Oceanside's hairdressers and makeup professionals are exceptional! My wedding day hair and makeup was so lovely, and my bridal party looked perfect! They were so kind, accommodat...
ing, and talented! You cannot have a better set of professionals for your wedding day!
The entire staff at Oceanside was amazing! I had a great experience at the salon for my wedding hair and makeup trial back in August. They listened to everything I said, including ...
that I want my makeup to look as natural as possible! The same ladies were the ones to arrive at the venue the day of my wedding this past weekend. They were kind, professional, prepared, and very flexible, as my 4 year old nieces/flower girls decided they didn't want curls at the last minute! I seriously recommend this salon!
loved my hair and makeup! Hair was perfect and stayed in the whole day/night even with wind. Makeup and hair team was personable and wonderful to work with!
Hands down I would never recommend this place to anyone! They had no idea what they were doing at all! We called last minute to see if they could take three gel manicures. And they...
said yes and that we would be taken care of-they had good reviews. Clearly those reviews were lies. We wanted to get our nails done for my friend’s bachelorette weekend, the bride-to-be was with one of the appointments. First off, the tools were NOT sterile! They soaked in alcohol but only the tips. Not okay. If I had an infection, I would’ve taken legal action. I almost walked out right there, but my hands were already wrapped...so I couldn’t leave. Not only did they not soak our hands in water, they didn’t cut our cuticles, but they did try to push our cuticles with the wrong tools! And because our hands were not soaking in water, our cuticles were not soft. And it killed when they pushed the cuticles, again with the wrong tools. The girl that painted my nails had no idea how to paint them, and she had cotton all over fingers so I had cotton in my painted nails. Only two of us could get our nails done at a time. So the bride had her hands wrapped for 45 minutes! And her previous gel STILL didn’t come off! So they had to rewrap her hands! Her fingers were soaking in acetone for so long they started to sting. Retrain your staff. The most expensive manicure I EVER paid for, worst service from technicians who had no idea what they were doing, and three manicures took TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Do not come here.
Danielle is AMAZING! I had had a bad experience with another (top rated) hair and makeup team, so -despite booking a hair and make-up team over 9 months ahead of my wedding-I was l...
eft without a hair team ONE MONTH before my wedding. In a rush to find another stylist I stopped by Oceanside Hair & Body (who came highly recommended from our venue (Ocean Edge), and was introduced to Danielle who was more than willing to take me (a self-admitted perfectionist) on as a challenge. She provided two trials without hesitation to make sure I felt happy with the style and assured that things would go smoothly the day of. Beyond being an awesome stylist, she was just cool to talk to-which made me feel calm and relaxed on the day of my wedding. In addition to Danielle the other members of the wedding team did a great job styling for my bridesmaids and flower girl!
Love Christine and her team at Oceanside Hair & Body, especially Nicole. Nicole gave me a great, casual beach look that I loved, and her team did a great job accenting my maid of ...
honor's beauty and giving my flower girls a special day to be princesses. They come on site for only a small additional fee. We also did mani pedis the day before at the salon, and they opened up a great back porch area for us to relax. Highly recommend!
I used Oceanside for all hair and makeup for the wedding, and everyone looked just AMAZING! I personally have never felt so beautiful and all of my girls and mother look absolutely...
stunning! Each girl had a different hair style that they each chose and they did some great waterfall braids and unique hairstyles. I had Nicole for all of my services and I would recommend her for to anyone!
Nicole was wonderful. I felt sooo pretty on my wedding day. Oceanside also has this cozy back porch where you and your girls can sit and chat and eat and sip on mimosas. I thought ...
it was a little expensive but it ended up being worth it for the quality.
Oceanside did a wonderful job doing my bridal party's hair and make up. We didn't have a lot of time to get everyone done but they worked us into the schedule and everyone was fini...
shed on time. I was extremely pleased with my hair and makeup- it was exactly what I had pictured. A little pricey but definitely worth it!
Very nice. Many options. Will travel to you. Reasonably priced. Did a great job.
