ely we considered a Day-of/Month-Of Coordinator. I found her on our Photographer/Videographer's IG (RuffMedia). We are so glad we stumbled upon her. We hired LV as our Month-Of Coordinator and Design Coordinator. Even before the month of our wedding, LV allowed me unlimited communication with her which definitely helped put me at ease. She was very timely in responding back and always in detail. One of the major stressors for me while planning our wedding was reception design. While I felt lost and a hot mess with my ideas, she magically was able to transcribe my messy ideas into something I could only imagine in my dreams. While I couldn't pin-point what I wanted, she took my wants, likes, dislikes and ran with it without me even telling her. We put our full trust in her and she gave 1000%. Hiring her as a Month-Of Coordinator was a good decision because this still allowed us to make our own decisions months prior but with her as a guide in the background. Weeks up to the wedding, I was able to focus on my own personal details while she took care of the vendors and big stuff in the background. I was stress free and it felt like I didn't even have vendors because I was she was the one doing all of the communication for us. She is very friendly, personal-able, down-to-earth and more than accommodating for her clients. She also just had a baby the month before our wedding but yet, she managed to effortlessly handle all of her hats. We also hired her for our photobooth which was a MAJOR HIT (and I wasn't thinking it would be). Our guests enjoyed this so much. All of her services were worth it! Don't doubt hiring LV. She will take care of you :)

like a CHAMP and went above and beyond to make everything come to life. Our family and friends were in awe with our beautiful table setting and wedding decor. She communicated with our vendors and brought up important details that my husband and I would have completely forgotten about. We have some other vendors that were difficult to work with, but LV and her team handled it with ease. The only regrets that we have is not hiring her earlier and forgetting to take a picture with her :) Thank you so much Odineva Events!

picked out when she became part of the team but without her we would have been lost on the next steps. She took care of all of the contracts and put together a timeline from start to finish. She brought to light so many things that we hadn't thought about and helped us make quick and easy final decisions. We had planned to have an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception however it poured down rain the day of. Thankfully, L.V. already had a back up plan and did an amazing job directing all of the vendors, bridal party and guest through the sudden changes. She took care of everything and I can honestly say I didn't have a moment of stress worrying about how we were going to change the whole plan the morning of the wedding. I knew I was in good hands and I got to just enjoy getting ready. It's easy to see that she loves her job and really cares about what the client wants. She is organized, punctual and just an overall joy to be around! My only regret is that we didn't hire her sooner! If you are looking for an event planner Odineva Events and Designs is a no brainer!

She went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding day would go smoothly. She would constantly check in through email and text. I loved that she was so easy to get a hold of and would always respond so quickly. She was also great in giving me ideas and reminders of things that I would need/have to do which was extremely helpful. The actual day of my wedding was amazing, and went by without a hitch. I had total confidence that LV would be able to take care of everything and I was totally able to relax and enjoy my day! My mom even commented,”I love your coordinator. I’ve been to so many weddings and I’ve never seen a coordinator so present and available during the reception. She was so accommodating and helpful!” LV is just such a great and easy person to work with, and along with her design and organizational skills, she was absolutely the best choice for my wedding coordinator.

Even throughout the 8 months from when I officially hired her, I felt comfortable texting her questions. Whenever we had a phone conversation, I could tell she really cared and took my wedding seriously. She thought of everything I could have never imagined to, and was always right! Even when I didn't want her to be (haha). My parents even told me that LV stayed later than her scheduled time to be there till the very end of cleanup!
