We are incredibly fortunate to have had LV as our wedding planner and coordinator for our destination wedding, and we cannot sing her praises enough. I discovered LV through social...
media and reached out to her immediately after getting engaged. From that moment onwards, she has been an absolute blessing.
LV's professionalism and genuine care for her clients are truly remarkable. It's evident that she is passionate about her work, and her dedication shines through in every aspect of her service. Throughout the year of planning, LV was a source of constant reassurance, alleviating our stress and ensuring us that everything would be perfect.
Her organizational skills are top-notch. Her detailed excel spreadsheets and timelines were a lifeline, keeping us on track and well-prepared. LV also offered invaluable suggestions when we were indecisive, which was a huge help.
On our wedding day, LV and her team were in full command. Even when we fell slightly behind schedule, LV's quick thinking and ability to adapt ensured that we felt at ease. She took the stress off our shoulders and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and dedication left us in awe.
What truly sets LV apart is her friendly and hardworking nature. Balancing motherhood, a full-time job, and wedding planning is a testament to her exceptional character. She didn't just become our planner and coordinator; she became our friend. Her kindness and good heart shine through in everything she does.
Everyone at our wedding couldn't stop raving about LV and her team. She's not just a planner; she's a true advocate for your special day. We are beyond grateful for LV and her team's hard work, and we wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation. Don't wait; book her now before she gets fully booked. She's the type of wedding coordinator and planner who genuinely cares about making your special day a reality. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, LV, for making our wedding day perfect. We love you!

LV was heaven sent and was absolutely amazing! When my husband and I first started planning our wedding, hiring a Day-of/Month-Of Coordinator was last on our minds. However, our ...
original plans fell through and we started panicking and ultimately we considered a Day-of/Month-Of Coordinator. I found her on our Photographer/Videographer's IG (RuffMedia). We are so glad we stumbled upon her. We hired LV as our Month-Of Coordinator and Design Coordinator. Even before the month of our wedding, LV allowed me unlimited communication with her which definitely helped put me at ease. She was very timely in responding back and always in detail. One of the major stressors for me while planning our wedding was reception design. While I felt lost and a hot mess with my ideas, she magically was able to transcribe my messy ideas into something I could only imagine in my dreams. While I couldn't pin-point what I wanted, she took my wants, likes, dislikes and ran with it without me even telling her. We put our full trust in her and she gave 1000%.
Hiring her as a Month-Of Coordinator was a good decision because this still allowed us to make our own decisions months prior but with her as a guide in the background. Weeks up to the wedding, I was able to focus on my own personal details while she took care of the vendors and big stuff in the background. I was stress free and it felt like I didn't even have vendors because I was she was the one doing all of the communication for us.
She is very friendly, personal-able, down-to-earth and more than accommodating for her clients. She also just had a baby the month before our wedding but yet, she managed to effortlessly handle all of her hats. We also hired her for our photobooth which was a MAJOR HIT (and I wasn't thinking it would be). Our guests enjoyed this so much.
All of her services were worth it! Don't doubt hiring LV. She will take care of you :)
LV made our vision come true!
For several months, my husband and I were staring at our huge wedding spreadsheet and planned out many fun activities for our guests. We were worrie...
d this would be overwhelming for L.V, but she took the challenge like a CHAMP and went above and beyond to make everything come to life. Our family and friends were in awe with our beautiful table setting and wedding decor. She communicated with our vendors and brought up important details that my husband and I would have completely forgotten about. We have some other vendors that were difficult to work with, but LV and her team handled it with ease.
The only regrets that we have is not hiring her earlier and forgetting to take a picture with her :) Thank you so much Odineva Events!
Let me start with saying that L.V. saved our wedding! We booked her for the month of and from the first time we talked I already felt the stress of planning start leaving my body. ...
We had almost all of our vendors booked and most of the details picked out when she became part of the team but without her we would have been lost on the next steps. She took care of all of the contracts and put together a timeline from start to finish. She brought to light so many things that we hadn't thought about and helped us make quick and easy final decisions. We had planned to have an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception however it poured down rain the day of. Thankfully, L.V. already had a back up plan and did an amazing job directing all of the vendors, bridal party and guest through the sudden changes. She took care of everything and I can honestly say I didn't have a moment of stress worrying about how we were going to change the whole plan the morning of the wedding. I knew I was in good hands and I got to just enjoy getting ready. It's easy to see that she loves her job and really cares about what the client wants. She is organized, punctual and just an overall joy to be around! My only regret is that we didn't hire her sooner! If you are looking for an event planner Odineva Events and Designs is a no brainer!
LV was amazing to have on our wedding day and as our month of coordinator! She helped us so much and made sure everything stayed organized. She took the pile of decorations I gave ...
to her and made them into beautiful arrangements. Not only did she travel for our Northern California wedding, but she also helped us to re-plan almost our entire wedding one week before when several of our vendors were effected by the Kincade fires. I received several comments from our guests about how helpful she was throughout the day. Our day went by so smoothly and I know that this is because of LV and all her hard work both before the wedding and the day of.
LV is more than a wedding planner. She truly cares about her clients and wants to make every wedding day perfect. She succeeded when it came to our wedding. I hired her to begin ar...
ound 9 months before the wedding, and she was my source of sanity and inspiration throughout the stressful planning process. She provided valuable support and advice while flawlessly handling the plans. Our families and guests loved her and her beautiful, joyful spirit, and still talk about the small details that LV created or helped us envision. I am so lucky to have met her and worked with her; we wil be continuing our special friendship long after the wedding.
LV was such a blessing and so amazing to work with. There is no way I would have gotten the things I wanted done for my wedding without her.
My husband and I live in Boston, but ...
we had our wedding in San Diego, so it was a little tricky planning a wedding from across the country. But working with LV made things a lot more manageable and less stressful.
I hired her as a day of coordinator, but her services started well before the day of. She went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding day would go smoothly. We met a few times before the actual day so that she could get a good idea of what I wanted for the day so that she could be sure to execute it perfectly the day of. She would constantly check in through email and text. I loved that she was so easy to get a hold of and would always respond so quickly. She was also great in giving me ideas and reminders of things that I would need/have to do which was extremely helpful.
The actual day of my wedding was amazing, and went by without a hitch. I had total confidence that LV would be able to take care of everything and I was totally able to relax and enjoy my day! My mom even commented,”I love your coordinator. I’ve been to so many weddings and I’ve never seen a coordinator so present and available during the reception. She was so accommodating and helpful!” LV is just such a great and easy person to work with, and along with her design and organizational skills, she was absolutely the best choice for my wedding coordinator.
I don't know where to begin!
I am beyond thankful and grateful for LV. She WORKED HER BUTT OFF at my wedding! I couldn't believe it! It truly felt like there were 10 of her, alway...
s where she needed to be. She was an absolute life saver and my moral support for the weeks leading up to the wedding. Any question or concern I had, I could just text her and get a quick response with her professional opinion. Even throughout the 8 months from when I officially hired her, I felt comfortable texting her questions. Whenever we had a phone conversation, I could tell she really cared and took my wedding seriously. She thought of everything I could have never imagined to, and was always right! Even when I didn't want her to be (haha).
My parents even told me that LV stayed later than her scheduled time to be there till the very end of cleanup! Also, her husband was our awesome videographer! There are too many kind things to be said about them.
Too too perfect. Odineva productions and Odineva events, love you guys so much! THANK YOU!
