Throughout the entire planning process, Audi was there with us. From cake tastings to dress fittings, she came everywhere. She made us feel like we were her only clients which was so comforting! She became such a wonderful friend to me and my family! Our wedding weekend went FLAWLESS! It was breathtaking!! Her careful attention to detail and her perfectionism definitely showed! Her love for "love" (which she always told me) makes her the best wedding planner you could ever ask for!

eeted by Audi ( which I didn't know it was her until later in the evening) as we entered the building. We were seated by ushers and the wedding started promptly at 4 o'clock. The ceremony flowed beautifully and everything was executed perfectly. After the wedding was over we were escorted to the cocktail reception. Fifteen minutes later the room where the wedding was held was completely transformed for the reception and Audi greeted us again and welcomed us to be seated for the reception. I was in awe. I had no idea the room was being transformed and ask my daughter how did they do it so quickly and her response was the coordinator is obviously organized. When I asked the Mother of the Broom who was the coordinator and when she pointed her out to us, I realized that it was the lady that so graciously greeted us. I said wait, that's the coordinator? She was so cool and calm that I was surprised she was the coordinator. Most wedding planners are running around and Audi was pleasantly being a gracious hostess. There was lots of love and laughter in the room and I give her all the credit. They did a fabulous fabulous job.

n my Big Day -- I could relax knowing Mrs. Audi and her wonderful daughter and assistant Jasmine had taken care of everything. If you are considering having a wedding planner but aren't sure if it is worth the money, let me tell you that it is. Mrs. Audi's service was absolutely invaluable.

omfortable even if it isn't at an event she has planned.....my list could go on. I had the privilege of meeting Audi for the planning of my best friend's wedding. Audi not only reminded me of what a special person she is, but she showed her talent, and that made me speechless. From the smallest detail to the biggest detail, Audi puts everything she has 100%. And speaking of detail, she made sure that my best friend had everything she wanted and more because Audi manages to always think one step ahead, which avoids error and any unpredicted happenings (which at an event by Audi - errors do not happen and if they do - you won't know it). What amazed me the most was the wedding day, not only for the obvious reasons of that everything was exactly how the bride wanted it.....but how Audi maintained such an all around feeling of relaxation, and at a wedding, you know that is not easy to do. My best friend had a few "flip outs" as most brides do, and Audi handled it beautifully....which at first I was jealous of, being that I was the maid of honor, but I go over that quickly :) Bottom line - Audi is the best. I have been to more weddings than I can count and the two weddings I attended that were planned by Audi (one that I had the pleasure of being a part of) were the best. Audi is such a talented wedding planner and an overall amazing person. I can not wait until the day I get married, because hands down, I know I will use Occassions by Audi because I know that I will get the wedding that I want and the most amazing team to help me!

ard of the St. Louis Hotel. Given that my wedding date was only 5 months away & that it was going to be an out of town wedding (I am from Mobile, AL), I was feeling very overwhelmed! By the end of our first meeting, I felt like a HUGE weight had literally been lifted off my shoulders. Audi basically held my hand throughout the entire planning process, which I desperately needed! Thanks to Audi, I can truly say, without hesitation, that my wedding day was the best day of my life. I didn't have to worry about anything because Audi and her team went above and beyond to make sure that everything and everyone was taken care of. It was truly a fairy tale wedding. It's been over a month since my wedding, & - believe it or not - I am still receiving thank-you notes from some of the guests, emphatically telling me that it was literally the best time they have ever had at a wedding!!! Audi, I can't thank you enough! You were truly a blessing!

She made sure everything was uniform and perfect.It was quite obvious that she truly listened to the bride and groom, did exactly what they wished and made their big day one to remember.The bride and groom looked EXTREMELY happy with the way everything turned out. Her staff members were fabulous too!! There is NO DOUBT in my mind that Audi is an amazing wedding planner who's dedication, careful planning,creativity, diligence and warm spirit make the wedding day of couples a real fairytale come true. I would recommend her to anyone! I hope she does my wedding one day!

time and made my sister in law feel comfortable. The intentions was for the wedding to be outside at the Audubon Zoo, however Mother Nature had other plans. Although we couldn't go outside to have the ceremony, you would have never thought it was supposed to be outside. Audi made the inside wedding magical for my sister in law. The second wedding wedding I attended by Occasions by Audi was on Duke's campus. Another WOW!!! It was amazing. Everything from the way we were pampered when we arrived to the hotel until the day after the wedding. She planned an entire week's worth of activities for the bridal party and made those of us not a part of the party feel just as special. The wedding was beautiful and the reception too was magical. It was obvious that every part of the reception was given thorough thought, (table decorations, cakes, singer, dessert treats, ice sculptures, photo booth, etc.). It's hard to believe that one person was behind both magical weddings and if I would have not seen it for myself I wouldn't believe it too. I would recommend Occasions by Audi to every bride who wants to sit back and be in awww on the best day of her life.

Audi has great relationships with so many vendors and with us never planning a wedding before, her experience and expertise definitely came in handy. From the months down to the hours before my wedding I was calm and relatively stress-free knowing that Audi had everything under control.

n Boston so could only be here to plan 3-4 separate occasions before the wedding. Then I found Audi. She arranged for a whirlwind day in which we were able to pick a photographer, caterer, bakery, florist, musicians, and individual ethnic restaurants in one day. She also viewed the Natural History Museum and immediately assured us, "I can make this place magic." And indeed she did. She used decorations we already possessed, arranged for rental of anything else needed, and transformed that museum into a wonderland. Our daughter was able to have the ecclectic and personal reception and wedding she desired, and we. living in Mandeville, felt relaxed and confident that Audi was taking care of everything. I remember even at the reception, as I was going to the bar to get drinks for a cousin and myself, Audi intercepted me and insisted she take care of it. I truly do not believe the experience would have been fun and meaningful without her, and I would contract her in a minute for future occasions. ng. We literally called the Justice of the Peace on a random Tuesday and scheduled the ceremony for the first available date, which was the following Tuesday. We did not plan for any decorations, etc., but invited close friends and family to witness (those who could make it on a TUESDAY night). Audi caught wind of this and turned a one bedroom apartment into a "venue" that was beautiful in every way - flowers (she made a small bouquet for me,a boutonniere for my hubby, and had flowers in the apartment), unity candle, cake cutter, champagne flutes, bubbles, AND SHE USED HER OWN CAMERA FOR PICTURES (which came out beautiful by the way)! She helped with the signing of the marriage certificate and "organized" the "ceremony" by setting up a first dance and toasts from our family members and friends. It's important to note that she did all of this in a one to two day notice!!!! When I look at the pictures she emailed to us after, I swear it looks like we were in the most beautiful venue in the world and it is all because of her. I can NEVER thank her enough for the EXTRA effort and time she put into that evening. No one, anywhere, in any industry takes time to do things like that anymore - to make a genuine and sincere effort to see others smile. Her creativity, personality, and love of what she does shines through and makes anything she touches come alive! Thank you Audi! **I have since attended events planned by her and I continue to remain in awe of her talent. If for nothing else, her personal touch is a must for any event you are having!

was right. Everything was beautiful except for my cake which wasn't her fault. The baker did such a horrible job decorating it but she took extra flowers and made it beautiful. She goes beyond what is expected to make sure everything is perfect. My sister left her purse at the venue when the wedding was over and thought she couldn't get it until Monday. Mrs. Audi tracked us down late that night and brought her purse to us. She is the best and worth every penny. My only regret is that I didn't hire her from day one.
