We wanted to get our nails done for my friend’s bachelorette weekend, the bride-to-be was with one of the appointments. First off, the tools were NOT sterile! They soaked in alcohol but only the tips. Not okay. If I had an infection, I would’ve taken legal action. I almost walked out right there, but my hands were already wrapped...so I couldn’t leave. Not only did they not soak our hands in water, they didn’t cut our cuticles, but they did try to push our cuticles with the wrong tools! And because our hands were not soaking in water, our cuticles were not soft. And it killed when they pushed the cuticles, again with the wrong tools. The girl that painted my nails had no idea how to paint them, and she had cotton all over fingers so I had cotton in my painted nails. Only two of us could get our nails done at a time. So the bride had her hands wrapped for 45 minutes! And her previous gel STILL didn’t come off! So they had to rewrap her hands! Her fingers were soaking in acetone for so long they started to sting. Retrain your staff. The most expensive manicure I EVER paid for, worst service from technicians who had no idea what they were doing, and three manicures took TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Do not come here.

In a rush to find another stylist I stopped by Oceanside Hair & Body (who came highly recommended from our venue (Ocean Edge), and was introduced to Danielle who was more than willing to take me (a self-admitted perfectionist) on as a challenge. She provided two trials without hesitation to make sure I felt happy with the style and assured that things would go smoothly the day of. Beyond being an awesome stylist, she was just cool to talk to-which made me feel calm and relaxed on the day of my wedding. In addition to Danielle the other members of the wedding team did a great job styling for my bridesmaids and flower girl!

honor's beauty and giving my flower girls a special day to be princesses. They come on site for only a small additional fee. We also did mani pedis the day before at the salon, and they opened up a great back porch area for us to relax. Highly recommend!
