Oyster Girls and Guys move throughout the event, interacting with the guests and shucking the freshest oysters right in front of them from custom buckets around their waists with offerings of homemade cocktail sauce, lemon juice, champagne mignonette, Tabasco, and cracked pepper.
We also offer Roaming Caviar Service to add another glamorous experience to your special day.

Pavilion, Auburn, NY. Yes OSOC travel. Nathaniel & his team are friendly, fun, attentive, highly skilled & professional. They served 230 guests with ease & exceptional service. Exceeded all our expectations and beyond as a "WOW" factor during cocktail hour. Weeks later our guests are still raving not only about the unique experience but also about the BEST OYSTERS EVER!! Excellent quality well worth the price! Absolutely would hire again for an event. Can't wait to try the caviar & cannolis! Thank you Ocean State Oyster Company. Excellent job!!
