ance floor was seamless with our weekend's events. The team was nice and courteous. Everyone loved the look and feel of our space. My only regret- I should have just rented linens. I saved a couple bucks buying them, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and rent what you can! Thank you, Ocean Breeze, for creating a ballroom on the beach for me!

urned out to be brand new never used so it was beautiful and clear watching the sunset through it was amazing! Our venue also gets all the tables, chair and linens from Jackie which we loved all the options to choose from. Jackie was so nice in making sure the tent was properly lit and they came the night before to set up the tent. 10/10 recommend!

keeps saying she will get a refund, but provides no proof of refund and does not respond to her messages. This company may have been legitimate at one point years ago, but clearly its a scam now! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF WORKING WITH THIS FRAUD!!!!!!! BEWARE!

ard on that. This was back in MARCH 2021. I placed a deposit and heard nothing back, I then requested some removal of items due to guest not being able to travel. Still heard nothing. Come the week of the event we had to call her numerous times to get a schedule and to makw sure she was actually getting our emails for an updated invoice and schedule. She said she’d be there the night before. She then said the morning of. Our event was at 5pm, we started calling her non stop starting from 3pm, the 1 time she did answer she said her guys were and she was so mad at them for not listening to her. She then blocked our numbers, we knew this because we called from different numbers once the one we were using when straight to voicemail. Thank god for the homeowner of the house we rented because he was able to get us a party set up within an hour. (Definitely recommend staying at the Palms Resort in sugarloaf) she was a No show and didn’t even have the decency to tell us she wasn’t coming just kept making up stupid excuses and then completely ignoring us. She then answers our 1 call the next morning fake crying, says she’s sorry and she’ll refund us fully along with what we spent due to her absence. It has now been 5 days and she continues to ignore our calls after she offered to Zelle the money. Which we all know is quite simple and done in seconds. Please save yourself the tears on your wedding day and do not hire this woman because she will not show up! It’s like she gets off on ruining special days because she had the nerve to make fun at and joke about how we drop so many guests the day before the wedding. If it wasn’t for the homeowner of the rental we stayed at, I wouldn’t of had the best party and now one of the best lawyers in the Keys.

Jackie and her team did a great job with the rentals for our wedding! The set up was absolutely gorgeous and Jackie used her creativity with deciding where tables, chairs, lantern...
s and the arbor should be placed on the day of the wedding. Jackie’s idea for the table setting matched my style perfect. The white linen and burlap runner with palm leaves, lantern and tea lights was beautiful. I picked the pink napkin for some color and then worked with our florist, Flowers by J&J (who was absolutely amazing and would recommend 100% times a million!!!!) to add a couple springs of stem orchids and mini orchids for additional color for the guest tables. Jackie added a “Mr and Mrs” sign to our bride and groom table which was really cute and unexpected. Jackie set up the lanterns as an isle way for the ceremony at the pier which looked so beautiful along with the flower pods I asked for from Flowers by J&J.
I also choose Jackie as my wedding coordinator and I will say that she is great to have on your side. Any time I had concerns or stressors, she was able to address them with no problem. She contacted us the week of the wedding as the weather was not looking promising so we discussed Plan B and Plan C options. She coordinated with our caterer (The Key Colony Inn...yes, this fabulous restaurant is able to cater your event!!!!!) to discuss having the event indoors, if necessary, and also arranged for a tent for outdoors as another option. This woman is all business and she will be sure everyone knows what they need to do. I did wish Jackie would have kept me more on schedule with our timeline of events on the actual wedding day, but this was minor. The hair & makeup folks had us running very behind schedule due to some issues with their airbrush machine and we got a little carried away with pictures and lost track of time (granted, we were having a blast with pictures though!)
All in all, Jackie was definitely worth it and would absolutely, positively recommend for not just your rentals, but consider for wedding coordination as well (if she’ll accept the task). ;) Keep in mind that as just a rental company, Jackie can do more than one wedding a day, but with coordinating as well...she is giving up the entire day. I was lucky that she accepted the job for us!

ner of Ocean Breeze Rentals (Jackie Garcia) shares office space with D’Asigner Events (Lynn D’Ascanio). Additionally, at no time during our written or verbal communications that spanned several months were we told that a wedding planner discount was included in the pricing. In fact, I specifically told Jackie each of the multiple times she encouraged me to share rentals with the wedding, that the bride-to-be had insisted each time that she was using another rental company and that she didn’t want to share rentals. In fact, she wanted to have a completely different look and feel to her special day. Jackie not only went back on her word, but also changed the online bill so it reflected her updated pricing.
She took it upon herself to pour 3 gallons of tequila into the margarita machine. We had brought two of them for back-ups and were only planning to use one. As you can imagine, anyone that drank margaritas was toasted...
She agreed to provide “crab crackers” to open the crab legs and it was on the quote, but has since been removed online to cover up that they forgot them. This caused fancily dressed guests to roll up sleeves and struggle to eat their meals.
If you decide to work with Ocean Breeze Rentals, you may want to consider the following:
1. Be sure to print and save a copy of all web documents as they are sent to you so you have a clear paper trail that they cannot easily manipulate and erase.
2. Do not be wooed by charm and friendly promises. Trust only what is agreed to ahead of time and written on paper with a signature.
3. Think through all choices and don’t get persuaded to choose the more expensive options.
4. Be clear about what you'd like done and don't expect Jackie to use her good judgement.

Overall well priced, food was on par with the price point however they really need to invest in some better insulated food storage systems so that when cooking early for large numbers they can be sure the fod is fresh and still hot. The decorations/tables/chairs were beautiful and above what I could have pictured, no complaints there except that they need to be on time and well staffed when they finally arrive to get set up. I was a little insulted when they were running behind schedule and attempted to recruit my Dj and other people that had other duties to help them set up.
Here is my biggest qualm with this company and the reason I would not recommend using them for the catering portion of their services (or hire your own servers for their food!)..... Jackie was clearly having a long busy day and was not in the best of moods when it finally came time to serve. I felt this was being rushed and words cannot describe the frustration and the level of insult that took place when Jackie told the sister of the bride that she "needed to be on a diet" while refusing to serve her a portion of the menu. There were several complains from my party attendance (all easy going low maintenance type people) that the catering staff seemed a bit rude. While this is a small family owned business they need to understand that they are the HELP here and they are getting PAID to do this. DO NOT come into someone's once in a lifetime wedding and put a damper on their day with your attitude. You are to be seen and not heard in this setting. Read my google profile reviews and you will see that I do not often post reviews and when I do they are only usually only good, I am not here to vent but rather to post an honest opinion. There were several other couples at this resort the day of my wedding looking into this venue as well as this party/catering vendor so be ware and plan accordingly if you intend to use this venue and service provider.

slanted but that's because of the ground and truly not a huge deal and it did save me a couple hundred bucks on a subfloor. Very happy i used them, Jackie was very responsive and helpful! ;) THANKS!
