Ann and the rest of the events staff were absolutely amazing!! She helped us through every step of the process! She even helped us work through a hurricane that happened just a couple days before the wedding. The Ocean Landings events team truly went above and beyond through every step of the wedding process. They accommodated us in every way. I couldn't be any happier with the wedding venue we chose! Also, such an amazing value! Budget friendly was a bonus. Thank you times a million! You really helped make our day special!!

2 minute walk! Christine was amazing. She was so helpful and had equipment for us to use if we needed it! She made everything very easy . we are from New Hampshire and i am hoping to go back here for our anniversary . I can’t stop thinking about this place and the area. I miss it so much already and it’s only been 3 weeks! it was the most perfect day and I’ll never forget it. ❤️

ul to work with. She went above and beyond in helping us make sure we had what we needed in the banquet room. The banquet hall rental allowed us some special pricing for room rentals so we were also able to rent Oceanfront suites for an exceptional price. Though this isn't Christine's department, she helped us to sort out some issues with a couple of our guest's reservations. Again, exceptional. I was quite pleased with our experience at Ocean Landings. The only reason they didn't get a higher rating is because of a couple of issues with room reservations. The resort won't be everyone's cup of tea. It's not polished or high-end. It's comfortable and homey. Perfect for us and our families. Not every building is oceanfront. If you are lucky you can also get an oceanfront suite, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It's hard to find this in local hotels. I recommend you check out Ocean Landings!

wanted. She was always willing to help and answer any of my questions. The website says the room can accommodate up to 145 guests, but I wouldn't recommend this venue for more than 100. We had about 85 guests seated among 12 round tables and we were pretty snug. Great venue for smaller, intimate weddings!

perfect, friendly staff. There was one downside, and that was the reservation manager (Anita), who was rude to me and my guests, as well as harassed them during our reception. But I would still say it was a good place. Because of Lisa and Christine I stayed and kept Ocean Landings as our venue.
