and no-calls. She was supposed to be at the chapel at 3pm. The planner had been calling and calling and Thy was not picking up. Finally at 5:30, Thy called the planner to say she was having a medical emergency with her pregnancy while working on my flowers the day before my wedding, which I understand. Where was this staff that I read about in the other reviews when all this was happening? Thy sent me an email apologizing and telling me "family functions, funerals, baby showers, my best friend birthing, even my kids doctors appointments due to her business and for once she was putting herself first. She also said "I had forgotten to get someone onto the flowers and delivering them". That's fine, but then her second email states that her assistant did not see the balance paid so they did not got to my order. So which was it, was she actually working on my order like she claimed or was it never done. As you can see she is contradicting herself. I had to email Thy a month before the wedding to ask how we should pay the deposit. Once the deposit was paid I sent Thy an email asking when we needed to pay the balance. She said she would call me, but never did. With everything else I had to deal with I completely forgot we had a balance since everything else was paid. However all the vendors reached out to me a couple of days before to make sure everything was all set, everyone but Thy. I had another florist I was thinking of using, but because Thy was so highly recommended by the venue I thought she would be best option and I wouldn't have to worrying about her not showing up, well we were all wrong! The venue was recommending Thy exclusively, but is going to start using other florists and they have informed Thy. Cheryl, the venue owner, said if other couples want to use Thy she would not be held responsible for services. Bottom line, if you use Thy be sure to follow up with her because she will DEFINITELY not always follow up with you. So one more thing for the bride to worrying about on her big day thanks to Thy. We got married at the Chapel of Orange and they did a great job!

dding to an elegant and simple affair. I was a bride who didn't settle on my wedding colors until about month or so before the wedding (and that's perfectly okay). However, I knew that I didn't want anything rustic, nor did I want my wedding to be an explosion of pinks and ivories. Above all, florals wasn't a top priority within my wedding budget, and I didn't want to go with someone who would sacrifice quality of service. Thy fit the bill on everything I was looking for! She patiently guided me through different cost effective options, and always provided great suggestions that were both creative and unique to me and my husband. At the end of the day, she delivered a bridal bouquet that I'm absolutely obsessed with, and the freshest flowers to perfectly fit the occasion. Highly recommend.

e ready and looking fantastic! Oceanic was very accommodating with all the requests we had for colors, and design. Although, our payment arrangement was a bit stressful. We had moved out of state due to a job relocation. We mentioned to the company while we moved so all vendors were aware that we would have to communicate through call or emails. We arranged a payment drop 3 days before the wedding even though the contract stated final payment 30 days before wedding date. I was appreciative that Tina did this for us. Although, they expected the money all in cash. Being out of state and not having a bank near us we asked if they would accept the check she asked if we could get the the rest in cash. We ended up driving for 4 different banks and pulling the max out. This was an extreme headache because we could not come up with the full payment and still had to pay something in cash. Overall, that experience made us extremely frustrated. Also, I did not enjoy how the invoice was not a price detail invoice. There was just a lump sum at the top. I had a voucher for $500 off a bridesmaid bouquet. I had never seen where the $500 was discounted. Overall, service, set up and flowers were great. Payment stressful and not having a line item detail invoice was stressful because i did not know where i could save the most money, ie. if we went with different flowers are smaller bouquets.

I came to her with a few ideas and she completely took my breath away with what she was able to create. I can't wait to get more of our photos back so I can continue to look at the detail and beauty of all that she and her team created for me. HIRE HER! Best decision I made. Thy only does weddings so she knows what she's doing! And the best part, the flowers aren't from downtown LA. They are hand picked from a farm!

My brides bouquet lasted for a week after the wedding and when we got back from the honeymoon they were still just as gorgeous as the day I got it. We planned everything from the brides and bridesmaids bouquets to the grooms and groomsmen boutonnieres and centerpieces at our first meeting. I was able to make changes up until a month before the Wedding (which I did a couple of times)! Each time we spoke Thy was every sweet and I could not have been any happier with the outcome!

. My aunt had to put flowers on the cake! And there weren't enough, so my vision of my cake did not come out the way I wanted. The bouquets were nice but I think the flowers were out of water too long because many of the hydrangeas started to wilt. So she has many positives, a few negatives but overall she was a pleasure to work with.

y flowers at our wedding, and most of them were exactly like how I had imagined! Maybe due to some lack of communication though, things like my bouquet, and my bridesmaids bouquet, were not what was requested or written on the contract. For example: My bouquets were yellow, and they were supposed to be white. The flower I had requested did not come in white because of the season, but if that was communicated to me, I would have changed my choice of flower. Also, I was told a certain flower comes in the color I requested, but on the day of the wedding, I was dissapointed to see that the flowers were heavily spray painted, and starting to sag. In the end though, I was happy with the flowers once those few things were fixed by my coordinator, and I had forgotten about it once the wedding started :)

ne bridal bouquet, a large centerpiece for my altar, fresh floral so that I could create my own submerged centerpieces and petals galore. I got EXACTLY what I asked for in my inspiration pictures I sent to her. The floral was picked up by our groomsman on Thursday and Thy had them boxed and ready to be placed for our wedding on Saturday. She pretreated them so they lasted ALL weekend. My all white bridal bouquet of roses and carnations had not wilted or browned as I expected-Sweet! Easy to communicate with, prices are affordable for a bride on a budget and the arrangements were made with tons of creativity and care. I changed my mind (like an indecisive bride), and she was still able to help me get the right look with the floral that I ordered! Now I am trying to find reasons to use her services again!

The arrangements and flowers we received were all beautiful and more than what we expected. Very well priced for the quality we received. When I saw everything after she was done I noted to her something small and trivial that I noticed and to my surprise when the time came to walk down the isle, it was fixed. Now everything was perfect. Very lovely person and I recommend her to everyone I know. With her, you know what you are getting and its not going to cost you an arm and a leg.

hich if you look on a map is over 60 miles away...in a SUV with no refridgeration! By the time they got to us, they were wilting or half drooping, and did not look fresh by any standards. My wife's bouquet had 2 dead flowers in it. Not good. - She miscalculated how many flowers to bring. We told her we had a giant runner (over 60 feet) and she herself told us "you should cover the whole runner with rose petals, it would look better that way"...and yet, she only brought enough to cover maybe 40 feet of runner. To make matters worse, she had to replace the previously mentioned dead flowers in the bouquet, so only covered about 25 feet of the runner. Poor planning. Again. -The boutonnieres looked HORRIBLE. My flower was orange, not red, and I'm the groom! The bridal party also had some strange calla-lilies; we asked for red ones, but she got white ones which she then painted red. and guess what? In the California sun, that red paint starts to melt...right onto my wife's dress! she had random red paint spots on her dress the rest of the night. Unacceptable. Anyway, she gave us a slight refund to cover the mess, but I'd never recommend her to anyone else. Messing up so many items is unbelievable, she should know better...
