy to help. She made our wedding day easy.
The only disappointment was TJ's assistant . I think her assistant's name was Alison, she was nice and helpful at the beginning of the event but during the event she left because her brother went missing which was completely understandable, then she returned to the event, as it was a false alarm. Then she disappeared before the event came to an end, without telling anyone even TJ. The end of the event is when help is needed the most and Alison was no where to be found and because of that, my husband and I had to help TJ remove and pack items from the venue, as it was too much reorganizing for TJ to do by herself. so on our wedding night we had to work.
To TJ alone 5 stars to her assistant 3 stars .

for this amazing team. Blake was an absolute hero for us several times, going above and beyond the call of duty when COVID, venue closures, and weather threw a wrench into our wedding plans. Blake also did the flowers for our ceremony and reception, and they were simply stunning- I got so many compliments on how beautiful my bouquet was! When we were finally able to celebrate our wedding, Blake and TJ crushed it; all of our decor and everything was set up perfectly, and we didn't have to worry about A THING the entire day. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to the team at OED and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know for the foreseeable future.

TJ and her assistant, Emily, were phenomenal from start to finish. By the end of the day, we felt like they were family. They did the heavy lifting so we could enjoy the big day....

sick, but he still showed up to make sure everything was set up correctly. Once things were in order he left to get some rest. Now some may start to panic, but Blake's two assistants picked up right where he left off and made sure our day went on without a hitch. Lisa the officiant was very friendly and did an amazing job officiating. Our ceremony was outdoors, it was 30 degrees and she didn't complain once about the cold. Although, I wouldn't blame her if she did. Occasions made our day absolutely perfect! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

we hit it off right away; so I hired him! It was the best choice I made when it came to planning my wedding and I was so relieved to have him help. Blake did pretty much all the planning and had great recommendations and designs. His table designs were beautiful, he was very thorough, organized, and quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls. I highly recommend Blake and his team for your event.
