I truly enjoy their creative eye and their candid style of photography while still getting the essential classic pictures into your album. I also truly appreciate their more natural approach to photography in general, making sure the shot itself has the proper lighting, composition and color. Starting with all of the prep and materials they provide for you for your engagement shoot, you know you are in good hands. They are supportive throughout your whole planning process and work so well with all of the other vendors. My friends and family absolutely adored them and want to hire them for their own events! During Covid, trying to figure out the right time and place to do our engagement shoot was also tricky, as we live out of state. Oden and Janelle were more than accommodating, even trying to squeeze a session in on their vacation in California where we were currently living! Erika and Eric are a husband and wife team and we loved shooting with them- they were fun, had great ideas, and made it such an easy going and relaxed part of our day. Overall, this was the vendor team that we were most pleased with. We received our beautiful pictures in a more than timely manner and could not be happier with how they turned out. Would definitely recommend.

that convey the love and joy of the day in a style that is natural and romantic. As we flipped through our gallery we were flooded with emotions and felt like we were reliving the day. Their attention to detail is unique and all the important elements of the day were captured. It was wonderful to see photos of our guests enjoying the celebration as it is so hard to take in those individual moments on the day of. We also loved the candid shots and that many of our photos were not posed. They were so easy to spend the day with and made the photography portion of the day feel relaxed and most of all fun! They were available to help us out with advice throughout the entire planning process and created our day-of timeline and coordinated with our other vendors to ensure that we got to do everything we wanted to. Not only were they amazing during planning, we could not imagine our wedding day without them. They did an absolutely perfect job of managing the entire wedding party, making sure we were keeping to our schedule without ever feeling rushed. We even finished our wedding party photos ahead of schedule and were EARLY to our cocktail hour!! We had a blast working with them and absolutely can not wait to see the final photos (the sneak peak they sent us was already amazing). These two are absolute pros and we could not recommend them highly enough.

Through constant communication and recommended timelines, it allowed us to feel confident in letting go and knowing our wedding would be captured exactly as we had hoped! We just received our photographs and we can honestly say a picture speaks a thousand words!

I got HUNDREDS of beautiful pictures and I am struggling to pick which ones to place in our home. We got out pictures back so much sooner than they predicted. Not only were my groom and I obsessed with them, but our bridal party thought they were so much fun and so funny! Even my guests reached out to me to share how amazing they were. On our July 27th wedding day at Castle Farms they went above and beyond capturing both candid and posed (but still candid looking) photos perfectly representing our day. O + J truly captured the love between my husband and I. As we were looking through our gallery we found ourselves giggling and tearing up while recalling all of the moments of our special day. They even stayed a bit longer than planned in order to capture our sparkler sendoff because it was pushed back a bit by another group using the same area. Our guests continue to tell us how fabulous Oden + Janelle were while capturing our wedding photos. They could not believe how much care they put into making sure they were getting fantastic shots. On our wedding day Oden began with the guys and Janelle was with me. I was worried about how the day was going to go and being in front of so many people but Janelle made me feel better with her kind words and she made taking photos with my bridesmaids fun. Then we had our first look where Oden and Janelle captured some of the most AMAZING shots of just the two of us. We had kind of a large wedding party but they still managed to get everyone together for excellent group photos! It was SOOOO helpful to make the timeline so we could keep everything on task but still get all the photos we wanted. All our photos turned out great from the ceremony and reception. We have received so many comments from friends and family on how beautiful our photos are. Oden and Janelle were always on the go, not only trying to get those little moments of us but of our guests as well. We hope to be able to work with them in the future, wherever life takes us!
